TERMS AND CONDITIONS BOOKING To book Air New Zealand Holidays packages simply contact Air New Zealand Travel Centre for reservations at least 10 days in advance. ALTERNATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS All modifications and extensions must be made at the time of booking. Any changes after ticket issuance and up to 3 days of departure are subject to an administration fee of HK$1000. No amendment will be accepted within 3 days prior to departure and no changes may be made after travel has commenced. The following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to date of departure:- CANCELLATION CHARGES 1. 25% of package cost 7 days or more before departure 2. 50% of package cost less than 7 days before departure 3. 100% of package cost No show TICKET VALIDITY Fixed date departure and tickets are valid up to 365 days. TRAVEL INSURANCE All travel packages not cover any travel insurance while it must be purchased on your own before air tickets and land portion documents issuance. LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY 1. Apart from the International and Domestic flights to/from/within New Zealand, Air New Zealand Limited (hereafter Air NZ) does not itself provide or assist in the provision of any of the services or facilities described in this brochure ( the services ) but acts only as the booking and payment agent of the provider of the services ( the supplier ). The provision of the services is upon the terms and conditions specified by the supplier. 2. Air NZ shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay inconvenience, cost or expense whatsoever, sustained, occasioned or incurred arising out of or in connection with the purchaser s use of or participation in any service described in this brochure of which they are not the supplier unless caused by an act or omission on the part or Air NZ. 3. To the best of their information and belief based on detail furnished by the suppliers of the services, Air NZ understand the descriptions of the services in this brochure to be true and correct at the time of printing of the brochure and accept no responsibility for changes to the services that subsequently occur. 6. Air NZ makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the provision of any service of which they are not the supplier and will not be liable to any
person for the non-provision of any service of which they are not the supplier. Unless due to an act or omission on their part and the purchaser agrees that this/her sole recourse in such circumstances shall be against the supplier concerned. 7. Any claim against the supplier is subject to the terms of contract for the provision of the service concerned and may be governed by the laws of the local country. 8. International carriage by air in conjunction with any of the services herein is upon and subject to the conditions of carriage of the air carriers concerned and applicable international conventions which may limit their liability for injury or death and loss of or damage to baggage. 9.
