Bourses d études du gouvernement Chinois 2011-2012 Trois bourses d études on été accordées par le ministère de l éducation de la chine en collaboration avec le conseil chinois des bourses (Chinese Scholarship Council) à l université du Québec à Chicoutimi. Ces bourses ont pour but de permettre à un étudiant, professeur ou chercheur canadien de faire un programme d étude en Chine. L UQAC offre ces deux bourses à des étudiants, professeurs ou chercheurs de l université du Québec à Chicoutimi ainsi que des étudiants des 4 collèges de la Région Saguenay Lac St. Jean. Les étudiants boursiers sont dans l obligation de prendre des cours de chinois pour une ou deux années avant de poursuivre dans leur programme régulier: 1 année requise: pour les étudiants en sciences, génie, agriculture, médecine occidental, économie, Gestion et droit 2 années requises: pour les étudiants de littérature, histoire, philosophie, médecine traditionnelle (médecine chinoise) Certains programmes de maitrise et de doctorat peuvent se faire en anglais. Il n est pas possible de prolonger la bourse une fois la lettre d admission reçue. Description de la bourse: Exemption des frais d admission, frais de scolarité, frais en laboratoire de recherche, frais de stage, frais de matériel scolaire de base et chambre sur le campus. Les frais médicaux et assurance médicale Un montant unique alloué pour le transport jusqu au campus de votre institution. L étudiant recevra l équivalent du billet de train pour aller de son port d entrée en Chine jusqu à la ville de son institution. L étudiant doit choisir le port d entrée le plus proche. Il est à noter que les frais pour le billet d avion Canada-Chine-Canada seront assumés par l étudiant. Critères d admissibilité: Être citoyen canadien en bonne santé;* Etre admissible dans un programme d études à temps plein au premier, deuxième ou troisième cycle; Niveau d éducation et âge limite: Pour les programmes de baccalauréat, détenir un diplôme d études collégiales et être âgé de 25 ans et moins; Pour les programmes de maitrise, détenir un diplôme de baccalauréat et être âgé de 35 ans et moins; Pour les programmes de doctorat, détenir un diplôme de maitrise et être âgé de moins de 40 ans; Pour le programme d étude de la langue chinoise, détenir un diplôme d études collégiales et être âgé de moins de 35 ans ; Avoir un excellent dossier académique Être recommandé par son directeur de programme de l UQAC ou de CEGEP. *Veuillez noter qu un examen médical sera exigé avant le départ. Le plan de recherche détaillé pour les niveaux maitrise et doctorat Pour les candidats de moins de 18 ans, les candidats devront fournir le document légal du tuteur en Chine. Les candidats qui appliquent pour un programme en musique doivent soumettre un démo version CD.
Les candidats qui appliquent pour un programme en art doivent soumettre un CD avec un exemple de leur travail (2 dessins, 2 peintures et deux travaux au choix) Note : Tous les documents qui sont dans une langue autre que le chinois et l anglais doivent être soumis avec une traduction notariée en chinois ou en anglais. (À fournir ultérieurement) Dépôt des dossiers: Pour les étudiants de l UQAC, le dossier doit être remis au bureau du service aux étudiants, local P1-1040 au plus tard le 10 décembre 2010. Pour les étudiants des Cegep, le responsable de chaque cegep devra faire parvenir le dossier complet du candidat directement au bureau du service aux étudiants au plus tard le 10 décembre 2010. Les candidats retenus pourront être convoqués en entrevue. Processus de sélection: Un comité de sélection institutionnel de l UQAC déterminera les candidats recommandés. Les dossiers des candidats sélectionnés seront soumis au Conseil Chinois des Bourses (Chinese Scholarship Council). Par la suite, le CSC enverra le dossier des candidats dans les institutions d accueil en Chine pour acceptation. La décision finale d accepter ou non le candidat revient aux institutions d accueil et au CSC.
