The term power tool in all of the warnings listed below refers to your mains operated (corded) power tool or battery operated (cordless) power tool. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS 1. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally. 4) Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users. 5) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the power tool s operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools. 6) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control. 7) Use the power tool, accessories, blades, etc. in accordance with these instructions and in the manner intended for the particular type of power tool, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation. 5. SERVICE 1) Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person. ADDITIONAL SAFETY RULES FOR MARBLE CUTTER 1. Never use any abrasive wheel unless a tool is specially designed for abrasive wheels. 2. Do not use a blade not in conformity with features as described in this manual. 3. Do not use distorted or cracked saw blades. 4. Do not use the tool without the guard. 5. Ensure the diamond cutting disc does not touch the work piece before using. 6. After power is off, do not put down the machine before the cutting disc stops running, and do not use force to break the cutting disc. 7. To reduce the risk of injury, always unplug the tool and make sure switch is turned off before any assembly and adjustment. 8. Hold the power tool only by the insulated gripping surfaces when performing an operation where the cutting tool may contact hidden wiring or its own power cord. Contact with a live wire will also make exposed metal parts of the power tool live and shock the operator. 9. Use extra caution when making a blind cut into existing walls or other blind areas. The protruding blade may cut objects that can cause kickback. 10. Keep your hands away from the cutting area and the diamond wheel. Always hold the auxiliary handle by one hand. If hold the power tool by both hands which can avoid person injury. 11. Do not reach under the workpiece. The guard can t help to protect the operator from the wheel under the workpiece. 12. The arbor size and shape of wheels must properly fit the spindle of the power tool. Wheels with arbor holes that do not match the mounting hardware of the power tool will run out of balance, vibrate excessively and may cause loss of control. 13. Wear protective gloves. WARNING: Some dust created by power Cutting contains chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some examples of these chemicals are: Lead from lead-based paints Arsenics and chromium from chemically reacted lumber. Your risk from these exposures varies, depending on how often you do this type of work. To reduce your exposure to these chemicals: work in a well ventilated area, and work with approved safety equipment. STANDARD ACCESSORIES Ring spanner Socket Wrench Be sure to check the accessories as it is subject to change by areas and models. OPERATION 1. POWER SUPPLY Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed power tools. Check the power supply, operation power should be a little less than rated power says on the name plate. 2. Installing the Blade NOTE! For your own safety and protection, do not attempt to operate this tile saw until it is completely assembled and installed according to these instructions. Read and understand the capability of the saw and the hazards associated with its operation. Sandwich the diamond blade between the two flanges. 1) Turn off the tool and remove the plug from the electrical outlet. 2) Use the socket wrench supplied to unscrew the spindle bolt in a clockwise direction while using the solid wrench to fix the spindle. 3) Remove the bolt and the outer flange. 4) Inner flange (A) remains on the spindle. 5) Fit the blade supplied onto the motor shaft. 6) Make sure that the rotation direction of blade corresponds to the arrow on the blade guard. 7) Replace the outer flange and then replace the spindle bolt. 8) Finally, use the socket wrench to tighten the spindle bolt in a counterclockwise direction while using the solid wrench to fix the spindle. To reduce the risk of injury, always remove the wrenches from the tool after each use and put it into the tool box. 3. ADJUSTING THE CUTTING DEPTH 1) Loosen the plunge lock lever on cutting depth scale and displace the base plate along its front side, lowering or raising it. 2) Until reaching the desired measure, tighten the plunge lock lever on cutting depth scale. 3) Maintain a uniform feeding speed during the entire cutting procedure, if a perfect cut is desired. The diamond cutting disc must protrude 2mm out for the material. 4) When the cutting depth exceeds 20mm, concrete, and so on must be cut in tow steps. Never try to cut in one step; otherwise, the motor is liable to be overloaded and damage may result. Also NOTE: Observe correct mains voltage! NOTE: Check the cutting disc before using. The cutting disc must be properly mounted and must rotate freely. Do not use damaged, out of-centre or vibrating cutting discs. Damaged cutting discs can burst and cause injuries. NOTE: Dusts from materials such lead containing coatings, minerals and metal can be harmful to one s health. Provide for good ventilation of the working place. It is recommended to wear a P2 filter class respirator. 1. SWITCHING ON AND OFF To start the tool, press the On/Off switch. To lock on, press and hold the On/Off switch, and press the lock-on button. To switch the unit off, release the On/Off switch or press and then release it. Manual_Revised_V1.1

13 Lock-on button Switch 2. ADJUSTING THE CUTTING LINE Set the machine body (base plate) on the material (workpiece) to be cut. Use the side on the base to align the diamond wheel with the cutting line. (As shown in Fig B line) Base Plate B Line APPLICATION HINTS 1) Before cutting, be sure the work piece is clamped securely (Use fixed equipment or pliers to prevent damage to clamp the workpiece is safely). 2) Observe the dimensions of the diamond cutting disc. The diameter of the hole must fit the mounting the flange. Do not use any reduction parts or adapters. 3) Put the block under the workpiece to prevent damage. 4) Blocking the diamond cutting discs leads to a strong jerking reaction.
