Such effects were accomplished by means of translating and publishing textbooks monographs and treatises from the Soviet Union. Besides legal scholars on Soviet Union Law came to China to give lecture and the course State Law of the Soviet Union was set to introduce the constitutional jurisprudence of the Soviet Union. With regard to specific content these effects comprise such aspects as the concept effect and nature of the Constitution relation a- mong the Constitution legal rules and ruling of law people s rights and citizens rights the system of the Constitutional jurisprudence. The consequences of these effects can be concluded that the class warfare mode was formed in constitutional studies the system of constitutional jurisprudence centered on national theories was established and the fundamental studies on Constitutional jurisprudence were neglected.
