Please read carrefully. 請仔細閱讀, 或由他人對申請人說明清楚 45. applicant's full home address 申請者地址 ( 請填寫完整的資訊 ) 46. applicant's telephone number 電話 ( 室內電話或是手機號碼 ) 47. and 48. no entry necessary; please sign your name and date after print out the application.(please sign your name in english and chinese) 表格列印出來後, 請申請人在第 47 欄簽上日期與地點, 在第 48 欄簽名 ( 請簽英文及中文 ) Step 6: Save and print the application by clicking on Save and Print. 第六步 : 接下來請您點選 "Save and Print ( 儲存列印 ) Step 7: Save the document on your hard drive. You can then re-use the document when applying in the future. Click on the application.pdf symbol to convert your application into the final printable document. This might take a couple of minutes. Please note that at this point your data will be checked. If your application contains logical errors or is incomplete, you will be returned to the data entry screen. For future use or error correction, back to the previous page with "return"-button, then save th e application form in XML format.
( By reuse, please visit the website and follow the instruction till fouth step, then use the brow se function to find the application form saved in your hard drive instead of clicking the "new a pplication". 第七步 : 此時畫面上出現兩種儲存格式 :"PDF 格式及 XML 格式 ", 請您點選畫面顯示出的 "application-pdf (pdf 模式的申請表格 ) 符號, 檔案將會以此形式列印出來 這將會花一些時間 請您注意, 在以 pdf 形式開啟檔案時, 系統會檢查申請表, 若有察覺錯誤, 系統會顯示出來並且請您更正 列印完成後, 若須儲存檔案供下次申請或避免資料有誤日後須修正時使用, 請先按回復鍵, 讓畫面回覆到先前兩種儲存格式的畫面 然後點選 "XML 格式 ", 儲存該檔 儲存時, 可自訂檔名 (* 日後新申請或是要修改資料時, 請從第一步驟開始操作到第四步驟, 於第四步驟的畫面時, 利用電腦上 "durchsuchen( 德文 ) 或是 Browse( 英文 ) 搜尋鍵的功能, 叫出儲存於您硬碟的檔案即可 ) Step 8: Print the pdf-document. The printout should show a barcode on its last page. 第八步 : 請您將 pdf 檔列印出來 列印出來後, 在表格的最後一頁會有一個條碼 Step 9: Date and sign your application on the printout in field No. 48.(please sign in english and chinese) 第九步 : 請您在列印出來後的表格 ( 第 48 欄 ) 上簽名 ( 請簽英文與中文 ) 以及日期 Step 10 and Final step. Please submit the application together with 2 passport pictures and all relevant documents (health insurance, declaration according to 47 German alien act etc etc) 第十步也就是最後一個步驟 : 送交表格時, 請您附上兩張照片, 申請簽證聲明書以及此趟行程的相關文件 ( 例如 : 海外旅遊平安險 )
