安装 拆卸前的注意须知 主机板是由许多精密的集成电路及其他元件所构成 这些集成电路很容易因静电影响 而损坏 所以在安装前请先详阅此使用手册并做好下列准备 安装前请确认所使用的机壳尺寸与主机板相符 安装前请勿任意撕毁主机板上的序号及代理商保固贴纸等 否则会影响到产品保 固期限的认定标准 要安装或移除主机板以及其他硬设备之前请务必先关闭电源 并且将电源线自插 座中拔除 安装其他硬设备至主机板内的插座时 请确认接头和插座已紧密结合 拿取主机板时请尽量不要触碰金属接线部份以避免线路发生短路 拿取主机板 中央处理器(CPU)或存储器模块时 最好戴上防静电手环 若无防静 电手环 请确保双手干燥 并先碰触金属物以消除静电 主机板在未安装之前 请先置放在防静电垫或出货时所使用的防静电袋内 当您要拔除系统电源插座上的插头时 请确认电源是关闭的 在开启电源前请确定电源的电压值是设定在所处区域的电压标准值 在开启电源前请确定所有硬设备的排线及电源线都已正确且牢固地连接 请勿让螺丝接触到主机板上的线路或零件 避免造成主机板因短路而产生损坏或 故障 请确定没有遗留螺丝或金属制品在主机板上或计算机机壳内 请勿将主机置放在不平稳处以免计算机因突然倾倒而造成的突然关机 请勿将计算机主机放置在超过产品规范的温度环境中 在尚未组装完成时开启电源可能会造成主机板 其他设备或零件及您自己本 身的伤害 要移除连接于各插座上的连接线时 请先移除设备端的接头 再移除连接至主机 II

Chapter 1 includes the following sections: General Description Specification Dimensions I/O Outlets Package List 1.1 General Description The GOT3126T-842-C adopts a 12.1-inch XGA TFT LCD with 350-nit brightness and an Intel Celeron quad core processor J1900 2.42 GHz to provide excellent computing performance and thermal resistance. This fanless platform is especially designed for operating under heavy-duty environment including steel refinery, oil pipe, ship, machine maker operating systems and many more. Having below abilities makes GOT3126T-842-C surely a most robust and cost-effective solution. Wide Operating Temperature Range GOT3126T-842-C features a technology of wide operating temperature range which allows it to work between-20 C to +55 C. It incorporates compact ID and fanless cooling system with a low power Intel Celeron processor J1900 2.42 GHz, making the platform a power-efficient solution. Reliable and Stable Design The GOT3126T-842-C adopts a fan-less cooling system and a CompactFlash card, which makes it especially suitable for vibration-heavy environments, best for the transportation, ship, and industrial machinery markets. For high capacity storage requirement, GOT3126T-842-C can work under 1.3G (10 ~ 500Hz, random for 2.5 HDD) in operation mode with apatent of anti-vibration design. 2.1 Open back cover This section tells users how to open back cover. Please follow the steps below. Step 1 Unscrew ten screws on the back cover. Please refer the photo below. Step 2 Remove the back cover. 2.2 CF card Installation The GOT3126T-842-C provides one CF slot for users to install Compact Flash card. Please refer to the following instructions for installation: Step 1 Unscrew as crew on the cover of CF card slot on leftside of GOT. Step 2 Stick mylar on the CF card. 硬件和安装 7

Step 3 Insert the card into the socket. Step 4 Close the cover of CF card slot and fix it. Installation completes. 2.3 Serial Ports Interface The GOT3126T-842-C has four serial ports. COM1/2 are RS-232/422/485, while COM3/4 are RS-232. The following table shows you the pin assignments of this connector: COM1 COM2 硬件和安装 8

2.3.1 COM1 & COM2 Connector The COM1 and COM2 is a standard DB-9 connector. This connector is equipped with +5V level power capability on DCD and +12V level on RI by setting JP10 and JP11. The pin assignment of RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 is listed on the following table. If you need COM1 port to support RS-422 or RS-485mode, please refer to Jumper Settings COM3 Data/Power Select (JP11) The COM3 port has +5V/+12V power capability on DCD and +5V/+12V on RI by setting this 5x2-pin p=2.54mm jumper. 硬件和安装 9

2.4 Ethernet The GOT3126T-842-C is equipped with a high performance Plug and Play Ethernet interface, full compliant with IEEE 802.3 standard, and can be connected with a RJ-45 LAN connector. Please refer to detailed pin assignment list below: 2.5 Mountings: Panel / Wall / VESA There are 4 application options for the GOT3126T-842-C, Panel/Wall/Desktop/VESA mountings. 2.5.1 VESA-ARM/Wall-Mount The GOT3126T-842-C provides two ways for VESA mount: 100x100 mm. Screw four screws to fix the kit (option) in the back chassis. Wall mount: 硬件和安装 10

VESA mount: 2.5.2 Panel-mount Kit Assembly The GOT3126T-842-C is designed for panel mount application. To mount the GOT3126T-842-C, the standard set of mounting kit (included in the system packaging) is needed. 2.6 HDD Installation The GOT3126T-842-C provides a convenient Hard Disk Drive(HDD) bracket for users to install 2.5 SATA HDD. Please follow the steps: Step 1 Refer section 2.1 to open the back cover. 硬件和安装 11

Step 2 Unscrew 4 screws to take off the HDD bracket. Step 3 Fix the HDD on bracket by 4 screws. Step 4 Fix the HDD bracket into the system, and plug the data and power cable to HDD. Installation completes. 硬件和安装 12

2.7 DRAM Installation The GOT3126T-842-C provides one 204-pin DDR3 SODIMM socket that support system memory up to 2GB. Please follow steps below to install the memory modules: Step 1 Refer to section 2.1 to open the back cover and find out DIMM socket on mainboard (Mano842). Step 2 Stick the thermal pad on the back cover and rip the red mylar from it. Step 3 Insert the DRAM to the DIMM socket, and then push it down firmly until it is clipped by the socket. 硬件和安装 13

Step 4 Installation completes 2.8 Wireless LAN Card Installation The GOT3126T-842-C provides one Mini card slot for user to install one wireless LAN card. When installing the wireless LAN card, refer to the following instructions and illustration: Step 1 Refer to section 2.1 to open the back cover and find out mini-card slot on mainboard. Step 2 Insert the wireless LAN card to the slot. Push it down firmly until it is clipped by the slot. 硬件和安装 14

Step 3 Find the Antenna cable and connect it wireless LAN card. Step 4 Remove the antenna plug from the top of back cover, theninstall the antenna on the antenna connector. 2.9 Power GOT3126T-842-C equips with a phoenix type power connector. 第三章节 AMI BIOS设置 This chapter provides users with detailed description how to set up basic system configuration through the AMIBIOS8 BIOS setup utility. 3.1 Starting To enter the setup screens, follow the steps below: Turn on the computer and press the <Del> key immediately. After you press the <Delete> key, the main BIOS setup menu displays. You can access the other setup screens from the main BIOS setup menu, such as the Chipset and Power menus. 3.2 Navigation Keys The BIOS setup/utility uses a key-based navigation system called hot keys. Most of the BIOS setup utility hot keys can be used at any time during the setup navigation process. These keys include <F1>, <F2>, <Enter>, <ESC>, <Arrow> keys, and so on. Note: Some of the navigation keys differ from one screen to another. Hot Keys + Description Left/Right The Left and Right <Arrow> keys allow you to select a setup screen. Up/Down The Up and Down <Arrow> keys allow you to select a setup screen or Plus/Minus sub-screen. The Plus and Minus <Arrow> keys allow you to change the field value of a particular setup item. Tab The <Tab> key allows you to select setup fields. F1 The <F1> key allows you to display the general help screen. F2 The <F2> key allows you to load previous values. F3 The <F3> key allows you to load optimized defaults. F4 The <F4> key allows you to save any changes you have made and exit Esc Enter setup. Press the <F4> key to save your changes. The <Esc> key allows you to discard any changes you have made and exit the setup. Press the <Esc> key to exit the setup without saving your changes. The <Enter> key allows you to display or change the setup option listed for a particular setup item. The <Enter> key can also allow you to display the setup sub- screens. 17

3.3 Main Menu When you first enter the setup utility, you will enter the Main setup screen. You can always return to the Main setup screen by selecting the Main tab. System Time/Date can be set up as described below. The Main BIOS setup screen is shown below. BIOS Information Display the BIOS information. System Date/Time Use this option to change the system time and date. Highlight System Time or System Date using the <Arrow> keys. Enter new values through the keyboard. Press the <Tab> key or the <Arrow> keys to move between fields. The date must be entered in MM/DD/YY format. The time is entered in HH:MM:SS format. Access Level Display the access level of current user. 18

3.4 Advanced Menu The Advanced menu also allows users to set configuration of the CPU and other system devices. ACPI Settings You can use this screen to select options for the ACPI configuration, and change the value of the selected option. A description of the selected item appears on the right side of the screen. Enable ACPI Auto Configuration Enable or disable BIOS ACPI auto configuration. Enable Hibernation Enable or disable system ability to hibernate (OS/S4 sleep state). ACPI Sleep State Select the ACPI (Advanced Configuration and Power Interface) sleep state. Configuration options are Suspend Disabled and S3 (Suspend to RAM). The default setting is S3 (Suspend to RAM); this option selects ACPI sleep state the system will enter when suspend button is pressed. 20

Super IO Configuration You can use this screen to select options for the Super IO Configuration, and change the value of the selected option. COM1~6 Use these items to set parameters related to serial port 1~6. 21

COM1 Serial Port Enable or disable serial port 1. The optimal setting for base I/O address is 3F8h and for interrupt request address is IRQ4. Change Settings Select an optimal setting for serial port. 22

Hardware Monitor This screen monitors hardware health status. This screen displays the temperature of system and CPU, cooling fans speed in RPM and system voltages (VCC_CPU, VCC_DDR, +12V, +5V, +3.3V and VBAT). 23

Smart Fan Function This screen allows you to select the fan mode. Smart Fan Function This screen allows you to select the fan mode. CPU_FAN1 Mode This item allows you to select the fan mode, which can be set to Full on Mode, Manual Mode, Auto PWM Mode or Auto RPM Mode. 24

Display Configuration Primary IGFX Boot Display Select the video device which will be activated during POST (Power-On Self Test). The default is LVDS. Backlight Control Select panel backlight control mode. LVDS Panel Type Select LVDS panel resolution; see the selection options in image above. Brightness Select the brightness of LVDS panel ranging from 30% to 100%. The default setting is 70%. 25

Power Button Control Power Button Control Restore AC Power Loss This item decides the state of system when AC power is resupplied after a power failure. Mode options are Power Off, Power On and Last State. Soft-Off by PWR-BTTN - Instant-Off: The system will shut down instantly when the power button is pressed. - Delay 4 sec: The system will shut down only when the power button is pressed and held at least 4 seconds. PS/2 KB/MS Wake Up From S5 This item decides whether or not the PS/2 keyboard or mouse can wake up the system from S5 state. 26

S5 RTC Wake Settings Wake system from S5 Enable or disable system wake on alarm event. It allows you to wake up the system in a certain time. Select Fixed Time to set the system to wake on the specified time. Use < > < > to switch among the items: Day, Hour, Minute and Second, and type the value in the selected item as you wish. For example, if you want the system to start up automatically at 14:25:26, the 13th day of each month, then you should enter 13, 14, 25, and 26 from top to bottom. 27

CPU Configuration This screen shows the CPU Configuration, and you can change the value of the selected option. Socket 0 CPU Information This item is for CPU information. Limit CPUID Maximum This item allows user to limit the maximum value of CPUID. In Windows XP environment, this item should be disabled. Execute Disable Bit Enable or disable the No-Execution Page Protection Technology. Intel Virtualization Technology Enable or disable Intel Virtualization Technology. When enabled, a VMM (Virtual Machine Mode) can utilize the additional hardware capabilities. It allows a platform to run multiple operating systems and applications independently, hence enabling a computer system to work as several virtual systems. 28

IDE Configuration In the IDE Configuration menu, you can see the currently installed hardware in the SATA ports. During system boot up, the BIOS automatically detects the presence of SATA devices. PXE BootRom Enable or disable the Preboot execution Environment (PXE) boot ROM function of the onboard LAN chip during system boots up. Storage Select the execution of UEFI or Legacy storage option ROM. Default is Legacy mode. Video Select the execution of UEFI or Legacy video option ROM. Default is Legacy mode. Other PCI devices Select the execution of UEFI or Legacy option ROM of other PCI-Express network, storage or video devices. Default is Legacy mode. 31

USB Configuration USB Devices Display all detected USB devices. Legacy USB Support Use this item to enable or disable legacy support for USB devices. The default setting is Enabled. Auto option disables legacy support if no USB devices are connected. Disable option will keep USB devices available only for EFI applications. XHCI Hand-off Enable or disable feature for OSes without an XHCI hand-off support. EHCI Hand-off Enable or disable feature for OSes without an EHCI hand-off support. USB Mass Storage Driver Support Enable or disable USB mass storage driver support. USB transfer time-out The time-out value for control, bulk and interrupt transfers. 32

Device reset time-out USB mass storage device start unit command time-out. Device power-up delay Maximum time the device will take before it properly reports itself to the host controller. Auto option uses default value: for a root port it is 100ms, for a hub port the delay is taken from hub descriptor. 3.5 Chipset Menu The Chipset menu allows users to change the advanced chipset settings. 3.7 Boot Menu The Boot menu allows users to change boot options of the system. Setup Prompt Timeout Number of seconds to wait for setup activation key. 65535(0xFFFF) means indefinite waiting. Bootup NumLock State Use this item to select the power-on state for the keyboard NumLock. FullScreen Logo Enable or disable OEM logo display at system startup. Fast Boot Enable or disable fast boot function. BIOS skips some certain procedures to decrease system boot up time. Boot Option Priorities [Boot Option #1, ] These are settings for boot priority. 3.8 Save & Exit Menu The Save & Exit menu allows users to load your system configuration with optimal or fail-safe default values Save Changes and Reset When you have completed the system configuration changes, select this option to leave Setup and reboot the computer so the new system configuration parameters can take effect. Select Save Changes and Reset from the Save & Exit menu and press <Enter>. Select Yes to save changes and reset. Discard Changes and Reset Select this option to quit Setup without making any permanent changes to the system configuration and reboot the computer. Select Discard Changes and Reset from the Save & Exit menu and press <Enter>. Select Yes to discard changes and reset. Restore Defaults It automatically sets all Setup options to a complete set of default settings when you select this option. Select Restore Defaults from the Save & Exit menu and press <Enter>. Save as User Defaults Select this option to save system configuration changes done so far as User Defaults. Select Save as User Defaults from the Save & Exit menu and press <Enter>. 37
