3 Copy Function 影印功能 Color 色彩 Select copy color mode 1. Press [ [CLR] ] / [ 選擇影印色彩模式 ] to 1.按 [ ] / [ [色彩] ] 到 2.按[Select] 3. Select the color setting 3.選擇需要的色彩設定 a. [自動色彩] - 自動 偵測原稿是全彩或 黑白 a. 4 Copy Function 影印功能 Zoom 縮放比率 Adjust the zoom ratio 1. Press [ ] / [ [Zoom] 調整縮放比率 ] to 1.按 [ ] / [ [縮放] 2.按 [Select] 3. Select the zoom ratio 3.選擇縮放比率 a. [Auto]- Automatically zoom the original to fit the specified paper. a. [自動] - 自動縮放 以付合選取的紙張 尺寸 b. [Full Size] - Copy on same size b. [100%] - 以原稿 的尺寸影印 c. [Fixed Zoom] - Copy with the fixed zoom ratio c. [Fixed Zoom] -選 擇固定的比率 d. [Manual] - Enter a zoom ratio manually from 25% to 400% d. [手動] - 手動輸入 比率由 25% 至 400% e. 7 Copy Function 影印功能 ID Card Copy ID 卡影印 Copying the front and back sides of a card on the same side paper 把卡片的前面和背面印在同一面 1.把卡片放在鏡面上 1. Place a card on the original glass 2.按 [ID Copy] 2. Press [ID Copy] 3.按 [Start] 掃描第一 面 3. Press [Start] to scan the front side 4.把鏡面上的卡片反轉 5.按[Start]掃描背面 4. Turn the card over and place it on the original glass 5. Press [Start] to scan the back side 7

11 Fax Function 傳真功能 Fax Operation overview 傳真功能概要 On [Fax] mode, use keypad to input fax number and then press the [ ] / 1 [ ]key to select 2 desired fax function 在[Fax]傳真模式, 輸入傳 真號碼, 再按 [ ] / [ ] 鍵選擇傳真功能 1. Fax to - Displays the specified destination 2. 解析度 - 設定傳真解 析度 1.傳真到 - 顯示傳真目的 地 3 3. 原稿 - 設定原稿的掃 描尺寸 4 2. 12 Address Book 地址薄 Register address on Web Browser 在瀏覽器登記地址 Register , SMB, FTP or Fax destination on computer s web connection 在電腦透過瀏覽器登記電郵, 電腦SMB, FTP 或傳真地址 1. Start the web browser(e.g. Internet Explorer) 1. 開啟瀏覽器(例如 Internet Explorer) 2. 輸入影印機網絡地址,再按[Enter]. 檢查 影印機網絡地址,請參照p.15頁的[檢查機 器網路地址] 2. Input machine s IP address in the URL field, and press [Enter]. To check machine IP address, please refer to page.15 [Check machine IP address] 3. 按 [共用使用者],再按 [登入] 3. Click [Public user] and [Login] 4.按 [目的地記錄] 5.按 [預約位址] 4. Click [Store Address] 6.按 [登記] 5. Click [Address Book] 7.選擇 [電子郵件], [FTP], [SMB] 或 [傳真目的地] 6. Click [New Registration] 8.按 [OK] 7. Select [ ],[FTP], [SMB] or [Fax] 9.輸入[名稱] 8. Click [OK] 10.在[索引]選擇合適的字 母分類 9. Input [Name] 11.如果是常用的一按鍵, 可在[Main]打勾. 10.Select a corresponding character in [Index] 12.輸入掃描或傳真的目的地資料 11.Click [Main] if it is frequently used destination. 13.按 [OK] 12.Input related scan or fax destination information 13.Click [OK] 12

14 Print Custom Size Paper 打印自訂尺寸紙張 Machine Settings 機身設定 1. Load custom sized paper in the Manual Feed Tray 1. 把自訂尺寸紙張放 在手動送紙盤 2. 把手桿向下拉 2. Lower the lever 3. 設定版面會在信息 視窗顯示 3. The paper setting screen is displayed in the Message Windows 4. 選擇 需要的紙張類 型,再按 [Select] 4. Select desired paper type and press [Select] Select paper size or [Custom Size] to enter width and length Computer Settings 選擇紙張大小或 選 擇 [自訂]輸入紙張 的長和寬 電腦設定 1.在程式中按 [檔案], 再按[列印] 1. Click [File] and [Print] in application 2.按 [內容] 2. Click [Properties] 3.按 [基本的] 3. Click [Basic] 4. Select or input the custom size in [Original Size] and [Paper Size] 4.在[原稿尺寸]和 [紙張尺寸]選擇現 有尺寸或選 [自訂尺寸]輸入長 和寬 5. Select [Bypass Tray] in [Paper Tray] 5.在[紙張來源]選 [手動] 6. 按[OK]打印 6. Select [TX/RX Result] to check the fax sending and receiving results 3. 選[傳輸/接收結果]檢查傳送或接收紀錄 4. 按 [Start]可打印報告 4.
