The modular construction enables tailor-made solutions. Concept PUR components are provided by raw material anufacturers either in barrels, in 1000 L IBC container or in tank trucks. The container station are used for pick up the container and also collect any leaking PUR components. Technology The PUR components are conditioned in the container station. After this, the day containers are filled automatically. Depending on the requirements, the stations can be either very simple or highly complex systems such as mother-daughter systems with additional buffer containers, special stirrers, interval switching for circulating pumps and stirrer etc. Customer benefits The container station makes it possible to fill the day containers automatically. The PUR components are optimally pre-conditioned. This increases production reliability and component quality. The modular construction enables economically efficient individual solutions.
