圖之種類 分類之方法 製圖之種類 說明 三 依用途分類 設計圖 Design drawing 工作圖 Working drawing 說明圖 Illustrated drawing 初步之圖樣, 藉以正確規劃 發明與設計, 將原有之觀念 規劃及發明繪製草圖若干, 由決定之草圖及計算而繪製設計圖 係供給物體製造或結構之營建所需資料之圖樣, 此項資料乃由一組工作圖全部明晰表達, 無須再做其他說明 係說明物體構造或建築結構之型別 大小及性能之圖樣 例如產品目錄 保養手冊 操作說明書等之圖 分類之方法製圖之種類說明 四 依內容分類 零件圖 Detail drawing 組合圖 Assembly drawing 流程圖 Flow chart 係一單件之圖, 將其形狀 尺度 結構做完備準確之描述, 使製造工作者能很簡單而直接了解, 依圖製造 組合圖又稱裝配圖或總圖, 為一裝成之機器或結構之圖, 表示各部分之相對位置及其間關係 用長方形框, 其中填以文字, 或以簡單圖形, 其旁註以文字說明, 再用直線或箭頭連接, 表示出物體之製造順序 生產過程 機構公文之傳遞系統等所用之圖 4
圖之規範 / 標準 為了使圖能夠有統一的規範與標準, 因此必須制訂全國性的標準, 我國機械製圖之規範是依據 中國國家標準 (CNS,Chinese National Standards) 制訂 常見其他各國工業標準 : 日本工業標準 JIS-Japanese Industrial Standards 美國國家標準協會 ANSI-American National Standards Institute 英國標準協會 BSI-The British Standards Institution 德國國家標準 DIN-Deutsches Institut für Normung( 德文 ) / the German Institute for Standardization 國際標準協會 ISO- International Organization for Standardization 製圖用紙 常用紙張為 : 製圖紙 -- 道林紙 Dowling paper / wood-free printing paper -- 模造紙 Simile paper 西卡紙 Bristol board 描圖紙 Tracing paper 方格紙 Cartesian paper / Cartesian graph paper / Cartesian grid / Coordinate paper / Commercial graph paper 5
