Each of those persons and any one of the directors of each of the abovementioned companies incorporated in Hong Kong must (a) attend personally at G/F, Cosco Tower, Grand Millennium Plaza, 183 Queen s Road Central, Sheung Wan ( The Sales Office ) ( The Sales Office 1 ) between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on 31 st July 2015 (no queuing before 10:30 a.m. on the date of the sale outside The Sales Office The Sales Office 1 will be allowed). No late comers will be accepted; (b) bring one cashier order in the amount of HK$200,000 (or two cashier orders each in the sum of HK$200,000 if the person or company is interested in purchasing two residential properties) made payable to DEACONS which shall be used for part payment of the preliminary deposit when purchasing a specified residential property; and (c) bring the person s H.K.I.D. Card(s) or Passport(s) (as the case may be) or H.K.I.D. Card or Passport of the Director of the company, Business Registration Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation and the latest Annual Return of the company. 2. All persons or the directors of such companies who attend personally at The Sales Office The Sales Office 1 between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on 31 st July 2015 shall complete and submit a Registration of Intent as prescribed by the Vendor and shall then be registered for balloting by the Vendor. Each registered person or company (whether in his/her/its own name or in joint names with other party(ies)) shall register not more than once. Repeated registration will not be accepted. The person(s) or company(ies) under each registration in accordance with this Information on Sales Arrangements ( the registrant(s) ) shall be allotted with only 1 balloting right. Each registrant will be entitled to purchase a maximum of 1 (if 1 cashier order has been submitted for registration) or a maximum of 2 (if 2 cashier orders have been submitted for registration) 2

3 residential properties which are still available at the time of selection. 3. Balloting will be held immediately after the registration is completed to determine the priority of selection of the specified residential properties. The registrants shall proceed to select the specified residential properties available at the time of selection in the order of priority according to the ballot result. In case of any dispute, the Vendor reserves its absolute right to allocate any specified residential properties to any interested persons by any method. 4. Before entering into the Preliminary Agreement for Sale and Purchase in respect of the any specified residential property, a registrant may request the Vendor on spot to add the immediate family member(s) (i.e. spouse, parents and children) of any person comprising the registrant as joint purchasers, provided that the registrant must provide the relevant supporting documents to the satisfaction of the Vendor to prove the relationship. The Vendor reserves its absolute discretion to allow or reject the registrant to add any person(s) or the number of person to sign the Preliminary Agreement for Sale and Purchase. 5. If the registrant does not purchase any residential property or the number of residential property purchased is less than the numbers of cashier orders submitted for registration, the unused cashier order(s) will be available for collection by the registrant or such person duly authorized by the registrant at The Sales Office The Sales Office 1 during the period starting from 1 st August 2015 to 8 th August 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. After the sale of specified residential properties by balloting mentioned above ends, the remaining specified residential properties available for selection and sale (if any) will be offered to be sold at The Sales Office 1 on a first come first served basis. In case of dispute, the Vendor reserves its absolute right to allocate any specified residential properties to any interested persons by any method. 1. Each purchaser shall be entitled to purchase no more than two (2) four (4) residential properties of the Development, whether or not the residential properties of the Development are included in this Information on Sales Arrangements. 2. Companies not incorporated in Hong Kong are not eligible to purchase any of the specified residential properties of the Development, whether or not the residential properties of the Development are included in this Information on Sales Arrangements. From 1 st August 2015 and thereafter First come first served.
