工作福利 : 1. 員工入職後第一年至少有 7 天的帶薪年假, 試用期過後, 不滿一年, 可以按照工作時間比例拿年假 2. 員工每年有固定 11 天的公共假期 3. 試用期通常爲 3 個月 4 新加坡勞動法令規定, 員工每週工作時間不得超過 44 小時或每天 8 小時, 一周 5-6 天工作日 ( 具體工作時間以及加班規定需要按照雇主的工作合約 ) 5. 試用期過後, 員工看病會有醫療補助, 醫療保險 6. 試用期過後, 員工每年會有 14 天的病假或者 60 天的住院病假 不滿一年, 可以按照工作時間比例拿病假 7. 雇主會爲員工購買工傷保險 8. 飯店業 餐廳都會提供給員工工作餐, 零售業則無提供 ; 會爲員工提供制服
