4 摘要 摘要 信息技术的发展使人类社会开始逐步迈入了一个崭新的信息时代, 使人们认识和理解客观世界的能力 手段都发生了深刻的变化, 信息技术的应用改变或正在改变人们的生活和工作方式, 给企业或组织的管理变革带来了深刻的影响, 极 大地促进了企业生产和动作管理模式的进化和改变 近年来, 全球经济一体化步 伐进一步加快, 市场竞争日趋激烈, 企业开始面临诸多挑战 要想在激烈的竞争 中赢得一席之地, 企业必须尽快采用先进的信息技术改造和武装自己, 以提高客 户满意度 控制经营成本 缩短物料制造配销的时间 加速存货周转率 提高经营效率, 提升企业竞争力 而 ERP 正是改变企业陈旧的管理模式, 利用信息化来提升管理水平 优化管理模式的利器 中泰化学公司拥有目前世界领先的生产装置和先进的工艺技术 年销售收入 21 亿元, 是全国大型氯碱化工企业之一 由于企业的不断扩大, 必然带来经营 管理 生产上的一些问题, 使用 ERP 能帮助更好的管理公司, 更好的生产产品, 具有重大意义 因此, 本文针对新疆中泰化学公司现存的问题, 包括财务管理系统 人力资源系统 生产管理系统 销售管理系统 项目管理系统和采购库存系统中存在的问题, 针对这些问题做了新的需求分析, 重点是明确了各个子系统涉及的工作流程, 为 ERP 系统的设计提供指导 然后在提出的需求的基础上, 结合 ERP 的理论框架和基本原则, 进行了具体的系统设计 设计实现的系统实现了需求提出的各个功能, 系统实施后也解决了之前各个子系统存在的问题 实践证明 SAP-ERP 系统的引进帮助解决了自身企业的经营难题, 使之获得了更大的发展 关键词 :ERP; 需求分析 ;SAP I
5 Abstact Abstract As the result of the development of the information technology, the human society is gradually stepping into a new era of information, which greatly changes people's ability to recognize and understand the world. The application of information technology has been changing the way people live and work; it also brings profound effect to the enterprises and their organization management, and greatly promotes the enterprise production and management mode to evolve and change. In recent years, the step of whole world economy unify more quickly and the competition is more severity; as a result, the enterprises are facing with many challenges. If the enterprises want to win a domain,they must use advanced information technology to arm themselves. If they do so, they can increase satisfaction degree of clients,control the cost of management,shorten the time of fabricate and consumption of material, accelerate the inventory turnover ratio,increase efficiency of management,upgrade the power of competence. The ERP is a management mode that changes old enterprises, and is a powerful tool that can be used to improve the management level and optimize the management mode. Sino-Thai Chemical Company has most advanced production equipments and technologies. Its annual sale income is 2.1 billion RMB. It is one of the large national chlor-alkali chemical industry enterprises. The enterprise can have better management, better production product with the use of ERP, which has great significance. Therefore, in this paper, based on the Xinjiang Zhongtai chemical company existing problems, including the problems of financial management subsystem, human resources management subsystem, production management subsystem, sales management subsystem, project management subsystem and Purchasing Management subsystem. Faced with these problems, the author made the new requirement analysis and focused on the workflow of each subsystem, which can largely provide guide for ERP system. Then based on the new requirements, the author designed the ERP system in the use of ERP s theoretical framework and basic principle. The designed system has implemented each function put on in the requirements and solved the III
6 Abstract problems existing in the previous subsystems. It has been found that the SAP-ERP system can help solve the difficult problem of enterprise management, which makes the enterprise acquire greater development. Key Words:ERP;Requirements Analysis;SAP IV

13 中泰化学 ERP 的需求分析及设计 第一章绪论 1.1 选题的背景和意义 企业资源计划 (Enterprise Resources Planning,ERP) 是世纪 90 年代初由美国著 名咨询公司 Gartner Group Inc 总结制造资源计划 ( Manufacturing Resource Planning,MRPII) 的发展趋势而提出的一种全面企业管理模式, 主要特点有 : 在 MRPII 基础上, 整合准时生产方式 (Just In Time, JIT) 最佳生产技术(Optimized Production Technology, OPT) 全面质量管理(Total Quality Management,TQM) 等先进管理思想, 功能覆盖企业全面业务, 并扩展到代销链上的有关合作方 ; 支持离散制造业和连续流程行业 ; 支持能动的全局监控能力, 基于数据仓库和联机分析能力和决策支持能力 ; 不断采用开放的先进的计算机技术 ERP 是当代制造业企业迎接市场挑战的利器 ERP 是总结现代企业管理的重要手段之一, 它是一种以市场和客户需求为导向, 实行企业内外资源优化配置, 消除生产经营过程中一切无效的劳动和资源, 以实现信息流 物流 资金流 价值流和业务流的有机集成和提高客户满意度为目标, 以计划与控制为主线, 以网络和信息技术为平台, 集客户 市场 销售 采购 计划 生产 财务 质量 服务 信息集成和业务流程重组 (Business Process Reengineering,BPR) 等功能为一体, 面向供应链管理 (Supply Chain Management,SCM) 的现代企业管理思想和管理方法 [1] 信息时代, 技术正以前所未有的速度发生着变化, 信息技术已经对经济产生 了巨大的冲击 坚持以信息化带动工业化, 以工业化促进信息化, 走出一条信息 工业化的路子, 是我国加快实现工业化和现代化的必然选择 企业信息化是企业提高自身竞争力, 实现现代化的必由之路 党的十六大报告指出 : 信息化是我国加快实现工业化和现代化的必然选择 坚持以信息化带动工业化, 以工业化促进信息化, 走出一条科技含量高 经济效益好 资源消耗量低 环境污染少 人力资源优势得到充分发挥的新型工业化路子 生产力跨越发展是继 科教兴国战略 与 可持续发展战略 提出之后, 又一个中国后发现代化建设不可或缺的伟大战略构想 这一战略构想的提出为我国大中型企业, 通过信息化实现管理创新 提升竞争力提供了契机和方向 1
14 第一章绪论 在这一大背景下, 如何加强企业的信息化建设 开发和运用, 以实现企业综合效益的最大化 增强企业的竞争实力和发展后劲, 已成为现代企业管理学所面临的崭新课题, 企业 ERP 系统建设由此应运而生 [2] 但是, 这方面的研究工作在我国还不成熟, 要建立企业信息化管理的理论体系, 并对企业的信息化实施有效地开发 运用和管理, 需要进行大量的探索 新疆中泰化学股份有限公司在企业的发展过程中, 已取得了不少成功, 中泰 化学目前面临的管理瓶颈是发展中的问题, 前进中的问题, 我们希望立足于基于 管理实际的优化提升, 中泰化学想要在竞争日益激烈的市场中保持竞争地位, 就需要进行 ERP 项目的实施建设, 从根本上改变了企业的管理流程 思维和方法, 使之变得更加符合商业逻辑 更加规范化, 整体上提高企业对市场的反应能力, 提高新产品开发的速度, 从企业从传统的制造模式转变为现代先进科学的制造模式, 最终提高企业竞争力 本文力求吸收国内外的最新研究成果, 对中泰化学 ERP 项目的需求进行较系统地阐述 分析 在跟踪最新理论研究成果的基础上, 结合企业存在的实际问题, 提出了引进 SAP-ERP 系统, 借以提高中泰化学的效率, 跟上国际发展步伐, 加深其核心竞争力, 具有一定的理论与实践意义 1.2 ERP 的发展历程 ERP 在国外的发展历程 ERP 系统从最初的提出到现在, 经历了大半个世纪的发展, 大致经历了以下 几个阶段 : 物料需求计划 (Material Requirements Planning,MRP) 阶段 闭环 MRP(Closed-1oop MRP) 阶段 生产资源计划 (Manufacture Resource Planning, MRPII) 阶段 ERP 阶段 [3] 随着技术的不断更新, 计算机技术和网络技术的高速发展, 制造业全球化趋势日益明显, 人们又提出了动态企业建模 (Dynamic Enterprise Modeling,DEM) 智能资源计划 (Intelligent Resource Planning, IRP) 等全新概念, 时间和实践证明 ERP 系统是一套先进的 成熟的 实用的管理系 [4] 上个世纪 60 年代, 随着技术的发展, 计算机已经不再只是科研单位的专用工具, 而是越来越多的走进了企业, 为企业提供全面的数据储存和处理服务 同时, 2
15 中泰化学 ERP 的需求分析及设计 西方国家在经历了二战后的疯狂增长和繁荣之后, 市场竞争变得更加激烈, 在当时的社会生活中占据主导地位的汽车 石油 重工等企业开始使用大型计算机来处理企业内部管理过程中的大量数据统计和运算工作 1965 年, 针对当时企业出现的供应滞后 交货不及时等问题, 美国生产与库存管理协会 (American Production and Inventory Control Society, APICS) 提出了 MRP 的概念 通过 MRP 管 理软件的信息集成系统, 企业对生产制造过程中的 产 供 销 等实现了信息 集成, 使得企业在库存管理上进行有效的计划和控制 随着 60 年代经济增长的延 缓和市场竞争的加剧, 为库存而生产的生产方式使得企业背上了沉重的积压包袱, 而那些迅速适应市场变化, 根据订单而生产的企业迅速崛起 到了 80 年代, 企业开始通过对整个内部供应链的监控和计划来指导生产, 以面向市场为管理中心, 随时了解和控制产品的最终成本,MRPII 的概念以及相应的软件应运而生 MRPII 最主要的进步在于, 它实现了业务数据同财务数据的集成, 同时将 JIT 的运营模式和 MRP 的计划模式进行了整合, 改变了财务信息严重滞后于生产信息的现象, 并成为指导和修正生产活动的标准, 从而达到企业整体盈利的总体目标 [5] 在 MRPII 中, 强调了对企业内部的人 财 物等资源的全面管理, 把制造企业归类为不通融的生产方式如重复制造 批量生产 按订单生产等来管理, 每一种生产方式类型都对应一套管理标准 进入上个世纪 90 年代, 世界经济格局发生了几个显著的变化 首先, 全球冷战时代结束, 加速了全球经济一体化的进程 ; 其次, 以计算机和网络为代表的新经济开始起飞, 在社会生活中占据了越来越重要的位置 ; 另外, 电视 广播 网络等媒介使信息传播越来越迅速, 市场呈现出个性化和多元化的需求变化 由于 这些变化, 企业在生产和运行的过程中已经不能单纯靠扩大规模来降低成本和增 加利润 相反, 一些规模虽小但信息灵通 反应敏捷 供货及时的企业表现出了勃勃生机 企业为了适应市场需求的变化, 过去单一的生产模式变成了混合型的生产模式,MRPII 在应对这些复杂和多变的混合生产时已经无法准确地适应企业的需要了 并且, 由于 MRPII 是通过对计划的及时滚动来控制整个生产过程, 相比起更加快捷的互联网来说显得及时性较差, 只能实现事后控制 同时, 企业越来越强调利润控制的作用, 因此简单的财务数据和生产数据的集成, 己经无法满足管理控制的要求 1990 年前后,ERP 逐渐取代了 MRPII, 成为主流企业管理软 3
16 第一章绪论 件系统 [6] ERP 在国内的发展历程 自从 1981 年沈阳第一机床厂从德国工程师协会引进第一套 MRPII 软件, 到加 入 WTO 后的 2002 年 ERP 大热, 再到如今企业信息化的教训反思 理性追求, 中国 的企业信息化革命已经走过了风风雨雨的 20 多年 中国企业实施 ERP 主要经历了 引入期 传播期和扩散期三个阶段 [7], 具体情况参看表 1-1 表 1-1 中国企业 ERP 实施发展阶段 时间阶段各阶段应用特征主要应用企业 20 世纪 80 年代启动期主要是对 MPRII 引进 实 施及部分应用, 局限在传 统的机械制造业内, 且效 果有限 成长期在中国的应用和推广取得 沈阳第一机床厂, 沈阳 鼓风机厂, 沈阳第一机 床厂, 沈阳鼓风机厂, 沈阳第一机床厂, 沈阳 鼓风机厂, 了较航空 电子与家电 司. 广东科龙容声冰箱, 制药化工, 航空 电子与 家电 制药化工, 但主要 还是应用国外软件 至今成熟期 ERP 被大量引入, 应用范 围几乎覆盖所有产业, 功能也更加完备, 应用效果大大提高 成都飞机制造工业公 山西经纬纺织机械厂, 上海机床厂, 一汽大众汽车集团 许继集团设备有限公司, 联想集团. 黑龙江龙强集团, 黑龙江期逻造纸有限公司 由于 ERP 是一个功能非常强大 数据关联非常复杂的应用软件系统, 用户需要相当一段时间的正规化培训才能掌握操作, 并且只有通过很多步骤组成的规范化实施过程,ERP 系统才有可能真正运行起来 与此同时, 由于受计划经济束缚以及对 ERP 原理 处理逻辑 实施和运行管理的方法缺乏理解, 加之对可能遇上 4
