In order to reduce the influences of toogrhy on the strtoshere s the resolution incresed, the energy nd ngulr-momentum conserving hybrid verticl coordinte is estblished, which is lso consistent with other climte models. The hybrid verticl coordinte scheme ssocited with the semi-imlicit method is described in this rt, nd some relted hysicl schemes in the model re lso djusted. Though the min hysicl rocesses remin the sme, the rimry simultion results show tht the verticl structure of tmoshere is more resonble comred with R4L9 in Prt I, nd the wind nd temerture re more consistestent with the observtions.
