3 直流無刷馬達基本架構本文件主要介紹無感應式直流無刷馬達之演算法及電路實現, 以及介紹基本保護架構文件內實驗均由 SNP5 此 MCU 實現,SNP5 包含三個 Comparator 和 6 channel -bit PWM 直流無刷馬達可分為 Sensor 和 Sensorless 兩種,Sensor 主要透過 Hall Sensor 感應相位, 傳遞資訊給 MCU, 進行解碼後開啟 PWM 至馬達, 達成運轉之動作但 Sensorless 必須透過反電動勢波型, 才能得知目前馬達相位, 接下來要介紹實驗中所採用的演算法. Sensorless 演算法本實驗採用的是端電壓估測法, 利用馬達之三相端電壓經過低通濾波器後得到的平均電壓, 平均電壓透過比較器比較之後即可估得換相訊號端電壓估測法在低速下依然可以估得換相訊號, 且與其他反電動勢估測技術較容易實現 Fig. 為端電壓估測法架構圖, 由低通濾波器和三個比較器所組成, UVW 分別為馬達三個相位若馬達轉速越高時, 經過低通濾波器之平均端電壓會越大, 所以必要時需要分壓至 GPIO 能夠承受的電壓值因 SNP5 GPIO 僅能夠承受, 所以透過分壓至左右, 若使用其他 OP Amplifier 可以承受以上, 則沒有此問題 U R R C C + - UA V R R C C + - UA W R R C C + - UA Fig. 端電壓估測法架構此演算法需要透過馬達反電動勢才有辦法估得換相訊號, 但在剛開始時馬達靜止時, 馬達沒有反電動勢, 所以無法估測換相訊號必須要有啟動機制, 先讓馬達開始轉動產生反電動勢, 才有辦法取得回授訊號估測換相訊號本實驗之啟動機制採用固定相啟動法, 但一開始無法得知馬達初始相位, 所以一開始會先對其中一個相位激磁, 之後再開始依序激磁下個相位, 達成馬達啟轉程序當馬達穩定後, 再切換至端電壓估測換相訊號, 藉由換相訊號換相 -bit PWM 控制馬達轉速用,PWM 僅控制驅動電路上臂 MOSFET SONiX TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. 4 . 馬達保護機制馬達保護機制包含, 馬達堵轉保護過電流保護和低電壓保護馬達堵轉保護主要是保護馬達, 若發生不正確換相訊號, 則馬上停止轉動, 判斷方法為每次換相時,MCU 確認是否為正確的換相相位, 若達到三次錯誤換相則進入堵轉保護, 停止轉動堵轉通常會發生在馬達啟轉不正確或負載過大導致轉動力不足時過電流保護機制主要在保護若當馬達負載過大時, 會產生大電流, 很可能會導致 MCU 或馬達燒毀作法通常為在 inverter 接地端加一個極小的電阻, 並接至 MCU 的 A/D 監控電壓值, 若超過馬達可承受電流時, 則停止轉動低電壓保護, 通常用於電池系統, 防止電池的電壓低於最低電壓產生過放電的情況, 進而導致電池壞掉. 流程圖 Fig. 為簡易流程圖, 一開始先 Initial 所有狀態 Flag 和 I/O, 首先先對馬達其中一個相位激磁, 使馬達先固定在其中一個相位, 接著進入馬達啟轉程序, 由於初始相位已經知道, 所以依序採用慢慢加速的方式順轉或逆轉馬達轉子, 接著固定相位啟轉至穩定狀態時 ( 穩定狀態根據不同馬達會有所差異 ), 切換至 Sensorless 估測端電壓取得換相訊號, 並持續轉動至目標轉速, 且每次換相時紀錄下是否換相正確, 達次換相錯誤則停止馬達轉動 Initial Excite phase Motor start-up procedure BEMF detect BEMF decode Excite phase Motor-lock protection Correct Incorrect Motor stop Fig. 簡易流程圖 SONiX TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.
