11 Inner Diameter : 76mm Width : {Slit Width} 0.5 (mm) - Rolls are wound up to the determined outer diameter (Please inquire standard OD of each type.) - The loose end of film is held in place by adhesive tape. - Each stacked pair is separated by plastic foam in order to protect the electrode side. - The piled rolls are packed in plastic bags and heat-sealed with desiccants after vacuum removal. - Labels showing type, slit width, free margin width, and sheet resistance are attached to the each bag. A pair of Rolls Label Plastic Foam Free Margin - The bags are packed into carton cases. - The carton cases are put into wooden cases or reinforced cartons for sea freight shipments.

12 All types of metallized films should be stored in TORAY s original packing until use and the temperature and humidity should be controlled to 535 and less than 85%RH, respectively. Because the thin metallized layer is likely to be easily oxidized in the presence of moisture, the rolls are to be used as soon as possible after opening of the package. Bare (opened) rolls are recommended to be handled at the condition of 1825and less than 65%RH. TORAY guarantees the quality of metallized films for six months following the delivered date if the packages are not opened, in their original packaging, and stored as described above. 1. Since performance properties of all types of metallized films will vary with processing conditions of making capacitors, the confirmation of suitability in each case should be obtained independently at user s risk. 2.
