3 自行進場撤場指南日程進場 10 月 29 日 11:00-20:00 撤場 11 月 04 日 18:00-21:00 * 展示場所等詳細信息將會隨所獲得獎項的不同而不同會場 --TokyoMidtown( 東京港區赤坂 9-7-1) -Hall( 百佳獎展示, 舞台活動等 ) - 會議室,Design Hub( 優良設計獎獲獎展示 ) - 廣場, 中庭 ( 設計交流 ) 進場 (10 月 29 日 ) 請攜帶入場證進場禁止使用手推車運輸展品來場, 但可以使用行李箱對於獲得百佳獎的參展者, 如果展品巨大, 經主辦方的許可, 能夠使用汽車運輸進場設置 (10 月 29 日 ) 1. 前往最近的諮詢台, 確認並找到自己的展位 2. 安裝展品 3. 設置完成後請向工作人員匯報 4. 工作人確認展品的展示情況注意 * 請確認自己的展位, 不要越界 * 請保證展品不要超過所選尺寸的最大高度 * 主辦方不提供工具及充電服務, 請自行準備 * 請自行處理捆包材等廢棄物, 禁止隨意丟棄在會場及周邊地區 * 禁止在展示空間內使用膠水釘子等物品, 也請不要隨意移動展示空間 * 會場於當日上午 10:00 起供電, 請確認自己之前是否申請用電撤場 (11 月 4 日 ) 到達展位並開始撤展 * 撤場結束後無需向工作人員匯報 * 請確保 21:00 完成撤場 3

Customs Entry a) Category of Import Procedure The venue is Not Bonded Area for this Good Design Award Exhibition. All exhibition goods should be cleared through customs by the following two types of import procedures. i) Permanent Import ii) ATA Carnet 15

16 b) Shipping Documents The following shipping documents are required by the Japanese Customs for Import/Re-export customs clearance. All documents are required to be prepared in Engish language and should be sent in the following quantities accompanied with Air Waybill. Item Permanent Import ATA Carnet Invoice 4 copies ATA Carnet Document Original 1 set Packing List 4 copies 4 copies Insurance Policy (Debit Note) 1 copy 1 copy Catalogue 1 copy 1 copy *Attention : material name, unit price, quantity and total price of each items are required to be clearly mentioned on the commercial invoice (Food Sanitation Law) It is important to understand all kinds of exhibit are being controlled by this law except for booth or decoration materials. In order to distribute a commodity and/or get the guests tasting at the fair ground, it is obliged for an exhibitor to submit Food Import Notification to Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW). However, it is not sure that MHLW s local office (quarantine office at airport) shall release a permit without actual examination by cargo-sampling. Basically quarantine office can freely release or put examination order to any importers. In case of examination order, it takes at least 7-10 days for analyzing the sample even in the shortest case. It depends on kinds of import items in that how many days are to be required of sample examination. In this connection, if a product may not be able to get MHLW s approval for importation on safety standard, and exhibitor can still get a provisional import approval from MHLQW limitedly on condition that they shall submit to MHLW Declaration letter that the product is for display only, not for tasting nor free distribution and shall be disposed or to be re-exported out of Japan after the exhibition. In case that you have an agent in Japan, it is advised that you should consult with the agent on how to deal with the exhibit for Good Design AWARD Whichever Formal Food Application or declaration for provisional import to governmental 16

17 sector on the exhbit, a resident party as importer shall be obliged to do it under its name and responsibility. However, in case that an exhibitor has no agent in Japan, we can ask the exhibition secretariat to do it on their behalf. In this case, we will be able to be liaisoning an exhibitor to the exhibition secretariat. (Pharmaceutical Affair s Law) Goods, which is subjected to the Pharmaceutical Affair s Law in Japan, that is medical instruments, perfumery, Cosmetics or toilet preparations, Soap, Oral Dental Preparation and the like, are Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW). If you don t know whether your goods is regulated or not, please fell free to contact us at anytime. 4. Packing The exhibitor will be requested to prepare proper export packing by individual category mentioned below. a) Permanent Import b) ATA Carnet 5. Wooden Packing Material for import to Japan If wooden packing materials, including with pallets, dunnage, crating, packing, block, drum, cases, load boards, pallet collars and skids, is made from raw wood without processing and treatment, these materials are prohibited to import in Japan by regulation of plant quarantine. If you send it to Japan, these packing materials must be treated necessary in your country as following method. a) Heat treatment : Based on ISPM 15 International Regulation, marks of heat treatment should be stamped on the outside of wooden packing materials. b) Methyl bromide fumigation : Certificate of fumigation issued by your country quarantine required. *In case of packing by plywood veneer, these materials are not subject to the plant quarantine regulation. 6. Payment Terms and Conditions a) For Air Shipment / Air Cargo Import into Japan. i) All air shipment / air cargo should be arranged by your local forwarder as Free House Delivery service (Free Domicile) ii) In case,import Customs clearance charge with be applicable, we will bill with In-Bound handling charge. aa) Advance Payment before certain date below mentioned required. Estimated Amount as per communication should be paid in Japanese Yen to the account of Yamato Logistics Co.,Ltd. Before September 22, 2015 according to each invoice. Please remit your payment by wire transfer to our bank account! **Credit card is not available** **Free House means all charge including Japanese local charge should be paid by the exhibitor b) For Re-Export from Japan (ALL CHARGE COLLECT paying at the destination) i) Air Freight Charge COLLECT ii) Re-Export customs clearance charge and out-bound handling charge COLLECT on AWB Express Shipment / Small Courier 8.
