Roman Theatre DAY 03 Amman - 36km - Mont Nebo - 10km - Madaba- 219km - Petra (Hotel Breakfast / Local Lunch / Local Dinner) Mont Nebo Tour Start the day by heading to Mount Nebo, where according to the Hebrew Bible, Moses spent his final days and saw the Promised Land. The site offers a picturesque panoramic view over areas of the Dead Sea, Israel and the Palestinian Territories. St George Church, Madaba Take a ride to Madaba, the City of Mosaics to visit Saint George Church, where you will have a glimpse on the world s oldest map of the holy land. DAY 04 Petra - 108km - Wadi Rum (Hotel Breakfast / Buffet Lunch / Hotel Dinner) Petra Discovery Today, explore the great legacy of ancient civilization. As walking through its winding path, you will reach the open courtyard where Petra s most impressive rock carved monument, El Khazneh(The Treasury) stands imposingly. Passing by Street of Facades and magnificent tomb carved temples, including the Royal Tomb, funerary halls, a Roman Theatre and paved streets. Hidden high in the hills, the legendary Ad Deir Monastery is one of the largest monuments and farthest from the main gate of Petra. Transfer to Wadi Rum for dinner and stay overnight.
