超高速離心機 Optima L-100K Ultracentrifuge 使用簡易步驟敘述 (1) 18 1. 預約 若實驗需要,Rotor 放入 4 冰箱預冷 2. 使用時, 將離心機電源打開, 面版自動顯示 3. TEMP: 設定溫度 4. 準備 Samples, 離心試管重量必須平衡 ( 至少小數點以下二位 ), 離心試管必須對稱放入 Rotor 中 5. 將 Rotor 確定卡入承軸後, 用手順著箭頭方向 試轉幾圈, 待 Rotor 停住後, 關離心機門蓋 6. SPEED: 設定轉速, 絕對不可超越 Rotor 可容許的最高轉速

超高速離心機 Optima L-100K Ultracentrifuge 使用簡易步驟敘述 (2) 19 7. 其他 SPEED 相關按鈕 : 一般使用者, 無需調整其他條件 (ACCEL 和 BREAKE 平時勿動 ) 8. VACUUM: 按下 VACUUM on ( 抽真空 ) 9. 待 vacuum 由 750 μ 200 μ 降到 20 μ 時, 按 RECALL, 即可按 START 10. 當離心完畢, 速度停下, 按 VACUUM off( 充氣 ) 打開離心機門蓋 開門取出 Rotor 及 samples 11. 以濕抹布擦拭 chamber, 再擦乾 chamber, 關門, 最後將離心機 POWER 關掉 12. Rotors & tubes 務必清洗
