11 如何连接电源 RIGOL 中文检查完仪器外观和附件后, 请按如下图所示连接电源并给仪器上电连接电源线后, 打开电源插孔处的电源开关, 这时仪器就已经通电请检查前面板上的电源键, 此时该键被点亮且呈呼吸状闪烁, 按下该键即启动仪器如果仪器不能正常启动, 请按下面步骤进行检查 : (1) 检查电源线是否接触良好, 以及后面板电源开关是否打开 ; (2) 检查无误后, 前面板电源键仍未点亮, 请取出保险丝, 检查保险丝是否正常, 如保险丝已断, 请参见用户手册的保险丝规格更换保险丝 ; (3) 经前述三项检查无误后, 前面板电源键仍未点亮, 请联系 RIGOL 技术支持部或当地经销商进行解决 DS1000B 系列数字示波器快速指南 3

12 中文 RIGOL 如何连接探头或 BNC 1. 连接探头如上图所示, 使用探头将信号接入 CH1( 通道 1) 的方法如下 : 将探头上的开关设定为 10X, 将探头连接器上的插槽对准 CH1 同轴电缆插接件 (BNC) 上的插口并插入, 然后向右旋转拧紧探头如果您使用的是新探头, 或所用探头首次与本仪器连接, 请在使用之前进行探头补偿, 方法如下 : 4 DS1000B 系列数字示波器快速指南

13 RIGOL (1) 将探头上的开关设定为 10X, 并将示波器探头与 CH1 连接如使用探头钩形头, 应确保与探头接触紧密将探头前端与探头补偿器的信号输出连接器相连, 接地鳄鱼夹与探头补偿器的地线连接器相连按 CH1 打开 CH1, 将探头菜单衰减系数设定为 10X, 然后按前面板的 AUTO 键 (2) 检查所显示波形的形状中文补偿过度补偿正确补偿不足 (3) 如必要, 请用非金属质地的改锥调整探头上的可变电容, 直到屏幕显示的波形如上图补偿正确 (4) 必要时, 重复上述步骤 2. 连接 BNC 将 BNC 同轴电缆对准前面板 BNC 插口并插入, 然后向右旋转拧紧探头, 如下图所示 : 前面板 BNC 连接示意图 DS1000B 系列数字示波器快速指南 5

15 常见故障处理 RIGOL 中文 1. 如果按下电源开关示波器仍然黑屏, 没有任何显示 : (1) 检查电源接头是否接好 ; (2) 检查电源开关是否打开 ; (3) 检查保险丝是否熔断 ; (4) 做完上述检查后, 重新启动仪器 ; (5) 如果仍然无法正常使用本产品, 请与 RIGOL 联络, 让我们为您服务 2. 采集信号后, 画面中并未出现信号的波形 : (1) 检查探头是否正常接在信号连接线上 ; (2) 检查信号连接线是否正常接在 BNC( 即通道连接器 ) 上 ; (3) 检查探头是否与待测物正常连接 ; (4) 检查待测物是否有信号产生 ( 可将有信号产生的通道与有问题的通道接在一起来确定问题所在 ); (5) 再重新采集信号一次 3. 测量的电压幅度值比实际值大 10 倍或小 10 倍 : 检查通道衰减系数是否与实际使用的探头衰减比例相符 4. 有波形显示, 但不能稳定下来 : (1) 检查触发信源 : 检查触发面板的信源选择项是否与实际使用的信号通道相符 (2) 检查触发类型 : 一般的信号应使用边沿触发方式, 视频信号应使用视频触发方式只有应用适合的触发方式, 波形才能稳定显示 DS1000B 系列数字示波器快速指南 7

16 中文 RIGOL (3) 尝试改变耦合为高频抑制和低频抑制显示, 以滤除干扰触发的高频或低频噪声 (4) 改变触发灵敏度和触发释抑设置 5. 按下 RUN/STOP 键无任何显示 : 检查触发面板 (TRIGGER) 的触发方式是否在普通或单次档, 且触发电平超出波形范围如果是, 将触发电平居中, 或者设置触发方式为自动档另外, 按自动设置 AUTO 按钮可自动完成以上设置 6. 选择打开平均采样方式时间后, 显示速度变慢 : 正常 7. 波形显示呈阶梯状 : (1) 此现象正常可能水平时基档位过低, 增大水平时基以提高水平分辨率, 可以改善显示 (2) 可能显示类型为矢量, 采样点间的连线, 可能造成波形阶梯状显示将显示类型设置为点显示方式, 即可解决 8. 通过 USB 连接 PC 或 PictBridge 打印机失败 : (1) 连接 PC 提示找到未知设备或者提示找到扫描仪或照相机可能在 Utility 的接口设置菜单中, USB 设备被设置为 PictBridge, 请将其设置为自动检测或者计算机即可, 必要时重启示波器 (2) 连接 PictBridge 打印机失败或不正常工作可能在 Utility 的接口设置菜单中,USB 设备被设置为计算机, 请将其设置为自动检测或 PictBridge 即可, 必要时重启示波器 8 DS1000B 系列数字示波器快速指南

22 RIGOL ENGLISH Safety Notice Review the following safety precautions carefully to avoid any personal injuries or damages to the instrument and any products connected to it. To avoid potential hazards, please use the instrument as specified by this manual only. The instrument should be serviced by Authorized personnel only. To Avoid Fire or Personal Injury. Use Proper Power Cord. Use the power cord designed for the instrument and authorized in your country only. Ground The Instrument. The oscilloscope is grounded through the grounding conductor of the power cord. To avoid electric shock the instrument, grounding conductor(s) must be grounded properly, before making connections to the input or output terminals of the instrument. Connect The Probe. The probes ground terminals are at the same voltage level of the instrument ground. Do not connect the ground terminals to a high voltage. Observe All Terminal Ratings. To avoid fire or shock hazard, observe all ratings and marks on the instrument. Follow the user s guide for further ratings information before making connections to the instrument. Do Not Operate Without Covers. Do not operate the instrument with covers or panels removed. Use Proper Fuse. Use the fuse of the type, voltage and current ratings as specified for the instrument. Avoid Circuit or Wire Exposure. Do not touch exposed connections and components when power is on. II Quick Guide for DS1000B Series

23 RIGOL Do Not Operate With Suspected Failures. If suspected damage occurs with the instrument, have it inspected by qualified service personnel before further operations. Provide Proper Ventilation. Refer to the installation instructions for proper ventilation of the instrument. Do not Operate in Wet/Damp Conditions. Do not Operate in an Explosive Atmosphere. Keep Product Surfaces Clean and Dry. The disturbance test of all the models meet the limit values of A in the standard of EN 61326: 1997+A1+A2+A3, but can t meet the limit values of B. Measurement Category The DS1000B series Digital Oscilloscope is intended to be used for measurements in Measurement Category I. Measurement Category Definitions Measurement Category I is for measurements performed on circuits not directly connected to MAINS. Examples are measurements on circuits not derived from MAINS, and specially protected (internal) MAINS derived circuits. In the latter case, transient stresses are variable; for that reason, the transient withstand capability of the equipment is made known to the user. WARNING IEC Measurement Category I. The input terminals may be connected to circuit terminal in IEC Category I installations for voltages up to 300Vrms. To avoid the danger of electric shock, do not connect the inputs to circuit s voltages above 300Vrms. Transient overvoltage is also present on circuits that are isolated from mains. The DS1000B series Digital Oscilloscopes is designed to safely withstand occasional transient overvoltage up to 1000Vpk. 27 RIGOL Necessary Inspection ENGLISH 1. Inspect the shipping container for damage. Keep the damaged shipping container or cushioning material until the contents of the shipment have been checked for completeness and the instrument has been checked mechanically and electrically. 2. Inspect the instrument. In case there is any mechanical damage or defect, notify the RIGOL Sales Representative. If the shipping container is damaged, or the cushioning materials show signs of stress, notify the carrier as well as the RIGOL sales office. Keep the shipping materials for the carrier s inspection. 3. Check the accessories. Accessories supplied with the instrument are listed in the following pages. 29 RIGOL How to Connect Power Cord ENGLISH After inspecting the instrument and the accessories, connect the power cord as shown in the following figure. Turn on the switch which is under the power socket, the instrument then is powered on, and the power key on the front pannel is lit up (twinkle like breathing), press the key to start up the instrumemt. If unable to power the instrument, take the following steps: (1) Check the power cord connection; (2) Check if the power switch on the rear pannel has been turn on; (3) If the above inspections, the power key on the front pannel is not lit, please take out the fuse and check, refer to the fuse specification shown in the User Guide to change the fuse if needed; (4) After the above inspections, the power key on the front pannel is still not lit, please contact RIGOL for help. 30 RIGOL ENGLISH How to Connect Probe or BNC 1. Connect the probe As shown in the above figures, set the attenuation switch on the probe to 10X and connect the probe to Channel 1 on the oscilloscope, push and rotate clockwise to lock the probe in place. If your probe is a new one, or if it is the first time you connect to the oscilloscope, before use it, please do the following compensation operation: 4 Quick Guide for DS1000B Series

31 RIGOL (1) Set the attenuation switch on the probe to 10X and connect the probe to Channel 1 on the oscilloscope. Attach the probe tip and ground lead to the PROBE COMP connector. Press CH1, and set the attenuation menu to 10X. Then press AUTO. ENGLISH (2) View the waveform displayed on the screen. Over Compensated Correctly Compensated Under Compensated (3) If necessary, use a non-metallic tool to adjust the variable capacitor of the probe for the flattest square wave (Correctly Compensated) being displayed on the oscilloscope. (4) Repeat if necessary. 2. Connect the BNC As shown in the following figure, insert the the BNC cable to the BNC conector on the front pannel, rotate clockwise to lock the BNC. 32 RIGOL ENGLISH How to Connect USB Devices DS1000B series oscilloscope support the USB flash drive and connections to PC or printer throught USB. 33 RIGOL Troubleshooting ENGLISH 1. After the oscilloscopes is powered on, the screen remains dark (no display): (1) Check the power cord connection. (2) Ensure the power switch is turned on. (3) After the above inspection, restart the oscilloscope. (4) If the problem still remains, please contact RIGOL for help. 2. After the signal acquisition the waveform does not appear: (1) Check the probes connected with the signals. (2) Check the probes connected to the channels firmly. (3) Check the probes connected with the object being tested. (4) Check the circuit generates signal at the test point. (5) Repeat the acquisition. 3. The measurement result is 10 times higher or lower than the value expected. Check if the probe attenuation is the same as the channel attenuation. 4. If the oscilloscope does not get a stable waveform display: (1) Check the Trigger Source and notice if it is set to the channel in use. (2) Check the Trigger Type. Use Edge for normal signals, and use Video for VIDEO signals. (3) Switch the coupling into HF Rejection or LF Rejection in order to filter the noise which disturbs trigger. (4) Adjust the trigger Sensitivity and the hold off time. Quick Guide for DS1000B Series 7

34 RIGOL ENGLISH 5. After pressing the RUN/STOP button, the oscilloscope does not display any waveform on screen. Check whether the Trigger Mode is set to Normal or Single and see whether the trigger level is out of the signal range. If yes, set the trigger level in proper range by turning the knob or pressing the 50% button. Or set the Trigger Mode as AUTO. Moreover, push AUTO button to display the waveform on screen. 6. After the Acquisition is set to Averages or Display Persistence is set ON, the waveform refreshes slowly. It is normal in these settings. 7. The signal is displayed as ladder like waveform. (1) The time base setting maybe is too slow. Turn the horizontal knob to increase horizontal resolution to improve the display. (2) Maybe the display Type is set to Vectors, and set it to Dots mode to improve the display. 8. Unable to connect to PC or the PictBridge printer by USB: (1) When connected to PC, if the message Unknown device appears or prompting scanner or camera was found. Press Utility to choose the I/O Setting menu, you may see the USB Device menu has been set to be PictBridge, you should switch it to Auto Detect or Computer. If necessary, restart the oscilloscope. (2) If connecting to a PictBridge printer or the printing is unsuccessful, maybe the USB Device menu has been set to be Computer, you should switch it to Auto Detect or PictBridge.
