3 女女子U16 組 - 名額最多 32 隊女女子U18 組 - 名額最多 32 隊女女子U21 組 - 名額最多 32 隊女女子大專組 - 名額最多 24 隊 o 第一階段 - 24 支參參賽球隊將以抽籤方式分為不不同小組, 每小組 6 隊作單循環比賽每組首2 名出線, 球隊名次按現行行 << 國際籃球規則球隊名次排列列 >> 所規定為準 o 第二階段至總決賽 - 由 8 強賽開始將以淘汰賽形式進行行擲毫決定哪一隊獲得第一次發球權擲毫獲勝的隊可以選擇比賽開始時的第一次發球權或加時開始時的第一次發球權 ( 八強賽至決賽適用 ) 擲毫決定哪一隊獲得首先黃金金罰球射球比賽開始時每隊必需有 3 名球員上場比賽每次進攻時間為 12 秒所有組別的比賽用球為 6 號球 6. 比賽時間每場比賽 10 分鐘, 無中場休息每場比賽每隊設一次 30 秒暫停每次球隊暫停及比賽最後 30 秒採取停錶制, 其餘時間不不設停錶當完成球權轉換時 ( 即球已在進攻隊手中 ) 即啟動比賽計時鐘 ; 每場比賽結束時若得分相等, 為打破和局比賽雙方的 3 名場內球員將進行行黃金金罰球, 直至分出勝負為止 ( 分組賽及淘汰賽 16 強或之前適用 ); 每場比賽結束, 若得分相等, 將進行行加時首隊獲得兩分為勝方 ( 八強賽至決賽適用 ) 預定比賽時間, 若球隊沒有 3 名已準備好出場的球員在比賽場地, 則宣判該隊因喪失比賽資格判作失敗 (w-0)

4 7. 獎項冠軍獎盃一座 adidas 現金金購物券 ( 總值 HK$5,000)* 每名隊員及領隊可獲獎牌一枚亞軍獎盃一座 Gigasports 現金金購物券 ( 總值 HK$4,000)* 每名隊員及領隊可獲獎牌一枚季軍 (2 隊 ) Gigasports 現金金購物券 ( 總值 HK$2,000)* 每名隊員及領隊可獲獎牌一枚最有價值球員獎盃一座 Gigasports 現金金購物券 ( 總值 HK$800)* * 須按現金金購物劵上所列列的有關條款及細則使用 8. 比賽裝備各成功被取錄錄及註冊出賽球隊 : 各球員將獲贈一套比賽制服 ( 包括雙面球衣一件及波褲一條 ) 領隊將獲派發一件領隊上衣各出賽球隊之球員及領隊必須穿著賽會所供應之制服出賽 ( 包括雙面球衣波褲 ), 除原有設計外, 不不能附加任何文字及圖案, 否則該隊參參賽資格將被取消出場球員必須穿著合適的運動鞋作賽 9. 備註賽會對比賽制度賽果及違規事項等將有最終決定權本章程如有任何修改, 以賽會最终決定為準任何參參賽者及其他人仕因參參加是項比賽所引起之疾病受傷死亡個人損失及經濟損失 ( 不不論由於任何原因, 包括但不不限於疏忽 ), 所有主辦單位協辦機構及贊助商概不不負責, 建議自行行安排保險 10. 查詢豁免法律律責任及聲明由於愛廸達香港有限公司接受本人參參賽之申請, 本人本人之繼承人本人之遺囑執行行人及本人之管理理人謹此豁免愛廸達香港有限公司所有主辦商協辦商贊助商支持是項比賽之團體及任何有關之團體對於本人因參參加是項比賽而由於任何原因包括疏忽所引起之疾病受傷死亡個人損失及經濟損失之任何法律律責任本人同時亦在此聲明本人身體狀狀況良好及曾接受有關之訓練, 適宜參參與本賽事此外, 本人願意遵守比賽之規章及賽會所有之判決本人亦同意愛廸達香港有限公司及其協辦商和代理理商選用本人任何有關是項比賽的肖像姓名及聲線作為活動籌辦及推廣

Tournament Dates 20, 21, 27, 28 July & 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18 August 2019 (Saturdays & Sundays) 2. Venue adidas Sports Base 3. Categories and Number of Participating Teams Mens U16 Category Max. 32 teams All players must have been born in 2004 or after No HKBA Division A1 (both league & Silver Shield) registered player in year 2019 is allowed to participate Mens U18 Category Max. 32 teams All players must have been born in 2002 or after Maximum one HKBA Division A1 (both league & Silver Shield) registered player in year 2019 is allowed Mens U21 Category Max. 32 teams All players must have been born in 1999 or after Maximum one HKBA Division A1 (both league & Silver Shield) registered player in year 2019 is allowed Mens College Group Category Max. 24 teams All players must have been born on or before 31 December 1998 Maximum one HKBA Division A1 (both league & Silver Shield) registered player in year 2019 is allowed Eligibility of student-athletes: registered for full-time studies at their respective institutions. Womens U16 Category Max. 32 teams All players must have been born in 2004 or after Maximum one HKBA Division A (both league & Silver Shield) registered player in year 2019 is allowed Womens U18 Category Max. 32 teams All players must have been born on or before 31 December 2001 Maximum one HKBA Division A (both league & Silver Shield) registered player in year 2017 is allowed Womens U21 Category Max. 32 teams All players must have been born on or before 31 December 2001 Maximum one HKBA Division A (both league & Silver Shield) registered player in year 2017 is allowed Womens College Group Category Max. 24 teams All student-athletes must be born from 01/01/1991 to 31/12/2002. Maximum one HKBA Division A (both league & Silver Shield) registered player in year 2017 is allowed Eligibility of student-athletes: registered for full-time studies at their respective institutions. Students between age 16 to Team Members All team players and team manager must possess valid Hong Kong Identity Card. Each team can enroll for a minimum of 3 players or a maximum of 4 players. Each team must have a team manager of age 18 or above, who will be responsible for all team affairs, and for explaining the rules and regulations and all related information about the tournament to all the team players. (The player and the team manager can be the same person, provided that the player is aged over 18). The team manager can represent and manage only one team in each category. Each player can join one team only. No substitution of team player will be allowed after enrolment form has been submitted. 5. Rules of the Game The teams will be divided into groups by draw. Each group will consist of 4-6 teams. The system of play will be a round robin. The top 2 teams in each group, as determined according to the provisions set out in the Classification of teams of the Official Basketball Rules in effect, will be qualified to the second stage. The second stage to final will be in a knock-out system. A coin flip shall determine which team gets the first possession. The team that wins the coin flip can either choose to benefit from the ball possession at the beginning of the game or at the beginning of a potential overtime (Only applicable to quarterfinals games). A coin flip shall determine which team gets the first round of the golden free-throw. The game must start with three players of each team on the court. A team must attempt a shot within 12 seconds. A size 6 basketball will be used in all Boys and Girls Open Category games.

8 6. Time of the Game Playing time is 10 minutes per game. Each team will have a 30 second time-out per game. Except during time-out and the last 30 second of the game, the game clock shall not be stopped. The clock shall be restarted after the exchange of the ball is completed (as soon as it is in the offensive team s hands). In the event of a tie, golden free-throw from the players of each team will be taken to determine the winner. (Only applicable to group games and knock-out 16 games). In the event of a tie, over-time game shall continue. The team which first scores 2 points wins the game (Only applicable to quarterfinals to finals games). A team shall lose the game by forfeit if at the scheduled starting time the team is not present on the playing court with 3 players ready to play. In case of a forfeit, the game score is marked with w-0 ( w standing for win). 7. Prizes Champion Team 1 Trophy and adidas cash coupon worth HK$5,000* Each player and team manager will be awarded with a medal 1st Runner-up Team 1 Trophy and Gigasports cash coupon worth HK$4,000* Each player and team manager will be awarded with a medal 2nd Runner-up Team (2 teams) Most Valuable Player (MVP) Gigasports cash coupon worth HK$2,000* Each player and team manager will be awarded with a medal 1 Trophy and Gigasports cash coupon worth HK$800* * subject to the relevant terms and conditions stated on the cash coupon. 8. Team equipment Upon successful registration, Each player will be given a set of competition uniform (including one reversible tournament jersey and one pair of tournament shorts) Team manager will be given a manager tee. Players and team managers are required to wear the competition uniform distributed (including tournament jerseys, shorts and socks) during all games. Other than the original design, no additional element shall be added to the uniform. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification. Players should wear suitable sports shoes during games. 9. Remarks We reserve the right to modify the game rules, results and rules of conduct at any time. Without prior notice of the amendment of the rules and regulations, the organisers' decisions in respect of the tournament shall be final. The organisers, assisting organiser and sponsors will not be responsible for the illness, injury, death, loss of physical ability and economic consequences that any person (whether participants or not)

9 may suffer as a result of entry and competition in this tournament from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to negligence. Please arrange your own insurance coverage. 10. Enquiries Waiver of Liability and Declaration In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, we, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, do hereby release and discharge adidas Hong Kong Limited and all co-organizers, sponsors, promoters, supporters and all other contributors from any liabilities arising from illness, injury, death, loss of physical ability and economic consequences we may suffer as a result of my entry in this tournament, and are suitable to participate in the tournament. In addition, I shall obey all the rules and regulations of this tournament and the decisions of the organizers. I grant permission to adidas Hong Kong Limited and its coorganizer and agent to use my appearance, name and voice in connection with this tournament and for the purposes of the organization and promotion of this tournament. 12. Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance The information provided by you will only be used for the enrolment and promotion of recreation and sports activities by the organisers and sponsors.
