BYD Electronic (International) Company Limited ( BYD Electronic or the Company ; together with its subsidiaries known as the Group ; stock code: 0285) was spun off from BYD Company Limited ( BYD, stock code: 1211) and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 20 December 2007. It is a world-leading provider of handset design, components manufacturing and complete handset assembly services. The Company provides vertically integrated one-stop services to global leading handsets brands (original equipment manufacturers ( OEMs )).
