The contract is awarded by Nanjing Metro Infrastructure Co., Ltd, ( 南京地铁建设有限 责任公司 ) for the Nanjing Metro Ninghe Intercity Line Phase 1, with delivery scheduled between 2015 and 2016. This contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group s financial performance for the 2015 and 2016 financial years. Midas has a 32.5% equity stake in NPRT, a Sino-foreign joint venture, engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of metro trains, bogies and their related parts.
