OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (295400-W) ( OCBC Bank ) presents Get More from Your Savings Challenge ( the Challenge ) subject to the terms and conditions herein. 1.2. The Challenge runs from 1 January until 30 April 2016 (both dates inclusive, Challenge Period ), or such other date(s) as may be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of, and notified to the Eligible Customers by OCBC Bank for the relevant product(s) offered in this Challenge. 1.3. The Challenge is available at all OCBC Bank (conventional) branches in Malaysia. 2. Eligibility 2.1. The Challenge is open only to individual Malaysian residents, Permanent Residents and non-residents. Applications from non-residents are subject to their country of origin; if a non-resident s country of origin is not acceptable to OCBC Bank, he or she shall not be eligible to participate in this Challenge. 2.2. Customers shall be and shall remain in good standing according to OCBC s and OCBC Al-Amin s absolute discretion, to be eligible for participation or continued participation in this Challenge. Customers whose accounts with OCBC Bank and/or OCBC Al-Amin Bank Berhad (818444-T) ( OCBC Al-Amin ) have been suspended or terminated or who have breached any other agreements with OCBC Bank and/or OCBC Al-Amin any time within the Challenge Period are not eligible to participate, or to continue to participate, in this Challenge. 2.3. Customers who are eligible to participate in this Challenge shall be referred to as Eligible Customers. 3. Challenge Mechanics and Conditions 3.1. Get More From Your Savings Challenge 3.1.1. The Eligible Customers that have successfully registered their participation at Get More From Your Savings Challenge Page at www.ocbc.com.my/mrcoach within Challenge Period, by providing the following details: Personal Information includes:- Applicant s name NRIC Email address Personal contact number Preferred OCBC branch. 4. Gift Entitlement 4.1. To be eligible for RM200 gift, Eligible Customers must: 4.1.1 Visit any OCBC Bank branch and present to branch staff proof of earning more than 4.1%p.a. by showing their 2015 original savings account bank statements of two (2) consecutive months, other than OCBC Bank and OCBC Al-Amin. 4.1.2 The original savings account bank statements shown must bear the name of Eligible Customers. 4.1.3. The original savings account bank statements shown are with balances not more than RM100,000 for period within 2015 only. 4.1.4. The savings account interest amount is credited into the account on a monthly basis. 4.2. Should Eligible Customers qualify for RM200 gift, they will be contacted via SMS within four weeks upon showing us their original savings account statements for the year 2015. 4.3. The RM200 gift will be credited into Eligible Customers bank account via Interbank GIRO. 4.4. Eligible Customers must complete the gift form at the branch to facilitate the crediting of the RM200 gift. An email and/or SMS notification will be sent to Eligible Customers upon crediting of the RM200 gift. 4.5. Eligible Customers can only receive one (1) RM200 gift per person. 4.6. Total Eligible Customers qualifying for the RM200 gift is capped at 100 pax, on a first-come, first-served basis. Page 1 of 6

All the existing Accounts and Services Main Terms and Conditions as well as the terms and conditions governing the respective products / packages / programs referred to in these Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply. In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail only insofar as they are relevant and applicable to the Challenge. 5.2. Non-Eligible Customers will not be entertained. 5.3. This Challenge is not valid with any other Challenge or campaign or promotion as specified by OCBC Bank or OCBC Al-Amin from time to time, except with: (a) Save My Bonus Challenge (b) Pay Less Credit Card Interest Challenge (c) Invest Smarter Challenge (d) Organize Your insurance Policies Challenge 5.4. The selection of products for this Challenge is at OCBC Bank s absolute discretion. 5.5. OCBC Bank reserves the right to substitute at any time, at their sole and absolute discretion respectively, any of the products available for this Challenge with not less than 21 days notice. 5.6. OCBC Bank may, at their sole and absolute discretion respectively, vary or add to these Terms and Conditions; or vary, suspend or terminate the Challenge with not less than 21 days notice to the Customers. Variations or additions to these Terms and Conditions or the variation, suspension or termination of the Challenge may be made by placing a general notice in any one issue of a daily national newspaper or by posting a general notice in any OCBC Bank branch or their websites respectively or by incorporating the notice into OCBC Bank s statement sent to the customers periodically. 5.7. OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (295400-W) ( OCBC Bank ) membawakan Cabaran Get More From Your Savings ( Cabaran ), tertakluk pada terma dan syarat yang terkandung di sini. 1.2. Cabaran akan berlangsung mulai 1 Januari hingga 30 April 2016 (termasuk kedua-dua tarikh, Tempoh Cabaran ), atau tarikh(-tarikh) lain yang mungkin ditentukan atas budi bicara mutlak, seperti yang dimaklumkan kepada Pelanggan Layak oleh OCBC Bank untuk produk-produk yang ditawarkan dalam Cabaran ini. 1.3. Cabaran ini tersedia di semua cawangan OCBC Bank (konvensional) di Malaysia. 2. Kelayakan 2.1. Promosi ini hanya dibuka kepada individu pemastautin Malaysia, Pemastautin Tetap dan bukan pemastautin. Permohonan bukan pemastautin adalah tertakluk pada negara asal individu tersebut; jika negara asal tidak diterima oleh OCBC Bank, maka beliau tidak layak untuk menyertai Cabaran ini. 2.2. Pelanggan hendaklah kekal berada dalam kedudukan yang baik mengikut budi bicara mutlak OCBC Bank dan OCBC Al-Amin, untuk layak menyertai atau meneruskan penyertaan dalam Cabaran ini. Pelanggan dengan akaun OCBC Bank dan/atau OCBC Al-Amin Bank Berhad (818444-T) ( OCBC Al-Amin) miliknya yang digantung atau ditamatkan atau telah melanggar mana-mana perjanjian dengan OCBC Bank dan/atau OCBC Al-Amin pada bilabila masa ketika Tempoh Cabaran, adalah tidak layak untuk menyertai, atau meneruskan penyertaan dalam Cabaran ini. 2.3. Pelanggan yang layak untuk menyertai Promosi ini akan dirujuk sebagai Pelanggan yang Layak. 3. Selok-belok dan Syarat-Syarat Cabaran 3.1. Cabaran Get More From Your Savings 3.1.1. Pelanggan yang Layak yang berjaya mendaftar penyertaan Cabaran Get More From Your Savings mereka di www.ocbc.com.my/mrcoach ketika dalam Tempoh Cabaran dengan memberikan butiran seperti berikut: Maklumat peribadi iaitu: Nama pemohon Kad Pengenalan Alamat e-mel Nombor telefon peribadi Pilihan cawangan OCBC Bank 4. Kelayakan Hadiah 4.1. Untuk layak mendapat hadiah RM200, Pelanggan Layak mestilah: 4.1.1 Mengunjungi mana-mana cawangan OCBC Bank dan mengemukakan kepada kakitangan bank, bukti anda mendapat lebih daripada 4.1% setahun dengan menunjukkan penyata bank dua (2) bulan berturut-turut akaun simpanan asal 2015, selain daripada OCBC Bank dan OCBC Al-Amin. 4.1.2 Penyata bank akaun simpanan asal yang dikemukakan mestilah di atas nama Pelanggan yang Layak. 4.1.3 Penyata bank akaun simpanan asal yang dikemukakan mestilah dengan baki tidak melebihi RM100,000 dalam tempoh sepanjang 2015 sahaja. 4.1.4. Jumlah faedah akaun simpanan telah dikreditkan ke dalam akaun secara bulanan. 4.2. Pelanggan yang Layak untuk mendapat hadiah RM200 akan dihubungi melalui SMS dalam tempoh empat minggu selepas mengemukakan penyata akaun simpanan asal 2015. 4.3. Hadiah RM200 akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun bank Pelanggan yang Layak melalui Interbank GIRO. 4.4. Pelanggan yang Layak mesti mengisi borang hadiah di cawangan bagi memudahkan urusan pengkreditan hadiah RM200 tersebut. E-mel dan/atau notifikasi SMS akan dihantar kepada Pelanggan yang Layak selepas pengkreditan hadiah RM200 tersebut. 4.5. Pelanggan Layak hanya boleh menerima satu (1) hadiah RM200 setiap orang. Semua Terma dan Syarat Utama Akaun dan Perkhidmatan sedia ada serta terma dan syarat yang mentadbir produk / pakej / program masing-masing yang disebut dalam Terma dan Syarat ini akan terus diguna pakai. Sekiranya timbul sebarang ketidakseragaman atau percanggahan, maka Terma dan Syarat yang terkandung di sini akan diguna pakai hanya setakat yang berkaitan dan boleh diaplikasi untuk Cabaran ini. 5.2. Pelanggan yang Tidak Layak tidak akan dilayan. 5.3. Cabaran ini tidak sah dengan mana-mana Cabaran atau kempen atau promosi lain seperti yang dinyatakan oleh OCBC Bank atau OCBC Al-Amin dari semasa ke semasa, kecuali: (a) Cabaran Save My Bonus (b) Cabaran Pay Less Credit Card Interest (c) Cabaran Invest Smarter (d) Cabaran Organize Your insurance Policies 5.4. Pemilihan produk untuk Cabaran ini adalah mengikut budi bicara mutlak OCBC Bank. 5.5. OCBC Bank berhak pada bila-bila masa, atas budi bicara mutlaknya, untuk menggantikan mana-mana produk yang disediakan untuk Cabaran ini dengan memberi notis 21 hari terlebih dahulu. 5.6. OCBC Bank boleh, atas budi bicara mutlaknya, mengubah atau menambah kepada Terma dan Syarat ini; atau mengubah, menggantung atau menamatkan Cabaran ini dengan memberi 21 hari terlebih dahulu notis kepada pelanggan. Pengubahan atau penambahan kepada Terma dan Syarat atau pengubahan, penggantungan atau penamatan Cabaran boleh dilakukan dengan meletakkan notis am dalam mana-mana keluaran surat khabar nasional harian atau dengan meletakkan notis am di mana-mana cawangan OCBC Bank atau di laman webnya atau dengan memasukkan notis tersebut ke dalam penyata OCBC Bank yang dihantar kepada pelanggan secara berkala. 5.7.
