See Your savings appreciate knowing that You re protected and enjoy annual Guaranteed Cash Payments starting from the end of the 1st year onwards. Additionally, You will receive a guaranteed amount totalling 125% of the Basic Insured Amount payable when the Policy matures and Your coverage for Death and Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) increases with time. All of these are made easier with a limited premium payment term of only six (6) years. With Income Enhancer, Protection, Investment and Savings are part of the equation. * Provided that all premiums due and any interest charged on late premium payment are paid at the end of each Policy year before the Guaranteed Cash Payment is paid out. Guaranteed Cash Payment Period (End of Policy Year) Guaranteed Cash Payment as Percentage (% ) of Basic Insured Amount 1st to 6th Policy year 4.00% 7th to 10th Policy year 5.00% 11th Policy year and above 6.00% What if I choose not to withdraw my Guaranteed Cash Payments? During the premium payment term, Your basic Policy will not lapse even if the balance in the account is insufficient to deduct the cost of the insurance and Policy fee, as long as all premiums due are paid within thirty one (31) days from the premium due date. Can I enjoy any potential returns? After deduction of premium charges, Your premium will be credited into Your Universal Life Account to earn potential monthly returns which depend on the underlying Universal Life fund. Benefits How will serve me better? is an endowment plan that lets You pay premium for only six (6) years to enjoy twenty (20) years of coverage. You will be rewarded with yearly Guaranteed Cash Payments* starting from the end of the first Policy year till the end of the Policy term. ** This benefit is available only if TPD happens prior to attaining age sixty five (65) years old (nearest birthday) on the Policy anniversary. What if something unfortunate happens to me? In the unfortunate event of Death or Total and Permanent Disability (TPD)**, the higher of Prevailing Insured Amount or Account Value will be paid. The sum increases with time as a better financial safety net for You and Your loved ones. Can my child enjoy as well? Children as young as fifteen (15) days old can enjoy the benefits of this plan. The premium is guaranteed and will not increase as You grow older, enabling You to plan for the future without worrying about any unexpected expenses that may come! 3

Can I add any riders for added protection? We understand the importance of enhanced protection and give You the flexibility to add riders for additional peace of mind. Fees and Charges Fee Charged On Premium Payable: Premium Charge 6 Years Premium Policy Year Payment Term for 20 Years Term of Coverage 1 42.00% 2 21.50% 3 17.00% 4 8.00% 5 to 6 6.50% 7 and above 0.00% For each premium paid by You depending on Your Policy duration, a portion of it will be used to pay commission to the intermediaries and expenses incurred by Us. Monthly Fee: (a) Policy Fee Current Amount RM7.42 (inclusive of GST) per month Maximum Amount RM12.72 (inclusive of GST) per month (b) Crediting Spread We charge a fee (Crediting Spread) for managing the fund. This fee will be charged depending on the performance of the fund which is shown as below. Gross Investment Return per month Before Tax Current Crediting Spread per month Less than 0.333% 0.0333% 0.333% to 0.415% 0.0667% 0.416% to 0.665% 0.0833% 0.666% and above 0.0958% The maximum Crediting Spread is 0.1250% per month. (c) Cost of Insurance We charge Cost of Insurance (COI) for providing the insurance coverage under this plan. This COI shall depend on the age and gender of the Life Assured and will be deducted from Your Account Value every month on the COI due date. Fee Charged Upon Early Voluntary Termination: A Surrender Charge will be imposed on the Account Value upon early voluntary termination of the basic Policy. Number of Policy Year Premiums Paid Surrender Charge (as % of Account Value) (Inclusive of GST) 1 21.20% 2 to 4 10.60% 5 to 9 5.30% 10 and above Nil We reserve the right to revise the cost of insurance rates, Surrender Charge, the maximum Policy Fee and Crediting Spread by giving You at least three (3) months prior written notice and any changes to the cost of insurance rates, Surrender Charge and the maximum Policy Fee will take effect on the next Policy Anniversary. * Tertakluk bahawa semua premium yang perlu dibayar dan sebarang faedah yang dicaj ke atas bayaran premium lewat telah dijelaskan pada akhir setiap tahun Polisi sebelum Bayaran Tunai Terjamin dibayar. You should satisfy Yourself that this plan would best serve Your needs, and that the premium payable under the Policy is an amount You can afford. Buying a life insurance is a longterm commitment and it is not advisable to hold this Policy for a short period in view of the high initial costs. A free look period of fifteen (15) days or such longer period as may be specified by Bank Negara Malaysia, will be given from the date of receipt of the Policy by You to review its suitability and should You choose to return the Policy within the period, the amount to be refunded shall follow the terms and conditions in the Policy Contract. If You terminate Your Policy in the early years, You may get back less than the amount You have paid. Please refer to the sales illustration pertaining to Your Policy provided to You by Our agent. In the event of non-payment of premium, Your Policy shall be kept in force by effecting a premium holiday. However, there would be a possibility of the Policy terminating if the account value is insufficient to pay for all the Policy charges due exceeds the guaranteed cash value. You will then be given a grace period of thirty one (31) days to pay Your premium, during which the Policy will remain in force. However, the Policy shall lapse at the end of the grace period if any insurance and other charges shall remain unpaid at the end of the grace period. As such, it is advisable to continue paying the premium and not to attach too many optional benefits to this Policy. Following the effective implementation of Goods and Services Tax (GST) on 1 April 2015, We will charge the relevant GST amount at 6% or at the prevailing rate on the applicable portion of your insurance premium/fee/charges for the applicable period of insurance coverage from the GST effective date onwards in accordance to the statutory requirement of GST. Jika Anda membatalkan Polisi Anda pada tahun-tahun permulaan, jumlah pembayaran balik mungkin kurang daripada jumlah yang Anda bayar. Walau bagaimanapun, Polisi akan luput selepas tamat tempoh penangguhan tersebut jikalau sebarang caj insurans dan caj yang lain masih belum dijelaskan pada hujung tempoh penangguhan.
