11 [ 搬入 搬出路径图 ] 4 F: カンファレンス 5 F: デザインハブ Tokyo Midtown (Roppongi) 中有两处停车场, 如果满车的情况下, 请利用附近的一般停车场 请 不要随意将车辆停放至会场附近 B1F へ 获奖者 (AWARD WINNER) 入场证搬入 搬出时请一定佩戴官方发送的获奖者入场证 主办方会提前向每位获奖者邮送五张入场证 有多件作品获奖 由他人代为搬入 搬出等情况下, 可以向主办方追加申请入场证 申请方式 : 编写申请邮件, 发送至 info-e@help.g-mark.org 领取方式 : 搬入当日携带入场者名片, 告知会场前台工作人员 ENTRY NO. 后获取 9

12 [ 搬入 搬出的流程 ] 搬入 10 月 30 13:00 19:00 于各会场的前台签到并确认作品的摆放位置 获奖对象的摆放 在指定展示会场进行搬入手续 具体展示位置, 主办方将于 10 月中旬另行通知 入场前, 请一定于各会场的前台进行签到手续, 签到完成后再进行搬入作业 请严格遵守出展规则和各自的展示空间 如有违反规定, 主办方有权进行调整和撤除 摆放结束后向会场前台工作人员汇报 现场工作人员确认 请向前台工作人员汇报 前台工作人员确认后, 搬入才算结束 搬入结束 搬入的注意事项 捆包材料等废弃物请自行带走 会场不设保管处或废弃处 会场及主办方事务局一律不接受获奖作品的邮送 如无法亲自前来布展, 请利用官方指定的代理服务 ( 申请办法请参阅本指南的 P20 ) 会场将不提供布展相关的工具, 如需使用请自行准备 请自行准备展示时的安保措施 ( 如设置透明罩 防盗链等 ) 搬出 11 月 4 日 18:30 21:00 11 月 5 日 10:00 13:00 获奖对象搬出 入场时请佩戴入场证 最终展示日闭展后, 请所有参观者和参展者退出展场 事务局工作人员将进行会场的安全确认, 确认结束后, 参展者需佩戴入场证, 于会场前台签到后, 再进行搬出作业 搬出的注意事项 会场将不提供撤展的相关工具, 如需使用请自行准备 会场的通电结束时间为 11 月 4 日 19:00, 此后将不提供撤展电力 撤展所需工具的电力请自行准备 会场的清扫 废弃物处理 设置 撤除期间展示区域内的清扫将由参展者负责 展示区域内的废弃物, 请参展者自行带走 如果展示区域内留有废弃物及展示品, 主办方将回收 丢弃, 之后会向该当参展者征收废材处理费 (5,500 日元 / 件 ) 10

13 03 关于获奖对象的展示 1. 关于展示 GOOD DESIGN EXHIBITION 2019 是主办方和获奖者一同, 将获奖作品的成果和优点传达给社会, 和参观者 共享的平台 因此希望各位能够简洁明了地展示各自的作品 1) 关于展示空间每件获奖作品的展示空间限定为 1 个展示单元 (600mm 600mm 或 400mm 400mm 或 1 张悬挂式展板 ) 因会场展示空间的限制, 无法追加申请展示单元 ( 高度和重量的限制请参阅 P 1 2 关于展示方式 ) 2) 关于展示物原则上要求所有获奖者必须展出获奖作品的实物 但是, 若获奖对象为无法搬入或无法展示的对象 (1 实物超出规定的尺寸或重量 2 建筑 室内等空间类作品 3 服务类等无形的作品 ), 需要参展者准备能够简洁明了说明作品要点的展板, 代替实物展出 ( 详见 P12 关于展示方式 ) 需要辅助用具 ( 支架 透明罩等 ) 进行展示时, 请直接将成品搬入, 尽可能避免在现场组装 搬入作业时, 禁止使用发出声响的工具 2. 展示的注意点 若为了补充说明展示物而使用宣传册 展板 动画等辅助物品时, 尽可能以简洁的方式呈现, 禁止以商业宣传为目的展示 获奖者的搬入布置结束后, 如出现不遵守展示规定 不符合本展宗旨 影响其他参展者的情况, 主办方有权进行调整, 必要时进行撤除 3. 会场的留守 因为展场空间有限, 且为了不妨碍参观者的通行, 禁止参展者留守各自的展示区域 会期中, 开场前 30 分钟, 参展者可提前入场整理自己的展示品 ( 入场时必须佩带获奖者入场证 ) 11

14 04 关于展示方式 1. 获奖者的申请获奖者需要在 9 月 4 日 11 日登录 ENTRY SITE, 填写 获奖展展示 的相关信息 ( 展示方式 展示配件 可选 ) 由于会场空间的限制, 一件获奖作品只能申请 1 单元空间 (600mm 600mm 或 400mm 400mm 或 1 张悬挂式展板 ), 主办方将根据参赛者提供的 ENTRY DATA 决定每件作品的展示空间大小 一律不接受任何理由的空间追加申请 另外,9 月 4 日 11 日期间也需要获奖者进行 公开信息校正 根据该信息, 主办方将制作获奖展的展示标牌 1) 关于展示方式 本获奖展秉持 GOOD DESIGN AWARD 的主旨, 根据获奖对象的性质, 为参展者提供 4 种展示方式 置 于台面 (400) 和悬挂式展板的展示方式将由主办方指定 置于台面 (600) 该展示方式使用于 1 只展示实物作品,2 展示实物和辅助资料 ( 展板 视频 等 ),3 使用展板展示 ( 非官方指定的悬挂式展板方式 ) 置于地面 (600) 该展示方式适用于 1 落地式实物作品,2 悬挂式实物作品 ( 支架自备 ) 置于台面 (400) 主办方指定该展示方式适用于小型获奖作品 ( 手表 文具等 ) 悬挂式展板 主办方指定该展示方式适用于建筑物 设施 空间 环境等设计以及 大型的获奖对象, 为了会场的统一性, 一律使用 A1 尺寸的展板 (1 张 ) 2) 关于各种展示配件在展示中, 如需要使用展板支架和电源等, 也请在 9 月 4 日 11 日通过 ENTRY SITE 进行申请 ( 详见 P18) 映像播放器可由参展者自行准备 不提供网络, 如需使用请自行准备 wifi 设备 3) 标牌信息的确认主办方将为参展者制作说明用标牌, 届时会统一贴付在展台等的指定位置 原则上将使用 9 月 4 日 11 日期间获奖者在 ENTRY SITE 的 Release Info 处填写的资料 9 月 12 日以后, 该处的信息无法变更, 还请慎重填写 标牌的记载内容项目如下所示, 获奖号码 获奖对象名一般名称 + 固有名称 获奖企业名 Producer/Director/Designer( 因排版的需要, 文字数过多的获奖对象, 标牌将特别对应 ) 12

15 2. 获奖展中主办方提供的服务 1) 展示位置的划分 GOOD DESIGN AWARD 获奖展对象主要将被展示于 Midtown Conference (4F) 和 DESIGN HUB (5F) 的展场 每件对象的展示位置由主办方根据获奖对象的设计类别和所选择的展示方式进行统筹规划,10 月中旬通过邮件通知各位参展者 一概不接受来自参展者的展示希望 ( 例如, 同一企业作品的集中展示等 ) 2) 空间和展台的设置 主办方将根据展示位置和参展者所选择的展示方式, 设置展台及相关配件 ( 电源插座 播放设备等 ) 3) 展场内的照明 各展场内的照明将由主办方以适于参观者观看为主旨, 统一进行调配 4 ) 标牌 以参展者在 ENTRY SITE 中填写并确认的 Release Info 为准, 统一制作标牌并贴付在展台上 关于获奖展的 常见问题 请参看 GOOD DESIGN AWARD 官方网站, 13

16 置于台面 (600) 对象 只展示实物作品 展示实物和辅助资料 ( 展板 映像等 ) 使用展板展示 ( 非官方指定的悬挂式展板方式 ) 尺寸 展台面积宽幅 600mm 纵深 600mm 展台高度 758mm 遵守展示空间的限制条件, 以通俗易懂的方式展示 尽可能采用可试用 体验的方式进行展示 天面图 [ 展示可能区域 ] 宽幅 540mm 纵深 450mm 高 850mm 展示标牌由主办方提供 展示区域仅限于台面上, 台面以下不可设置展示物 ( 不可将布或展示物垂放至地面 ) 请保持展台左右为开放状态 ( 不可以做左右封闭式展示空间 ) 为了展示效果, 请将支架或者展板的背面都进行适当的美观处理 [ 重量限制 ] 展台最大承重总计 50kg [ 展板 / 映像器材的使用 ] 如果需要展板作为补充说明材料, 请制作 1 张不超过 A1 尺寸纵向的展板, 必须提前申请并使用主办方提供的展板支架 ( 免费 ) 支架对应厚 5-7mm 厚度, 无边框的轻质展板 ( 有边框则无法使用主办方提供的支架 ) 设置影像器材的场合, 请采用不超过展示面积区域大小的设备 主办方推荐采用能够体验的展示方式, 但是请严格遵守展示规则 且一定不能影响到相邻参展者的正常展示 正面图 側面图 14

22 06 展示物与会场的管理 1. 展示的安保和责任归属 非公开期间, 主办方对展示物的破损 丢失以及被盗等负有管理责任, 一般公开期间 ( 包含搬入, 搬出期间 ), 上述责任则由获奖者自行承担 为了让参观者能够更好地体验优良设计, 本获奖展采取参观者自由触摸展品的展览方式 由于一般公开期间会有众多参观者来场并对作品进行观赏, 请各位获奖者根据自身需要, 对作品进行防护, 防盗措施 ( 设置透明展示罩或者防盗锁链等 ) 每日一般公开前 30 分钟, 获奖者可以提前进场对作品进行确认或调整, 请有效利用该时间段 获奖展期间, 因天灾等不可抗力所造成的损失和事故等, 主办方对此不负责任 获奖者在展品的搬入 搬出 施工 展示以及设置作业时, 需小心谨慎, 防止事故的发生 主办方从防止事故发生的视点出发, 判定有危险时, 可以对上述作业进行限制或中止, 并且可以要求获奖者负担防止事故发生所必须的措施 2. 由获奖者负责的事项 因获奖作品的知识财产权 品质 性能 安全性以及施工等造成的问题, 一律由获奖者自身承担, 主办方概不负责 3. 规定的遵守和变更 获奖者以及相关人员必须遵守本指南所记载的规定 此外, 在不得已的特殊情况发生后, 主办方有可能会变更相关规定 4. 其它规定 在展示中, 请遵守下述规定 主办方一旦发现下述违规行为, 将立刻予以中止 1) 展示必须在获奖者事先申请的空间内进行 2) 由于会场整体的噪音对策, 请将音响等的音量设定在 60phon 以下 3) 会期中 24 小时通电 对于照明等因长时间持续通电而发热的展品等, 请设置会场工作人员可方便开关的电源按钮, 并在搬入时向会场工作人员传达 5. 会场的安保 1) 会场的清扫 废弃物的处理 设置 拆除期间展示空间内的清扫等均由获奖者自行承担 请获奖者自行带走展示空间内产生的废弃物等 如果展示空间内 ( 包含展示空间周围 ) 放置有废弃物时, 主办方将强制回收, 并在日后向获奖者请款废材处理费 ( 实际费用 ) 2) 恢复展示空间的原样展示空间必须在 11 月 5 日 13 :00 之前完全恢复布展前的状态 如果未能完全恢复或未能在规定期间内完成恢复时, 主办方将代为实施, 恢复所需的费用均由获奖者承担 主办方所准备的展示设备 电线设备等会由主办方自行撤除 6. 会场内的拍摄行为 ( 一般公开期间 ) 1) 参观者的拍摄行为 主办方本着推广优良设计的目的, 将不会限制参观者对于参展作品的拍摄行为 2) 获奖者的拍摄行为 如果获奖者针对自身展示进行拍摄, 建议在一般公开前的准备时间内进行, 如果需要在公开期间进行拍摄时, 请优先参观 者, 不要影响其正常的观赏 3) 媒体等的拍摄行为 主办方认可的媒体工作人员将获得 PRESS 证, 佩戴 PRESS 证 的媒体工作人员进行拍摄时, 请尽可能提供方便 20

Also, it takes time to apply for ATA Carnet. * Attention: material name, unit price, quantity and total price of each item are required to be clearly mentioned on the commercial invoice *It is example of necessary documents of shipping. Could you confirm actually documents to your nominated shipping company? If they are not need those documents, It is correct. (Food Sanitation Law) It is important to understand all kinds of exhibits are being controlled by this law except for booth or decoration materials. In order to distribute a commodity and/or get the guests tasting at the fair ground, it is obliged for an exhibitor to submit Food Import Notification to Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW). However, it is not sure that MHLW s local office (quarantine office at airport) shall release a permit without actual examination by cargo-sampling. Basically quarantine office can freely release or put examination order to any importers. In case of examination order, it takes at least 7-10 days for analyzing the sample even in the shortest case. It depends on kinds of import items in that how many days are to be required of sample examination. In this connection, if a product may not be able to get MHLW s approval for importation on safety standard, and exhibitor can still get a provisional import approval from MHLW limitedly on condition that they shall submit to MHLW Declaration letter that the product is for display only, not for tasting nor free distribution and shall be disposed or to be re-exported out of Japan after the exhibition. 24

27 In case that you have an agent in Japan, it is advised that you should consult with the agent on how to deal with the exhibit for Good Design AWARD Whichever Formal Food Application or declaration for provisional import to governmental sector on the exhibit, a resident party in Japan as importer shall be obliged to do it under its name and responsibility. However, in case that an exhibitor has no agent in Japan, we can ask the exhibition secretariat to do it on their behalf. In this case, we will be able to liaison an exhibitor to the exhibition secretariat. (Pharmaceutical Affair s Law) Goods, which are subjected to the Pharmaceutical Affair s Law in Japan, that is medical instruments, perfumery, Cosmetics or toilet preparations, Soap, Oral Dental Preparation and the like, are Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW). 5. Packing a) Marking Entry No. ((VERY IMPORTANT!!! )) Please write down your ENTRY NO both on your exhibits and packages for identification. Your ENTRY NO must be marked and labelled on all exhibits and packages, in large, bold easy-to-read figures. In order to facilitate quick identification and handling, ENTRY NO should be marked at least two sides(opposite or top and side) on all your exhibits and your packages. *Packing image ENTRY NO ENTRY NO Also, when you send the panel, we recommend using cushioning material and thickening the package. If you send it to Japan, these packing materials must be treated necessary in your country as following method. 26

29 a) Heat treatment: Based on ISPM 15 International Regulation, marks of heat treatment should be stamped on the outside of wooden packing materials. b) Methyl bromide fumigation: Certificate of fumigation issued by your country quarantine required. * In case of packing by plywood veneer, these materials are not subject to the plant quarantine regulation. 6.
