7 膜片式联轴器结构和作用原理 ARPEX All-steel Couplings Design and Operation 功能 Function ARPEX 联轴器在近 30 多年以来在所有技术领域均被实践证明是运行可靠的并且无需维护保养的机械元件扭矩传输通受拉伸力作用的弯曲弹性的膜片通过采用多层薄膜片而具有较小的轴向和角向回复力通过精密制造的部件可达到回复性好的高平衡质量扭转刚性和无间隙的扭矩传输并且同时补偿轴向, 径向和角向的轴对中偏差 ( 见图 3.1,3.2 和 3.3) 轮毂和套筒由钢制成膜片由硬轧弹簧主冈制成通过交替固定在法兰上的膜片可以补修轴对中偏差 For more than 30 years, ARPEX couplings have proven themselves to be reliable and maintenance-free drive elements in all fields of mechanical engineering. Torque is transmitted by tension-loaded flexible steel discs. Negligible axial- and angular restoring forces due to the use of thin steel discs assembled in disc packs. High reproducible balancing quality of components machined to very close tolerances. Torsionally rigid transmission of torque without backlash and, at the same time, compensation of axial, radial and angular shaft misalignments ( Fig 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 ). Hubs and spacers are made out of steel, the disc pack material is hard- rolled spring steel.
