9 GENERAL SAFETY RULES WARNING: Read all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious personal injury. The term "power tool" in all of the warnings listed below refers to your mains operated (corded) power tool or battery operated (cordless) power tool. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS WORK AREA 1. Keep workplace clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark workplaces invite accidents. 2. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Wear hearing protection during extended periods of operation. Following this rule will reduce the risk of serious person injury. Power tool use and care 1. Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed. 2. Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired. 3. Disconnect the plug from the power source be- fore making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally. 4. Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Use appropriate detectors to determine if utility lines electricity, gas or water supply line are hidden in the work area. 4. Never clean any dust or dirt during operation. 5. Never drill any hole in the housing of the tool, which will result in electric shock. 6. Wear ear protection in continuous working time. 7. Take care when fetch the diamond cutting disc. 8. Never use diamond cutting disc, if it is crackled or damaged, ensure safety operation. 9. When operation, keep hands away from the rotating parts. 10. Hold the tool firmly before turning on the tool, and hold it securely still in operation. 11. Ensure the diamond cutting disc doesn t touch the work piece before using. After power is off, do not put down the machine before the cutting disc stops running, and do not use force to break the cutting disc. 13. Caution! Diamond cutting discs become very hot during operation; do not touch them until they have cooled down. 14. Don t work with materials containing asbestos. 15. Never allow children to use the machine. 16. Only use diamond cutting discs (Never use it isn t accord with the manufacturer s instructions for performance) with the maximum permissible speed that is at least as high as the no-load speed of the machine. 17. Never use grinding wheel pieces (with the exception of multifunctional tools with use grinding wheel pieces) or diamond cutting discs with blade to ensure safety. 18. Don t work with materials such as wood, plastic and metal. 19. The cutting depth is less than 20 mm, when cutting concrete, tile and stone. 20. his machine cannot be used for wet cutting. 21. Never work when the fixed guard is dismantled. 22. To reduce the risk of injury, always unplug the tool and make sure switch is turned off before any assembly and adjustment. 23. Keep your hands away from the cutting area and the diamond wheel. Always hold the auxiliary handle by one hand. If hold the power tool by both hands which can avoid person injury. 24. Do not reach under the workpiece. The guard can t help to protect the operator from the wheel under the workpiece. 25. The arbor size and shape of wheels must properly fit the spindle of the power tool. Wheels with arbor holes that do not match the mounting hardware of the power tool will run out of balance, vibrate excessively and may cause loss of control. 26. Do not use a damaged, incorrectly sized washers or blots which can cause loss of control. Check by watching. WARNING: Some dust created by power Cutting contains chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some examples of these chemicals are: lead from lead-based paints arsenics and chromium from chemically reacted lumber. Your risk from these exposures varies, depending on how often you do this type of work. To reduce your exposure to these chemicals: work in a well ventilated area, and work with approved safety equipment. POWER SUPPLY Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed power tools. Check the power supply, operation power should be a little less than rated power says on the name plate. 2. CHANGING OF DIAMOND CUTTING DISC Before changing of diamond cutting disc, please remove the plug from the socket. Wear protective gloves. Use the side on the base to align the diamond wheel with the cutting line. (As shown in Fig B line) accessory has come to a complete stop, and never force the accessory to stop by external force. 14 TOOL MAINTENANCE WARNING: Before any work on the machine itself, pull the power plug. 1) nspect the diamond cutting discs. The diamond cutting disc damaged or worn our will cause motor malfunction and affect the cutting efficiency, so suggest to replace the diamond cutting disc periodically. 2) Inspect bolts periodically. If the bolts loosen, tighten them immediately, or will result in serious accident. 3) Regularly inspect O ring and check whether the O ring was aging or lost. Because it can affect the tool s life. 4) Inspect tool cords periodically(use YZW style). If damaged, have repaired at your nearest Authorized Service Center. 5) Keep the vents clean. Clean all parts of the tool, clean dust periodically. To prevent debris entry. 6) Change the brush. Inspect and change the brush by Authorized Service Center to ensure safety operation and long use life. 7) All service MUST only be performed by Authorized Service Center. ALWAYS use only accessories that are recommended for this tool. 8) Cleaning. Avoid the use of plastic cracks caused by damage to the solvent. Use clean cloths and mild soap to remove dirt, dust, etc. WARNING: Do not allow the water enter the motor and the tool full immersed in the ware, which will result in motor malfunction and electric shock.
