SinoMedia Holding Limited (the Company or SinoMedia ) and its subsidiaries (the Group ) is a leading media advertising operator in China. We enter into underwriting agreements with TV stations and provide nationwide TV advertising coverage for our clients, including advertisers and advertising agencies. SinoMedia is one of the largest underwriters of TV advertisement time for China Central Television Station ( CCTV ). We have long-standing business cooperation with CCTV dating back to our inception in 1999. 2
