Page 3 of 12 Create Email Account 新增電郵帳戶 1. Login the DirectAdmin platform. 登入 DirectAdmin 管理平台 2. Click E-Mail Accounts 點撃 E-Mail Accounts 3. Click Create email Account 點撃 Create email Account
Page 4 of 12 4. Enter the Username, you can only use alphabet and numbers for the Username (e.g. peter1). For the password, you may enter a password for the account twice or click Random to generate a random password (The random password will be shown after the account is created). Enter the Email Quota for the account, use 0 for unlimited quota. Then click Create to finish. 請輸入使用者名稱 (Username), 你只可以做用英文字及數字 ( 如 peter1) 你可以為帳戶設置密碼或點擊 Random 產生隨機密碼 ( 隨機密碼將會在完成新增帳戶時顯示 ) 你可以為帳戶輸入空間上限, 0 為無上 限 最後按 Create 完成新增 5. The account would be created as follows. You may click here to create another account 帳戶將完成新增如下, 你可以點擊 here 新增其他帳戶
Page 5 of 12 Change Password/Quota of an Email Account 更改電郵帳戶的密碼或容量 1. Login the DirectAdmin platform. 登入 DirectAdmin 管理平台 2. Click E-Mail Accounts 點撃 E-Mail Accounts 3. Click Change at the account you wish to update. 在你想更改密碼的帳戶後點擊 Change
Page 6 of 12 4. Enter the password twice or click Random for a random password. If you don t want to change the password, just leave they blank. Change the Quota if needed, they click Modify to finish update. 你可以為帳戶重新設置密碼或點擊 Random 產生隨機密碼 ( 隨機密碼將會在完成更新帳戶時顯示 ) 你可 以為帳戶輸入空間上限, 0 為無上限 最後按 Modify 完成更新 5. The updated password and/or quota will be shown as follows. Click here to return to the Email Account list. 帳戶將完成更新如下, 你可以點擊 here 返回帳戶清單
Page 7 of 12 Delete an Email Account 刪除電郵帳戶 1. Login the DirectAdmin platform. 登入 DirectAdmin 管理平台 2. Click E-Mail Accounts 點撃 E-Mail Accounts 3. Check the box at the account you wish to delete, and then click Delete to delete it. 選取你想刪除的帳戶, 並點撃 Delete 刪除
Page 8 of 12 4. Click Yes on the confirmation dialog box to confirm account deletion. The account would be deleted and cannot be restored. 點撃 確認 刪除所選帳戶 被刪除的帳戶及其郵件不能還原
Page 9 of 12 Setup Email Account on MS Outlook 在 MS Outlook 設定電郵帳戶 We are using Microsoft Outlook 2007 as an example, Outlook in other versions and Outlook Express also share similar setup procedures. 我們以 Microsoft Outlook 2007 作為示範, 其他版本的 Outlook 及 Outlook Express 有都用相似的設定程序 1. Open MS Outlook then Select Tools > Email Accounts Setup 開啟 MS Outlook, 在工具列點撃工具 > 帳戶設定

3. Check Manually setup the mail server, and then click Next 選取 手動設定伺服器設定或其他伺服器類型, 並按下一步 User Manual for Email Account Management and Setup Page 11 of 12 4. Select Internet Email and then click Next 選取 網際網路電子郵件, 並按下一步
5. Fill in the account setup form. 填寫帳戶資料如下 I. You may test the account, if there is any error it would be displayed. 你可以點撃 測試帳戶設定 測試是否能正常發送及接受郵件 V. Click Next to the next step. 按下一步 6. Click Finish to complete the setup. 按完成
