摘要 班组是国家电网公司组织生产经营活动的基本单位, 全面加强班组信息化建 设, 实现班组管理的科学化 制度化 规范化, 是实现企业管理现代化的一项重 要工作 为切实解决班组建设中存在的问题, 国网公司和江西省电力公司分别于 2010 年制定并发布了国家电网公司班组建设百分管理标准及江西省电力公司班 组建设千分管理标准 加强对班组信息的采集和关联, 来实现对日常工作的全过程管控, 建立班组工作绩效考评体系, 分析与设计班组建设管理信息系统 论文以国家电网公司班组建设百分管理标准及江西省电力公司班组建设千分管理标准内容为依据, 应用软件工程和面向对象思想, 在 Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 Microsoft Access 2003 Dreamweaver8 Web 技术 UML 建模 数据库和 ASP.NET 的环境下, 分析和设计一个班组管理信息系统 系统是基于 B/S 架构的班组建设管理信息系统, 包括系统管理 班组人员管理 奖金管理 考勤管理 培训管理 职责分配 班费管理和查询统计等功能模块 系统具有 PDCA 循环 ( 英语单词 Plan( 计划 ) Design( 执行 ) Check( 检查 ) 和 Act( 处理 ) 的第一个字母 ) 管理流程化 班组管理科学化 培训管理现代化 考勤管理无纸化等特点, 实现资源跨地域共享, 实现主管部门对班组工作的有效督察和指导, 形成横向集成 纵向管控的管理模式 关键词 : 班组建设 ; 管理信息系统 ; 数据库
Abstract Team is the basic unit of STATE GRID Corporation of China which is used to organization the activities about production, strengthen the information construction and making the team management scientific institutionalized and standardization, which is an important work to achieve the modernization of enterprise management. In order to solve the existing problems which are in the construction of Team, State Grid and the branches in JiangXi Province formulate and promulgate the standard of management in 2010, which include one hundred points and a thousand points. Strengthen the acquisition and correlation on the information of Team, to achieve the control of the whole process on the daily work, establishing the system of the performance evaluation, analyzing and designing the management system of information on Team. The dissertation is according to the standard of management which is formulated by State Grid and the branches in Jiang Xi Province. Application the thought of engineering of software and oriented objection, during the situation of Microsoft Visual Studio 2003, Microsoft Access 2003, Dreamweaver8, the technology of Web, UML Model, Database and the ASP.NET analysis and design an MIS about Team. The system is based on B/S structure of Team Management Information System, including Personnel management, Money management, Attendance management, Training management and so on, what s more, the system have the advantages of four tendency, such as the process of management on PDCA, scientific management on Team, modernize the Training management,paperless management, with this things, we could share the resources Crossing the regional, achieve the effective supervision and guidance to the Team work by the department, which will shape a new model of management on Horizontal integration and longitudinal controlling.
