5 摘要 摘要 目前, 在印尼英语和汉语普遍受到大家的重视, 印尼雅加达的国际学校渐渐在增加 SIS ( Singapore International School) 国际学校是其中在雅加达很热门的国 际学校 SIS 的大部分学生多为富有的华人后代, 汉语教学在学校很受重视 笔者选取该校为研究对象 对学生的汉语学习和师资力量做了细致的调查, 通过对调查结果的分析, 研究 SIS 初中学校汉语教学现状及所存在的问题, 这些问题包括汉语教师的教学方法比较生硬, 教师进行汉语教学时采用双语教学, 教学人员不足, 教师不太注意笔画的演示, 学生的学习动机不足, 学生没有掌握正确汉语学习方法, 缺少语言环境, 学习汉语拼音和汉字困难, 教材缺乏系统性原则等 在此基础上对学生学习汉语情况和教师的教学过程, 提出一些合理 切实可行的建议 文章包括五个部分 : 第一章为本文的绪论, 阐述研究背景与研究意义, 介绍印尼雅加达的教育与国际学校的概况, 相关研究综述, 开展研究使用的方法 ; 第二章是关于 SIS 学校的成立背景,SIS 的教学和学生基本情况与学生的学习特点 ; 第三章是关于学生学习中和教师教学过程所存在的问题 ; 第四章是笔者对 SIS 初级学校的汉语教育提出了合理的建议 ; 第五章是笔者对印尼雅加达 SIS 初级学校汉语教学调查分析的结论 关键词 : 印尼初级学校, 印尼国际学校, 印尼汉语教学 I
6 ABSTRACT Based on this,the author chooses one international secondary school called SIS(Singapore International School) in Jakarta,the capital city of Indonesia as an object of this study.this thesis makes a detailed and thorough survey of teaching and learning chinese language of the high end and so called high standard international school.then by comparative of analysis of data compared,the problems which the teachers and students encountered during the chinese teaching process can be identified,meanwhile some reasonable and practical suggestions can be given for greater good. This paper divides into five chapters.the first chapter introduce the purpose of writing and research methods.the second chapter about SIS school background and the general situations of the teachers and students there.the third chapter surveys and analyzes the problems they encountered these days.the forth chapter proposes some solutions and advices of the development.the fifth chapter is the final analyze and summarize. 13 第一章绪论 第一章绪论 第一节研究背景与研究意义 近几年, 汉语热 在世界快速蔓延开 伴随着中国经济的崛起, 国际贸易的增长, 汉语的重要性呈上升趋势, 汉语的使用也更为普遍 仅在 2010 年, 世界各国有超过 75 万人参加汉语等级考试, 这些人希望通过学习汉语可以更了解中国, 了解中国历史和文化传统 西方曾经在经济方面领先全球, 但中国将很快成为全球最大经济体 连美国总统奥巴马的女儿, 玛丽亚奥巴马也在学习汉语 中国目前在世界是第二大经济体, 在全球有着举足轻重的经济地位 汉语教育的推广无疑也是让世界人更进一步亲近中国的方式 印度尼西亚人口超过 2.38 亿, 人口数量位居世界第四 在印尼很多印尼人都很希望可以学汉语 中国也成为印尼学生学习热门的目的地 目前有超过 10,900 印尼学生在中国留学, 很多父母都认为掌握了汉语可以有更光明的未来 在印尼, 印尼政府正以积极的态度看待千岛之国再次振兴的中文教育 教育部也鼓励各学校对汉语教学的普及与推广, 使学生们掌握的语言更为丰富 因而在印尼尤其是雅加达的大部分学校都开设了汉语和英语这两门外语课程 SIS (Singapore International School ) 是印尼的国际学校, 使用英语教学, 开设了汉语课程, 要求在学校内只能说英文或汉语, 确保孩子们这两种语言都能掌握好 SIS (Singapore International School ) 创立于一九九五年, 共有八个校区 现主校区座落于雅加达的 Bona Vista Raya,Lebak Bulus 地区, 该校区是一九九五年 成立的 雅加达还设有其他三个校区, 位于 KelapaGading, Kebon Jeruk, Pantai Indah Kapuk 等区 ; 其余分校区在棉兰, 三宝垄, 巴邻旁, 芝勒贡 SIS 的每个校区 向学生提供各种丰富的设施设备, 包括多用途礼堂, 剧院 足球场 篮球场 生物学 化学和物理实验室, 游泳池, 等等 SIS 课程体系按照新加坡的顶尖学校的课程体系来规划, 采用国际化的课程内容 教学和学习方法以适应多元化的学生群体 笔者选择研究印尼雅加达 SIS(Singapore International School) 首先是因为想研究印尼雅加达 SIS 初级学校的汉语教学现状, 通过对印尼雅加达 SIS 初级学校汉 1
14 印尼雅加达 SIS(Singapore International School) 初级教学调查与分析 语教师的调查, 了解汉语教学的基本情况, 包括教师和教材的基本情况, 教学方法等, 了解这些汉语老师在教学过程中的感受以及存在的问题 在对这些数据进行统计的基础上, 分析印尼雅加达 SIS 初级学校的汉语教学的整体情况 通过问卷调查及课堂观察了解学生学习过程中的感受以及存在的问题等 在对这些数据进行统计的基础上, 分析印尼雅加达 SIS 初级学校学生学习汉语的学习情况 最后提出对印尼雅加达 SIS 初级学校的汉语教学方法的建议, 也希望能够对印尼雅加 达 SIS 初级学校汉语教学有更全面的了解与认识 第二节印尼雅加达的教育与国际学校概况 印尼的大多数学校是由 Kementriaan Pendidikan dan Kebudayan ( 印尼国家教育部 ) 和 Kementriaan Agama ( 印尼国家宗教国事部 ) 来管理 伊斯兰学校由 Kementriaan Agama 来管理 在印尼, 每个人必须接受 9 年的义务教育, 上 6 年的小学和 3 年的初级 教育的目的是让每个学生可以发挥自己的创造力, 天赋, 特长等具备个人优势方面的潜能 印尼教育部认为有两种教育类型 : 正式教育和非正式教育 正式教育例如学校教育, 学校又分为公立学校和私立学校 一些私立学校是国际私立学校, 它们的课程比印尼教育部规定的还要多元化 国际化, 而且有些是根据国际的课程使用英语教学 在印尼大约有 所小学,40000 所初级学校和 所高中学校 84% 的学校 Kementriaan Pendidikan dan Kebudayan ( 印尼国家教育部 ) 是管理, 其他 16% 是 Kementriaan Agama ( 印尼国家宗教国事部 ) 私立学校从总数上看只占 7% 初级的教育方式和教学方法效仿荷兰 荷兰的教育是非常人性化的 1870 年, 一些荷兰学校愿意为印尼本地人提供教学 这些学校被称为 Sekolah Rakyat, 也就是 目前 Sekolah Dasar( 小学 ) 的原名 之后也推动女性的教育, 在当时男女平均知识水平的差异很大 在爪哇岛只有 0.5% 的女人能接受过教育 爪哇岛以外, 接受教育的男人与女人的比例差异大约有 12% 和 3% 荷兰人对女性获得教育也给予了认可与支持 其实, 荷兰也为印尼本土人成立许多大学和普通学校 其中一个在印尼最有名的大学是 1920 年建立的 BIT(Bandung Institute of Technology), 也是目前印尼最有名望和权威的大学 2
15 第一章绪论 在荷兰人的帮助下, 到 1930 年印尼已经有 3108 所学校和 3000 座图书馆 学校的分类大致有以下几种 : ELS(European Low School) 欧洲小学, HSS(Hollandsch Schakel School) 荷兰小学,DNS(Dutch Switch School) 印尼本地人的小学, HCS(Hollandsch Chinesche School) 中国人的小学, AMS(Algemene Middlelbare School) 荷兰高中学校, HBS(Higher Citizen School) 荷兰大学, MULO(Meer Uitgebreid Lager Onderwjs) 荷兰初级学校, 等等 到了第二世界大战时, 印尼被日本占领 在这时刻, 原先教育系统已不复存在 日本的占领给了印尼教育体制翻天覆地的变化 学校已经成为让同学们军事训练的场地 并给印尼学生洗脑, 来教育印尼学生抵抗西方势力的侵略 在学校只能学到日本的文化历史 每天学生必须升起日本国旗还需要对日本天皇敬礼 日本占领学校后致使印尼的学生教育受到了对西方国家的反抗精神和亲日的政治立场教育制度其实都是为了满足其政治需要与军事目的, 并非为了提高印尼国家人民的知识 印尼在 1945 年宣布国家独立后, 由于国内没有自主教学基础, 教育的发展也成为了印尼当时社会的一大难题 致使印尼的教育在一段时期内停滞不前 如今, 国际学校在印尼有着日益提高的教学地位, 正是因为国际学校有着对孩子教育的现代化 多元化 开放式的教学环境 雅加达也依靠着国际学校的良好口碑吸引了很多外国人前来学习与交流 很多富有的印尼人也喜欢送他们孩子到有着更高质量的教学水平与教育环境的国际学校来接受教育 2015 年一月, 印尼国际学校顾问 (International School Consultancy) 宣布印尼已有 190 所国际学校 他建议国际学校的课程将全部使用英语来进行教学 并效仿与学习美国 新加坡 英国的国际课教学方式程来进行 并不是所有国际学校都按照 IB 规划的课程来教学 IB(International Baccalaureate) 由国际文凭组织 IBO(The International Baccalaureate Organization) 管理 该组织在 1968 年成立, 是国际 教育的领导者, 本部是在瑞士日内瓦 IB 提供四种教育项目给 3 岁到 19 岁的孩子 所有国际学校都有共同的愿望来打造多元化 不同语言的国际现代化的教学机构 在印尼雅加达的国际学校有以下几所 : 1.ACG 学校,ACG School Jakarta 是印尼的高端国际学校, 让更多学生接受鼓励和挑战, 以满足他们的学术提高和个人潜力的发挥 学校课程采用 IB 小学计划 2.ACS 学校是一所学生综合成绩相对卓越的学校 学校主要以英语为教学语言, 印尼语和汉语也有提供 学校安排的班人数较少, 最多每个班只有 25 名学生, 目的是 3
