Methods Samples were ultrasonically extracted with 0.2% phosphoric acid solution, separated by alltima-c 18 column with acetonitrile-5 mmol/l sodium heptanesulfonate solution as the mobile phase for gradient elution, and then detected by diode array detector (DAD) simultaneous at the wavelengths of 200 nm and 280 nm. Results Pantothenate, nicotinamide, vitamin B 1, vitamin B 2 and vitamin B 6 could be completely separated, and they also had good linear relationships in their linear ranges. The average recoveries were 93.9%~103.2%. The relative standard deviations were 0.4%~1.8%. Conclusion This method is rapid, simple, accurate and repeatable, which can be used for the simultaneous determination of pantothenate, nicotinamide, vitamin B 1, vitamin B 2 and vitamin B 6 in healthy food.
