Our dedication is demonstrated by our compliance efforts as they apply to the following Chinese Legislation on the Restriction of Hazardous Substances: On July 1, 2016, the Measures for the Administration of the Control of Pollution by Electrical and Electronic Products (China RoHS 2) went into effect. The goal of the China RoHS regulation is the disclosure and control of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products. This regulation will be implemented in a two phase approach. The first phase, effective July 1, 2016, requires the self-declaration and labelling of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic product. Rockwell Automation products falling within the Chinese Ministry of Information Industries (MII) scope of the RoHS Regulations which require information disclosure, begin on page two of this document.
