98 2013 6 * 1 2 3 1. 2. 100083 3. 130012 Abstrct9 bronze artifacts from Guandongche sites in Hexigten Banner Chifeng CityInner Mongolia were examined and analyzed in this paper. Of these arifacts6 were unearthed from the tomb and 3 were collected in the surface of the site. They were important materials for the study of bronze manufacture technology of the upper Xiajiadian cultureand the relationship between this culture and others which surrounding. The SEM - EDS shows that there are five kinds of materialssuch as arsenical bronzetin bronzecu - Sn - Pb alloycu - Sn - As - Fe alloyand Cu - Sn - As - Pb - Fe alloyand all were copper tinarsenic and silver ore smelting production. The matallographic structure analyses show that casting and hot forging were employed to make different bronze wares. To sum upmineral resource of these arifacts should be Dajing mine.
