1 進入 SP 系统 (Start SPSystem) 第一步 STEP 1 您只須要用滑鼠雙擊桌面上的 SPTrader 圖示, 便可立即啓動 SP 系統 Start the SP System application from desktop icon SPTrader. 第二步 STEP 2 登入時可以首先選用自己慣用的語言 ( 支援英文, 中文繁體及中文簡體 ). Please select your language first (English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese are supported). 第三步 STEP 3

2 用戶必須輸入網域 使用者以及密碼, 然後點擊 同意及登入 方能登入 SP 系統 Enter your User ID and password. Then click Accept & Login. The SPSystem window will appear. 支援多個網域 (Support Multi-host) 如果你的經紀商提供多個網域, 請輸入他們的網域, 當第一個網域不成功登入時, 便嘗試其他的網域, 此功能保障用戶不會由于經紀商的網路故障, 使到交易中斷 If your broker support multi-host, please input these hosts in the Login window. This function provides the better trading environment for you anytime.

3 支援連接埠 80 (Support Port 80) SP 系統是使用連接埠 但是如果你的經紀商提供, SP 系統現在可以增設連接埠 80 作爲接口, 多了一種選擇, 希望方便有防火墻的用戶能够順利登入系統 SPSystem uses port If your broker support, you can configure to port 80, which have another choice help client successfully login the SPSystem. 支援代理伺服器 (Support Proxy Server) 當您點擊 Proxy Proxy 便會看見 Proxy 設定, 一般來說只要鍵入 Proxy 的位址和連接埠巳經足够, 如果有使用者名稱和密碼也必須一同填寫 增設 常見提問 按鈕 (FAQ button)

5 很簡單, 你首先在 期權大師 頁面內選擇產品 代號 In Option Master Window, you have to select the ID of product to be displayed. 第二步 STEP 2 之後再選擇 月份, 你便可看到該期權産品的價格資訊 Then, you can have to select the Month to display the price of specific contract month of options. 進行買賣 (Enter Order) 進行買賣 (Enter Order) 輸入交易指示視窗 (Enter Order Window)

6 交易指示可以手動輸入, 或通過點擊報價視窗中的市場報價及交易量來輸入 ( 注意 : 在點擊報價和交易量時, 市場可以隨時變更 ) This window is used for sending orders. The Order can either be manually entered or selected by clicking at a prevailing market price or quantity in the Option Master window (the Price & Qty field will also be automatically filled in with the prevailing market price and quantity at the time of clicking). 戶口資料視窗 (Account Info Window ) 買賣指示 - 上部分是用來顯示所有未成交的買賣指示 在這裡你可以隨時處理這些買賣指示, 例如 : 删除指示, 更改指示等 買賣指示的狀况是即時更新的 當買賣指示已經成交, 買賣指示將會轉往視窗的下半部的戶口成交 Order Book - Upper part of this window is used for displaying and working with orders. The orders can be managed in the order book, such as deleting or changing order, etc. This window is dynamically updated upon changes of the orders. 8 Market Price Window 價格資訊視窗 您可以在 市場資訊 功能表中找到此視窗 Open this window from the Market Menu. (a) 新增産品到報價列表頁面 Add product(s) to Price List 很簡單, 你首先點擊右上角的, 報價目錄會在左邊出現

9 Simply, click the small [ ] button in the top of right corner to open the price tree in the left hand side. 從報價目錄你可以選擇所需商品, 然後用滑鼠拖拉到到右邊的頁面 ( 如圖中所示 ), 你便可看到此産品價格資訊 你也可以拖拉右邊的頁面上的某個商品, 更改商品顯示次序 Then, you can drag and drop your product(s) to the page in the right hand side(as shown in the diagram). You can also drag and drop a product to change the sequence of price list. (b) 插入價格 Add Price 只要用滑鼠右擊代號一欄, 你便能如下圖一樣找到此功能 然後在 Input product 中輸入商品號碼, 就可插入一個商品資訊 Right click the ID column, then this feature can be selected in the quick menu. Type in the code of product and you will get the product information.

10 (c) 移除價格 Clear Price 只要用滑鼠右擊那一個商品, 你便能如下圖一樣找到此功能, 清除那一個商品資訊 Right click the target product, then this feature can be selected in the quick menu. (d) 清除價格列表 Clear Price List 只要用滑鼠右擊此頁的空白地, 你便能如下圖一樣找到此功能, 清除所有在那一頁的商品 Right click the area of price list, then this feature can be selected in the quick menu.

11 (e) 價格列表命名 Rename Price List 只要用滑鼠右擊代價一欄, 你便能如下圖一樣找到此功能 可爲每一欄同類型商品加上標題 Right click the area of price list, then this feature can be selected in the quick menu. A title can be given to the same product group. 輸入你喜歡的名稱便可以! Input the name of this price list. (f) 查詢産品資料 Product Information 在報價列表或報價目錄, 你只要用滑鼠右擊産品, 你便能如下圖一樣找到此功能 In the Price List or Tree, right click your target product, then this feature can be selected in the quick menu. (g) 編輯欄位 Edit Columns

"Pause" means the market is in a pause period. "Close" denotes market close. "Pre-open" stands for Pre-opening stage. "Pre-open Allocation" Pre-open Allocation period. "Open Allocation" Open Allocation period. Close indicates the market is closed. 交易最佳買入價和賣出價隨著成交量改變 最佳買入價或賣出價的價格和數量以紅色和藍色即時更新 紅色代表買入 / 賣出價格下降, 藍色代表買入 / 賣出價格上升, 幾秒鐘以後顔色恢復正常 The best bid and offer in the market with the accumulated volumes. Changes in the price or quantity of the best bid or offer will be updated immediately with red or blue color. Red represents a decrease in value of bid/ask orders and blue denotes an increase in value of bid/ask orders. The color will return to normal in a few seconds. 最後成交價

14 Price Depth Window 價格深度視窗 您可以在 市場資訊 功能表中找到此視窗 Open this window from the Market Menu. 價格深度視窗顯示的是市場中最新的前五位最佳買入和最佳沽出價 最佳買入價從 B1 降到 B5, 最佳沽出價從 A1 升到 A5. Price Depth window shows, with real-time update, the five best bids and offers in the market together with the accumulated volumes. The best bid starts from B1 and down to B5 while the best ask starts from A1 up to A5. 欄位說明 Description of the Window Items 價格市場輪候價格 Prc Price 數量市場輪候價格的數量 Qty Quantity 第一到第五的最佳買入價格 B1-B5 First Bid to Fifth Bid 第一到第五的最佳沽出價格 A1-A5 First Ask to Fifth Ask 垂直或水平顯示 Vertical or Horizontal

15 用滑鼠點擊右上角 [V] 按鈕, 可切換為垂直顯示或水平顯示 Click [V] button to change vertical view or horizontal view. 更改或鎖定産品 Change/Lock Product ID 用滑鼠點擊右上角 [*] 按鈕, 便可更換顯示産品或鎖定顯示産品 Click [*] button t o change/lock the displayed product. 打開指定産品的價格深度 Open Price Depth 步驟 STEP: 1. 在價格資訊視窗, 只要用滑鼠右擊産品代碼 Select a Product ID in the Market Price window. 2. 再選擇 價格深度 Open the Price Depth window from the Quick menu.

16 Option Master Window 期權大師視窗 從 市場資訊 功能表中打開視窗 投資者可以利用 期權大師 快速看到各期權以及期權引申波幅和風險參數 (Deta,Gamma,Theta,Vega), 大大方便投資者作組合投資 動態對沖 以至風險管理... 等等 你可以在視窗的右上角的畫面可以選擇 : 小按鈕改變視窗形式, 形式有三種 Open the window from the Market Menu. Investors can find all kinds of options, Implied Volatility and risk parameter(deta,gamma,theta,vega), very convenience to portfolio, dynamic hedge and as well as risk management etc. You can click small button in the right top corner of this window to change window view. There are three view to select: (1) Basic Mode 基本顯示模式

17 基本顯示模式用來顯示具體成交情況, 包括買入價 沽出價 買入量 沽出量以及成交價和成交量 總成交量 Basic Mode is to show the details about bid ask bid qty ask qty, also trade price trade volume and total trade volume. (2) Advance Mode 進階顯示模式 進階顯示模式可以看到各個風險係數 risk parameter (Deta,Gamma,Theta,Vega) 您不必自己去算, 您可以根據系統計算好的各個系數值來決定如何交易 In the Advance Mode window, you can see all kinds of risk parameter (Deta,Gamma,Theta,Vega). So you needn t to calculate by yourself, you can trade according to the value which calculated by the system. (3) Master Mode 大師級顯示模式

18 大師級顯示模式能夠根據你所持有的期權來 即時計算 風險參數 ( 如上圖框內所示 ), 幫助您快速覺察市場情況及持倉風險 Master Mode is able to calculate risk parameter real-timely according to your position, as well as to help you quickly know the market information and position risk. 引申波幅 Implied Volatility (IV) 引申波幅是評估期權或認股證價格最重要的因素 引伸波幅從期權或認股證價格本身配合其他客觀影響因素如正股價格 行使價 時間值 利率及派息計算出來 Implied Volatility is the most important factors to evaluate the price of option. Implied Volatility is calculated from the options and their influence factors such as stock price, strike, time value, interest rate and bonus. Delta Delta 表示當正股價格變動時對期權價格的影響 若 delta=0.5 就表示當正股價格變動 1 元時, 期權價格會跟著變動 0.5 元 Delta means the change of stock price affect the price of option. If delta=0.5 mean that when stock price change 1yuan, option price will follow to change 0.5yuan. Gamma Delta 數值隨正股價格變動 Gamma 是用來衡量 delta 的敏感度 Gamma=0.1 就表示當正股價格變動 1 元時,delta 跟著變動 0.1 Delta s value changed when stock price changed. Gamma is to show the degree of delta s sensitivity. Gamma=0.1 mean that when stock price change 1yuan, delta will follow to change 0.1yuan.

19 Theta 期權或認股證每日的價值耗損 假設正股價格及引伸波幅不變,Theta=0.01 就表示明日認股證或期權下跌 0.01 元 The missing value about option everyday. If stock price and Implied Volatility didn t change, Theta=0.01 mean that option price fall 0.01yuan next day. Vega Vega 表示引伸波幅變動 1% 時對期權或認股證價格的影響 Vega mean the price of option affected when Implied Volatility change 1%. 要求報價 Quote Request 如果市場未有報價, 你是可以要求莊家報價 你只須點擊該期權然後按 [ 要求報價 ] 便會見到以下視窗 You can send a quote request to market maker. First, you click the Quote Request button. Then you will see the following window: 輸入所須資料, 然後送出報價的要求 Input the information and then send your request. 期權交易指示 Option Order

20 新增 期權交易指示視窗, 可在期權大師上進行 成交或取消, 成交並取消 及 即日盤 三類型交易 用戶只須先按期權大師右上角的 E 按鍵, 並選擇視窗內的價格, 便可開出此交易指示視窗 The Option Order window can be called by pressing E button on the top right corner of Option Master Window. After pressing E, and choose a price on the window, you can call out the Option order and place positions. FAK (Fill and Kill) and FOK (Fill or Kill) orders are also supported. 更新期權系數 Update Option Parameters 此功能讓用戶在有需要時, 可即時更新所有期權系數 ( 例如波幅,Delta, Gamma )

21 General Message Window 一般訊息視窗 您可以在 市場資訊 功能表中找到此視窗 Open the Geneal Message window from the Market Menu. 此視窗顯示交易所提供消息的及資訊, 例如 : 開市 收市 交易所資訊 連接問題 以及各類利率的消息等 This window displays messages sent from the system server. Such messages include exchange message ( e.g. openings and closings of the market, potential information and connection problems, and other information of general interest.)

22 Order Entry Window 輸入交易指示視窗 從 交易指示 功能表中打開此視窗 交易指示可以手動輸入或通過點擊報價視窗中的市場報價及交易量來輸入 ( 注意 : 在點擊報價和交易量時, 市場可以隨時變更 ) Open this window from the Order Menu.This window is used for sending orders. The Order can either be manually entered or selected by clicking at a prevailing market price or quantity in the Option Master window (the Price & Qty field will also be automatically filled in with the prevailing market price and quantity at the time of clicking). It means that the order is to be matched, immediately after submission, at the exact quantity specified in the Qty field or else it will be canceled automatically by the system at once. 成交幷取消 表示盡可能成交此交易的數量, 剩餘部分則立即取消 Fill and Kill. It means that the order is to be matched, immediately after submission, as much as possible, up to quantity specified in the Qty field and the remaining unmatched portion, if any, of the order will be canceled automatically by the system at once. 即日 表示此限價指示保留直到此日的收市 Rest of day (default). It means unmatched orders will remain in the central order book until the market close of the day. 到期日 表示此限價指示保留直到産品的到期日 Until Expiry. It means that unmatched orders will remain in the central order book until the market close of the expiration day of the product. Unmatched orders without expiry date will be valid until trader's further instruction, i.e. Good Till Cancel Order. 指定日期 表示限價指示保留直到指定日期 Specified Date. It means that unmatched orders will remain in the central order book until the market close of the business date specified in the Date field. 客戶可以自由輸入參考資訊 Free text information. Client information or any other free text information can be entered. 無效指示 表示預先輸入的交易指示, 除非將此指令生效否則不會遞交給市場 An inactive order. It is not a tradable order unless user activates the order, place to the market. 競價指示 此類買賣盤是市價盤的一種, 但只可于開市前交易時段內執行單一價格競價 買 / 賣盤毋須設定限價, 買賣盤將以 參考平衡價格 進行配對 而未能成交的餘額會取消或是換成爲限價則視乎該交易所的規定 An auction order. An order that does not have a price limit assigned. An auction order is ready to be matched at the Calculated Opening Price (COP) during the Pre-market Opening Period. 24 升市觸發 Up Trigger 跌市觸發 Down Trigger in the market. 如果市場報價高于或等如觸發價格, 你的買賣指示便會提交給交易市場 If market price is larger than trigger price, then the order will be place in the market. 如果市場報價低于或等如觸發價格, 你的買賣指示便會提交給交易市場 If market price is less than trigger price, then the order will be place in the market. 小秘技 Tips 現在只要用滑鼠滾輪在價格一欄上下移動, 就能輕鬆改變框內價格!! Simply shifting the mouse wheel up and down, the price can be changed easily!! 新增 保持設定 指令, 讓客戶在每單交易後, 仍能保持原先所有的交易設定 A newly added Keep Setting function allows client to lock the previous order settings.

25 無效 指令讓用戶先放置一無效盤, 而不會進行成交 用戶可更隨時改無效盤的資料 ; 直至用戶將其狀況轉為 有效, 才會置於市場進行交易 Inactive function enables user to place inactive order without sending to market. User can change the order details. It remains inactive until the status is changed back to Active, which means to put the order into the market.

26 Quick Order Window 快速交易指示視窗 從 交易指示 功能表中打開此視窗 Open this window from the Order Menu. 快速交易指示 視窗能讓用戶以最快的方式捕捉市場價格 用戶只需要預先設定 代號, 手數 及 追價點數 便可以等待市場機會按下 買入 或 沽出 用戶還可以選取 熱鍵 買入及沽出 Quick Order Window is used to get market price quickly. Client should input the Id, Lots, Ticks, Hot key and then can trade. 欄位說明 Description of the Window Items 代號 Id 手數 Lots 追價點數 Ticks 熱鍵 Hot key 產品代號 Product ID The executable lots per order. 指示的手數 由於市場波動可以很快, 用戶設定追價點數, 確保你能捕捉到最理想的市場價 格! Since the market price changes quickly, client could set the ticks in order to get the optimal market order. 用戶還可以選取 熱鍵, 按 [F1] 則爲 追價買入,[F4] 則爲 追價沽 出 ; Client could choose Hot key : Press[F1](hit buy) to buy; Press [F4] (hit sell) to sell.

27 鎖定交易貨品 Lock trading product(s) 另外只需按 快速交易指示 窗口內的 * 號或代號旁邊的 鎖定 鍵, 就可以按圖中所示鎖定只買賣某産品 Simply click the * symbol OR the Lock key in the Quick Order Window to lock the displayed product.

28 Ticker Window 市場成交記錄視窗 您可以在 成交 功能表中找到此視窗 Open the Ticker window from the Trades Menu. 這個視窗可以顯示市場的成交記錄 但是只會記錄登入後的成交, 用戶將不能得到任何未登入前的成交記錄 This window can display all done trade information. Information on this window is stored in the local workstation. Therefore, it can only display trades information received during the logged in period. 29 Show special deal flags to indicate how the order was matched 有效的交易標記如下 (Deal flag) : BB - Bulletin Board Orders 公告單 STDC - Standard Combination Orders 標準組合單 INT - Block Trades AUC - Auction Orders 競價單 MPS - Deal Registration 星號 (*) 代表這行是你的成交 Star (*) means this is your trade. 標題內的星號 (*) 協助用戶鎖定某產品 The * symbol at the top corner of the window allows to lock one of the displayed product.

30 只需在視窗上按右鍵, 便出現 顯示代號 的選擇 ; 用家可按喜好選擇顯示産品代號與否 By right-clicking the window you can see an option of Show ID, where to choose to display the product ID or not.

32 Computer Clock 本機時鐘 可從 工具 功能表中打開本視窗 User can open this window from the tools menu. 透過本視窗用家可以瞭解所用電腦現在的時間設定 User can view the computer time through this window. 若用家電腦時間與伺服器時間有所偏差, 系統將會作出提示, 告知用家應調整電腦時間 If discrepancies appear between the computer and server time, our system will automatically advice the user to adjust the time.

39 Connection Status Window 連線狀況視窗 您可以在 狀況 功能表中找到此視窗 Open the window from the Status Menu. 此視窗顯示你的電腦與經紀商伺服器的連接是否正常 This window shows whether the connection status between the local workstation and your broker's server is normal. 1. " 狀況 " 如果顯示 SSL 已連線 / 連線 表示連接是正常 SSL Connected/Connected in the "Status" column indicates connection between the workstation and the broker's server is normal 2. " 狀況 " 如果顯示 沒有連線 表示兩者的連接中斷 Disconnected in "Status" column indicates connection between the two is broken. 3. 如發現斷線, 可嘗試按 連線狀況 窗口中的 C 號, 重新 連線 Click C at the top of the window to try reconnection. 4. 視窗內亦顯示閣下現時的 網域位址 編號 The host IP will also be displayed in the window.

41 General Preference 一般設定 從 喜好設定 功能表中, 並點擊 一般設定 打開此視窗 Open the window from the Preference Menu. (1) 滑鼠按鍵方法 (Click Method) 當以滑鼠點擊貨品時, 閣下可在這裡選擇單擊或雙擊,SP 系統才會更改交易指示視窗中的貨品代號及資料等 You can set single or double click in this window, so changing order information can be done only in either action.

42 如設定 雙擊 後, 需要雙擊圖中的代號才可改變 輸入交易指示 視窗中的資料 ; 但如選 單擊, 只按一下就可作出改變 For example, if Double Click is set, the data in the Enter Order window can be changed only when double-click the Id of the products (as shown in the above diagram). Or one click is enough if Single Click is set. (2) 閒置暫停 (Inactive Timeout) 如果登入了交易系統, 但在設定閒置時間內沒有任何操作, 時間過後便會自動登出 下方空格內為 可閒置的時間 The systems will automatically logout if no action being done within the set time interval. (3) 發送指示要求設定 (Order Request) 最大價格偏差 Max Price Deviation 最大數量 ( 手 ) Max Qty (Lot) 預設數量 ( 手 ) Default Qty (Lot) 用途是當輸入交易指示的價格是偏離市場,SP 系統便會提示用戶 (0= 表示不用提示 ) Alert user when the order price entered exceeds the preset maximum price deviation. (0=don t alert) 如輸入的數目爲 0.05, 即價格偏離市場的買入價 / 沽出價多於 5%, 這樣系統便會作出題示. For example if the presetting is 0.05, this means when the order price exceeds the market bid/sell price by 5%, the system will alert the user. 用途是當輸入交易指示的數量超過設定,SP 系統便會提示用戶 (0= 表示不用提示 ) Alert user when the order quantity entered exceeds the preset maximum quantity. 43 發送後重設 Reset After Send 更多 ( 價格偏差 / 最大數量 ) More (Price Dev. /Max Lots) 當輸入的交易指示被發送之後, 輸入交易指示視窗會重設, 對於著重穩確輸入的用戶很有用! Reset the Enter Order Window after an order was sent. 用戶可爲多隻商品設定 偏離市場比率 / 價格 及 最大手數 ; 當用戶落單的價格和數量超過限制時, 系統便會作出提示 Preset the maximum price deviations/ lots for numerous products at the same time. 47 倘若閣下在 登入視窗 內有選取左下角的 自動重新登入 功能, 一旦發生斷線問題系統便會自動重新登入, 而用戶亦不需再次輸入網域及密碼等資料!! 新增的 重新登入間隔 正配合 自動重新登入 功能, 讓用戶能調整至每隔多少秒後便會自動重新登入一次 The Auto Re-login function at the bottom left of the Login window permits re-entering into the system automatically whenever network disconnection happens. Moreover, through the Re-login Interval function in this General Preference window, user can even set the time interval between each re-login.

49 Change Password 更改密碼 從 喜好設定 功能表打開更改密碼視窗, 如果您一段時間沒有更改密碼,SP 系統會提示您更改密碼 為雅保安全, 您最好經常更換您的密碼 Open the window from the Preference Menu. You d better change your password very often. If you don t change your password for a long time, the SP system will show you change it. 另外, 用戶第一次登陸 SP 交易系統時, 會跳出更改密碼視窗, 用戶必須更改您的密碼方可進入交易平台進行交易 If it is the first time you login the SP system, you should change your password in the Change Password Window, and then you could trade.

50 Save Desktop 儲存桌面 Open the window from the Desktop Menu. 從 桌面 功能表打開視窗 This function can be used not only for saving settings that has been made in "Table Preferences, but also save the sizes and positions of the opened windows. 此功能不僅僅可以用來保存字型色彩設定, 而且可以保存已打開視窗的尺寸以及位置

51 Load Desktop 載入桌面 Open the window from the Desktop Menu. 從 桌面 功能表打開視窗 You can select your saved file to restore your desktop status. 你可以將先前保存桌面檔案載入, 回復你喜愛的畫面

52 Lock Desktop 鎖定桌面 The Lock Desktop function allows the user to lock the current desktop 鎖定桌面 功能能協助用戶鎖定現在的桌面 在輸入密碼後, 可重新顯示該頁面 When password is entered, the desktop appears again.

53 Check Upgrade 檢查更新 於 說明 位置中能找到 檢查更新 一欄 User can find the Check Upgrade Function in the Help menu. 假如用戶現在所使用的並非最新版本, 可到這裏進行版本更新 另外系統亦會自動提示用戶更新版本 If the SpTrader Version is not Up-To-Date, users can upgrade to new version through this window. Besides,system will automatically alert client to upgrade their version.
