SERIE-E electronic filler PET and GLASS bottle fillers for non-carbonated & carbonated products

SERIE-E electronic filler Main features EN The E-SERIES is the new SACMI electronic filler range ( E letter refers to its filling technology) designed to meet the flexibility and hygiene requirements of the most discerning customer. The E-SERIES is distinguished by its complete range suitable for filling various types of bottles (PET, GLASS,CAN) of different sizes (from smallest bottle to the largest one) at different temperatures (ambient, cold or hot fill) with a lot of products even very sensitive, such as still water and beer. Its structure (designed to avoid any product being left behind) is made entirely of stainless steel. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI316L with gasket according to the European standards and FDA. On demand, it s possible to equipe machines isolator: in this way filling area will be closed and guards (including covering) will be welded directly on the base and overpressured with respect to the outside to allow filling operations under ultra-clean conditions with, if possible, a minimum use of sterilizing agents. In the E-SERIES filler designed to perform only PET bottles, containers are handled by the neck, in order to reduce the changeover time when bottles with different volume but same neck finish are handled; on the contrary fillers designed to perform GLASS or CAN, bottles are handled by supporting the container bottom. All the perimeter protections are mounted on the floor and made in laminated glass and stainless steel. On request, they can be closed to the base and to the carousel for reducing the overall dimensions of the machine. Filling technology can be electronic-volumetric or electronic level according to the model of filler chosen: electronic-volumetric filling: the filling valve is equipped with a magnetic flowmeter which measuring the volume transferred to the bottle allows machine electronics to manage the filling; electronic level filling: the filling valve is equipped with a conductive level probe which, by detecting the liquid presence allows machine electronics to manage the filling.

The electronic filling operation allows to monitor every single valve, sensing in real time its performance and any malfunction which may occur. It also allows to modify from the operator panel the fill level in the bottle. Main advantages of this new series are: maximum filling precision null rejection rate from the first machine revolution minimum product waste reduced time on bottle format changeover and reduced down time for maintenance operations maximum time of availability to production maximum flexibility in filling operation sloped bases to avoid stagnation of liquid minimum consumption of chemical products during washing operations All the E-SERIES fillers have been designed in order to obtain a minimized and easy maintenance. These are some of the more important solutions: product distributor carry out with a mechanical seal, avoiding the higher wear of the slipping gaskets all the remaining parts are self lubricated except the slewing ring and the capper filling valve disassembly from the carousel possible in less than 30 seconds no custom electronic component and electrical panel are need operating the filling phase on the rotating part.

Filling valves 灌装阀 EN Filling valves have been designed to avoid any operator s action, even on a discretionary basis. All stages of the process are controlled by software, using a formula optimized for each product type. Electronic technology (both volumetric and level) makes filling extremely accurate and provides a guarantee of hygiene during operation. Different options available in this series means that they can be used for different types of beverages, including soft drink, non-carbonated and carbonated water, beer, flavoured water and isotonic. Machine design allows also a quick product changeover without waste and without smell absorption. Some of the main machine s features are listed below: valves with flowmeters for volumetric o level probe filling or both volumetric and level probe; all parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L; valve body in 316L stainless steel; no bottle - no fill device; sanitation system with automatic dummy bottle engagement and removal (N/A for Mod. ELG); high-temperature sanitation option offering reduced washing times; no product loss or level waste during product change-over operations; separate compressed gas manifold; rotary manifold for process liquids distribution with mechanical seal on the product (no bearings, no greasing operations); tank level control valve; handling with grippers (positive grip) (only for PET fillers).

Fillers 灌装机 EWS EN The EWS filler has been specifically designed to fill PET containers and it is suitable to fill non-carbonated water and non-carbonated products. Filling technology is electronic-volumetric: one of the filling valves is equipped with a magnetic flowmeter which measures the volume transferred to the bottle, allowing machine electronics to determine the time necessary to fill the quantity required into the container. The remaining valves are pneumatically operated according to the time such established. The machine has been designed in order to guarantee the maximum repeatability on the parameters conditioning the filling process (infeed pressure, valve opening/closing times, etc.) in order to achieve the bottle fill level accuracy guaranteed. There is no contact between the filling valve and the bottle; this avoids any contamination from the bottle to the machine and from the machine to other containers. The only existing tanks is installed and fixed on the floor, external to the carousel, and it has the function of receiving the product from the feeding system. The washing of this tank is carried out by a spray ball system. The CIP dummy bottles are automatically inserted and removed.

EWF - EWH EN EWF and EWH fillers have been specifically designed to fill PET containers and they are suitable to fill noncarbonated water, non-carbonated product, oil (only Mod. EWF) and drinking yogurt (only Mod. EWF). Filling technology is electronic-volumetric: each filling valve is equipped with a magnetic flowmeter which measures the volume transferred to the bottle, allowing machine electronics to determine the filling phases. Flowmeters make the two fillers different: the EWF filler is equipped with a flowmeter that guarantee the maximum level precision; EWH filler uses a VORTEX type flowmeter cheaper than the first one, but with a lower level precision. There is no contact between the filling valve and the bottle; this avoids any contamination from the bottle to the machine and from the machine to other containers. In order to obtain the maximum machine washability, the product distribution takes place on the rotating carousel by means of pipes. The only existing tanks is installed and fixed on the floor, external to the carousel, and it has the function of receiving the product from the feeding system. The washing of this tank is carried out by a spray ball system. The CIP dummy bottles are automatically inserted and removed. EWE EN The EWE filler has been specifically designed to fill PET containers and it is suitable to fill non-carbonated water, non-carbonated product, oil and drinking yogurt with high speed performances. This is possible thanks to the possibility of modulate the flow during filling. Filling technology is electronic-volumetric: each filling valve is equipped with a magnetic flowmeter which measures the volume transferred to the bottle, allowing machine electronics to determine the filling phases. There is no contact between the filling valve and the bottle; this avoids any contamination from the bottle to the machine and from the machine to other containers. All the filling cycle phases are operated by means of pneumatically driven valves. The standard filling cycle is so composed: 1. slow filling 2. fast filling 3. slow filling The filling cycle is set on the operator panel and can be modified according to the features of the product to be filled. For instance, the slow filling phase can be excluded from the cycle. In order to obtain the maximum machine washability, the product distribution takes place on the rotating carousel by means of pipes. The only existing tanks is installed and fixed on the floor, external to the carousel, and it has the function of receiving the product from the feeding system. The washing of this tank is carried out by a spray ball system. The CIP dummy bottles are automatically inserted and removed.

A double valve allows to the filler to reach high speed. The only existing tanks is installed and fixed on the floor, external to the carousel, and it has the function of receiving the product from the bleder. The washing of this tank is carried out by a spray ball system. The depressurization is collectorized through manifolds. The machine design allows, also, to minimize the product waste during the production start/end. The CIP dummy bottles are automatically inserted and removed. The ESF filler is able to fill also product without CO 2 content at a maximum temperature of 95 C: in this case the depressurization manifold is used for the product recirculation, and the valve usually operating the slow filling process works as a recirculation valve. The skid equipped with the product tank will be provided of an additional tank for the recirculation. The container to be filled will be in contact with the filling valve.

The recirculation doesn t concern the product already bottled, but it s limited to the liquid contained in the filling valves. The filling cycle is set on the operator panel and can be modified according to the features of the product to be filled. For instance, the slow filling phase can be excluded from the cycle. In order to obtain the maximum machine washability, the product distribution takes place on the rotating carousel by means of pipes. Tanks are fixed on the floor, external to the carrousel, and they have the function of receiving the product from the pasteurization plant and to recirculate the product which returns from the filler to the pasteurizer. The washing of this tank is carried out by a spray ball system. The CIP dummy bottles are automatically inserted and removed.

Rinser 冲瓶机 EN Filling monoblock can be equipped with a rinsing tower, so as to guarantee the cleanliness and hygiene standards. These systems may provide single or double treatment, with a suction hood for fumes and a rinsing product recovery system using a collection vat and a booster pump. Sanitation 环境卫生 EN The sanitation of the filler, and more generally all the parts in contact with the product, is fully automated once washing cycles have been set using software. Automatic CIP cups drastically decrease downtime and guarantee that the machine is perfectly cleaned. Furthermore, on request, the monoblock can be equipped with an external automatic washing system that uses fixed and movable nozzles to ensure that shadow areas are not present inside the insulator during washing. The sloped base and the collection of run-off enable the parts outside the insulator to be kept dry. Filling valves 灌装阀 EN Filling valves have been designed to avoid any operator s action, even on a discretionary basis. All stages of the process are controlled by software, using a formula optimized for each product type. Electronic technology (both volumetric and level) makes filling extremely accurate and provides a guarantee of hygiene during operation. Different options available in this series means that they can be used for different types of beverages, including soft drink, non-carbonated and carbonated water, beer, flavoured water and isotonic. Machine design allows also a quick product changeover without waste and without smell absorption. Some of the main machine s features are listed below: valves with flowmeters for volumetric o level probe filling or both volumetric and level probe; all parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L; valve body in 316L stainless steel; no bottle - no fill device; sanitation system with automatic dummy bottle engagement and removal (N/A for Mod. Fillers 灌装机 EWS EN The EWS filler has been specifically designed to fill PET containers and it is suitable to fill non-carbonated water and non-carbonated products. Filling technology is electronic-volumetric: one of the filling valves is equipped with a magnetic flowmeter which measures the volume transferred to the bottle, allowing machine electronics to determine the time necessary to fill the quantity required into the container. The remaining valves are pneumatically operated according to the time such established. The machine has been designed in order to guarantee the maximum repeatability on the parameters conditioning the filling process (infeed pressure, valve opening/closing times, etc.) in order to achieve the bottle fill level accuracy guaranteed. The standard filling cycle is so composed: 1. pressurization 2. slow filling 3. fast filling 4. slow filling 5. depressurization The filling cycle is set on the operator panel and can be modified according to the features of the product to be filled. For instance, a flushing phase can be added or the slow filling phase can be excluded from the cycle. In order to obtain the maximum machine washability, the product and the gas distribution takes place on the rotating carousel by means of pipes. The only existing tanks is installed and fixed on the floor, external to the carousel, and it has the function of receiving the product from the bleder. The washing of this tank is carried out by a spray ball system. The depressurization is collectorized through manifolds. The machine design allows, also, to minimize the product waste during the production start/end. The CIP dummy bottles are automatically inserted and removed. The ESF filler is able to fill also product without CO 2 content at a maximum temperature of 95 C: in this case the depressurization manifold is used for the product recirculation, and the valve usually operating the slow filling process works as a recirculation valve. The skid equipped with the product tank will be provided of an additional tank for the recirculation. The container to be filled will be in contact with the filling valve.

Filling valve design allows to fill clear products as well as products with fibers and pulps content. In the EHF filling machine, there is no contact between the filling valve and the bottle; this avoids any contamination from the bottle to the machine and from the machine to other containers; whereas the valve of EHC filler comes in contact with the container. All the filling cycle phases are operated by means of pneumatically driven valves. The standard filling cycle is so composed: 1. slow filling 2. fast filling 3. slow filling During machine stops, the product is recirculated in order to maintain the temperature of the filling valves. The recirculation doesn t concern the product already bottled, but it s limited to the liquid contained in the filling valves. The filling cycle is set on the operator panel and can be modified according to the features of the product to be filled. For instance, the slow filling phase can be excluded from the cycle. In order to obtain the maximum machine washability, the product distribution takes place on the rotating carousel by means of pipes. ELT EN The ELT filler has been specifically designed to fill PET containers and it is suitable to fill beer. Filling technology is electronic-volumetric: each filling valve is equipped with a magnetic flowmeter which measures the volume transferred to the bottle, allowing machine electronics to determine the filling phases. Filling valve design allows to fill clear products as well as products with fibers and pulps content. The filling system starts from the bottom of the bottle (through a long tube) allowing to reduce the total oxygen pick-up, limiting the CO 2 consumption of the filler. To optimize filling process, it is necessary to replace the filling pipe (with quick release) according to the high of the bottle to fill. All filling cycle phases are managed through valves pneumatically controlled. Standard filling cycle is made up of: 1. flushing 2. pressurization 3. slow filling 4. fast filling 5. depressurization The filling cycle is set on the operator panel and can be modified according to the features of the product to be filled. For instance, slow and fast filling phases can be modified. In order to obtain the maximum machine washability, the product and the gas distribution takes place on the rotating carousel by means of pipes. The only existing tanks is installed and fixed on the floor, external to the carousel, and it has the function of receiving the product from the bleder. The washing of this tank is carried out by a spray ball system. The depressurization is collectorized through manifolds. The machine design allows, also, to minimize the product waste during the production start/end. The CIP dummy bottles are manually inserted and removed.

ECF EN The ECF filler has been specifically designed to fill CAN and it is suitable to fill CSD (Carbonated Soft Drink), carbonated water, non-carbonated water, beer, non-carbonated product, alcopops and non-carbonated product in hot fill (on request). There is only a tank installed and fixed on the floor outside the carousel with the function to receive the product from mixing unit. The washing of this tank is carried out by a spray ball system. The CIP dummy bottles are automatically inserted and removed. The ECF filler is able to fill also product without CO 2 content at a maximum temperature of 95 C: in this case the depressurization manifold is used for the product recirculation, and the valve usually operating the slow filling process works as a recirculation valve. The skid equipped with the product tank will be provided of an additional tank for the recirculation. The container to be filled will be in contact with the filling valve.
