5 2. 定价依据 : 上述服务费率是我行根据人工成本系统成本产品成本以及其他管理成本综合制定的 Charge rationale: the Bank service fee setting is on the basis of our Bank's people-related, system, production and other administrative costs. 3. 银行保留不经预先通知随时更改帐余额标准之权利, 且银行有权不经预先通知全权酌情决定账户日平均余额低于银行不时厘定的最低账户余额的客户提供或取消全部或部分账户服务, 给予或取消该等客户的账户身份的权利 The Bank reserves the right to modify the requirement of minimum balance of accounts without prior notice,and is also entitled to provide or cancel all or part of service and/or grant or cancel account identity without prior notice to such client whose account balance is less than minimum amount stipulated by the Bank. 4. 综合账户总额日平均余额的计算为同一客户号码项下的所有个人及联名账户月内每日存款及投资的总和, 除以月实际天数得到的平均数客户账户所适用的费率标准 ( 即标准 1/ 标准 2/ 标准 3) 将视该客户上一月的综合账户总额日平均余额而定 Daily average balance of customer's total AUM within the mouth is calculated as the sum of the cumulative balance under the same customer number,including daily deposits and investments of all individual and joint account within the month,diveded by the actual number of days. The applicable fee level (i.e.,level1/level2/level3) for customer's account shall be subjuct to the daily average balance of customer's total AUM fee last month. 5. 开立账户后, 可享有三个月的缓冲期 ( 缓冲期 ), 以达到本规定的日均账户余额, 该宽限期间本行将不收取账户服务费 ( 开户之日所在的日历月即视为第一个月 ) Customers enjoy a 3-month grace period to make the account balance meet the minimum daily average balance requirement stipulated by the Bank.during which the Bank will not charge account service fees (the account opening month is defined as the first month). 6. 客户在我行仅开立单一活期账户不收取账户服务费 Client who has only one saving account, will not apply account service fee. 7. 在交易日当天银行将依照文件中所列明的各项收费金额, 按银行当时依法公布的汇率等值折算成客户交易时使用的币种 ( 如需 ), 并直接从客户原币种账户中扣除 On the transaction day,the Bank charges customers according to above listed service fees and exchange customer investment currency to transaction currency(if needed) according to the Bank's listed rate.all fees will directly debit from customer's original currency account. 8. 政府征收之各项税费和其他费用, 以及其他机构收取之费用不包括在此表内上述税费和其他费用须由个人根据当地政府之费率予以交纳或由银行按照法律法规 / 或政府规定的标准及 / 或金额代扣代缴 Charges collected by other institutions or duties,levy,charges or taxes imposed by the Government are not included in this table,where applicate, these duties,chargeslevy or taxes should be paied by the local authorities. 9. 中英文版本如有歧义, 以中文为准 The Chinese version shall apply and prevail in case of discrepancies between English and Chinese version. 5
