OLA 安裝步驟 OLA Installation Steps 1. 到 https://trc.oupchina.com.hk/isolution/ola/download 網頁, 點擊黃色 OLA 標誌下載最新版本 ( 檔案名稱 : Oxford_Learning_App_Installer.exe ) Go to https://trc.oupchina.com.hk/isolution/ola/download and click the yellow button to download the latest app (File name: Oxford_Learning_App_Installer.exe ). 2. 把 Oxford_Learning_App_Installer.exe 檔案下載到電腦桌面上, 然後雙擊該圖示啟動安裝程序 Download the Oxford_Learning_App_Installer.exe file onto your computer Desktop. 3. OLA Setup Wizard 介面出現後, 請按 Next 鍵 When the OLA Setup Wizard window appears, click Next. 4. 系統會安裝 OLA 到 文件 的 OUP 資料夾內, 按 Next 繼續安裝程序 OLA will be installed in the OUP folder in Documents. Click Next to proceed. OLA 下載及安裝指 OLA Download and Installation 3 / 9
5. 按 Install 開始安裝 OLA Click Install to start installing OLA. 6. 系統會自動進行安裝, 請稍候, 並留意對話框內所顯示的安裝進度 整個安裝過程約需時 2-3 分鐘 The installation will run automatically. 7. 當 Completing the OLA Setup Wizard 信息出現時, 請按 Finish 完成整個 OLA 安裝程序 When the message of Completing the OLA Setup Wizard appears, click Finish to complete the installation process. 8. 完成安裝程序後,OLA 的捷徑圖示便會顯示在電腦桌面上 Upon completion of the installation process, an OLA short-cut icon will appear on your computer Desktop. 注意 : 完成以上步驟後, 在電腦內的 文件 (Documents) 裏面會出現一個 OUP 資料夾, 切勿刪除或移動此資料夾或資料夾內任何檔案, 否則必須重新下載及安裝 OLA Note: Upon completion of the OLA installation process, an OUP folder will appear in Documents of your computer. 9. 首次開啟 OLA 程式時, 請先細閱 特許協議 內容, 然後在協議底部剔選方格, 表示已閱讀並同意接受有關使用條款, 再按 <Continue 繼續 > When you use OLA for the first time, the License Agreement will show. Read it carefully and then check the box at the bottom of the page to indicate you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. Click Continue to proceed. 1. 2. 10. 待登入介面出現, 輸入你的 登入名稱 及 密碼, 再按箭嘴, 登入系統 When the login page shows, key in your Login ID and Password and then click the arrow button to log into the system. 11. 登入後看見以下主畫面, 代表已成功登入 Login is successful when the below screen shows. 你已完成 OLA 的安裝程序, 現在可以開始使用系統 Installation completed. You may start to use OLA now. OLA 下載及安裝指 OLA Download and Installation 7 / 9
現有 OLA 程式更新步驟 OLA In-app Updates 1. 當 OLA 有更新項目時, 登入系統後, 會有信息提示, 先按 確定 When updates are available, a reminder message will show after successful login. Click the button to close the message box. 2. 按畫面右上方的黃色箭嘴更新 OLA You will then see a yellow arrow button at the top-right corner. 3. 系統會隨即自動更新, 請稍候 The system will start updating automatically, please wait. 4. 系統更新完畢後, 待登入介面自動重現時, 便可隨時登入系統 After the app is updated, the login page will reappear.
