5 摘要经过改革开放三十年的发展, 中国的民营经济已经成为我国经济建设和社会发展的活力之源和重要引擎, 在推动社会生产力方面发挥着越来越重要的作用随着中国民营经济的快速发展, 已经出现一批有相当规模和实力的民企领头羊, 在国企外企相互交织, 市场竞争激烈的环境下, 这类企业必须加快创新驱动转型发展, 才能抓住中国经济发展的战略机遇期, 深度参与市场竞争, 进而进军国际市场企业激励是企业管理理论的核心之一广大企业特别是民营企业, 通过对企业股权激励的消化吸收和运用, 极大地推动了企业的快速发展本文作者综合自己多年的企业高管经验, 结合国内外激励理论, 在对其引用研究和分析的基础上, 通过对中国民营经济的标志性企业之一正泰集团在企业发展壮大历程, 以及战略执行组织变革过程中对激励的应用及实践研究, 分析和阐述了有效激励与民营企业的持续快速发展之间的关系本文通过总结分析, 提出了创新激励机制组织形式创新人力资本增值观念创新经营团队激励方式创新经营节点管控模式等几个具有创新意义的观点, 以期建立起一套适应正泰集团可持续发展的激励机制, 对中国民营企业更加有效地运营激励, 推动企业健康持续发展提供借鉴意义关键词 : 有效激励 ; 民营企业 ; 快速发展

7 Abstract After thirty years development of the reform and opening, the private economy of China has become the source of vitality and engine of the economic construction and social development of our country, playing an increasingly important role in promoting the social productivity. With the rapid development of private economy in China, there have been a number of leading corporations of considerable scale and strength. In the competitive market filled with state-owned enterprises and foreign companies, only do such enterprises speed up the development of innovation and transformation, can they grasp the strategic opportunity of China's economic development stage, participate in market competition deeply, and then enter the international market. Incentive of enterprise is one of the cores of enterprise management theory. Many enterprises, especially private enterprises, promote the rapid development of enterprises greatly through study and use of the enterprise equity incentive. In this paper, the author combines his years of experiences being corporate executive with the incentive theory at home and abroad, on the basis of the references, the research and analysis of the theories, analyzes and expounds the relationship between effective incentive and sustained and rapid development of private enterprises through the study on the application and practice of incentives of CHINT Group,one of the outstanding private enterprises in China, including its development, growing process, and strategic implementation, organizational change. Based on the summary and analysis, the paper put forward to innovative ideas such as Organization Form of Innovative Incentive Mechanism, Innovative Concept of Human Capital Appreciation, Innovative Incentive Method of Management Team, and Innovative Business Node Control Mode, so that establish incentive mechanism which is not only suitable for the sustainable development of CHINT Group, but more effective operating incentive for private enterprises of China.
