TUDY OF A TEPPING MOTOR PEED-UBDIVIION CONTRO YTEM ABTRACT This paper presens a speed-subdivision conrol and drive sysem. I is used on railway locomoives o improve heir performance by solving some disadvanages of he elder sysem. This new sysem of elecrical acceleraors is applying o he high-performance speed conrol of railway locomoives. I is consised of elecrical driver conroller, driver source, and resisor box for curren limiaion, mechanical drive machines and sepping moor. In his paper he sysem operaion principle is analyzed a lengh. Also houghfully considered is he sepping moor dynamic model. And he sysem performance is furher improved afer close-loop conrol sraegy and some novel circuis adoped. I can flexibly and smoohly conrol railway locomoives o accelerae, decelerae or run a a cerain speed, which is exacly he chief objecive of locomoive seering. Up o nowadays his sysem has been applied o many railway locomoives and has worked saisfyingly. And i also has widely gained he users recommendaion. A las an up-o-dae conrol idea is presened and explored in a nushell. And i provides a novel way o
