Abstract Abstract With the rapid development of the high and new technique industries, popularization of network, and extensively application of information technology, and the fasten proceeding for global integration of economy as well. Thus, it would be expected that competition between enterprises will be even more severe since China s entrance into WTO. Human resource is the only potential resource for banks to keep up the competitive advantages. However, at present stage, there are still shortcomings in the human resource management of China Industrial Bank, which prevents it from promoting efficiency and hinder their sustainable development. So it has become a must for us to speed up CIB s reforms and establish the appropriate strategy of human resource. In such circumstanceif China Industrial BankCIBwants to stand firm in the market competition in other words, the viability of one enterprise, would be more and more depending upon not only its personnel s quality but also the quantity and quality of persons with ability that it possesses. So, the main works that the CIB s managers of high level need to do urgently, and which would also be one strategy task for the enterprise management development, would be speeding up the development and management of CIB s human resources, enhancing the whole quality of CIB s staff, and bringing up a number of qualified persons in operation management, various kinds of technical staff and large number of Marketing experts as well. The article involved the exploration on construct of modern human resources, which is illustrated and discussed with CIB as an example. The
Exploration on Design of CIB s Human Resources System in the New Stage whole article is divided into four parts. The first part gives a brief introduction of CIB, along with analysis of its strategic location and challenges that may be met with. The second part analyses in full detail the status quo of CIB on human resource system, and questions are pointed out. The third part describes the ways and principles on construct of CIB s human resource system. Last, based on the research in the theory of modern human resource system, taking the needs of CIB management into account, the part provides specific countermeasures on design of CIB s human resource system.
