T h rough the analysis of the w ho le p rocess of the out2 age the conclusion w as m ade that large pow er flow reverse and the vo ltage co llap se fo llow ed is the m ajo r cause of the outage. Som e lessonsw h ich Should be learned from the outage w ere also discussed. Furthermo re som e ideas com bining the situation of East Ch ina Grid especially the so lution p rocess on A ng 29th and Sep t 4 pow er grid em ergency events in East Ch inaw ere p resented from the view of techno logy and m anagem ent re2 spectively.
