Cruise line and W Cruising will not be liable for any consequence. 6) If due to bad weather, sea situation or any unpredictable or reasons beyond control (refer to no. 5), cruise is unable to dock or change itinerary, passengers agree and accept no compensation will be made by Cruise Company or W Cruising. 7) Cruise company reserves the right to change itinerary, timing of all embarkations/disembarkations, and port(s) call cancellation due to weather conditions of specific reasons. All of the changes will not be considered as against The Trade Descriptions Ordinance, Chapter 362, Laws of Hong Kong.
