Any gains or losses on disposal and corporate restructuring surplus or deficit are measured based on the relevant original invested costs. Gains or losses on foreign exchange, fair value adjustments for financial derivatives and financial assets available-for-sale (per FRS 39 Financial Instruments: Recognition and Measurement), unrealised gains or losses, inter-alia, investment properties revaluation gains or losses, negative goodwill and dilution gains or losses are not included.
