We opened in march What is a Bodegón? Well, Italians have trattorie; the French, le bistrot; the Germans, das Gasthaus; our neighbours in Peru, cevicherías; the Brits have pubs... In Argentina, we have bodegones. Bodegones are usually owner operated, casual, affordable and football crazy. So are we. Yes, all steaks are imported from our pampas in Argentina. Vegetarians are welcome. Why do we offer peruvian dishes? Because it s (one of) the best cuisine in the world.
