2013 4 30 瑑瑢 Abstract The Law on the Protection of Consumers Rights and Interests of the People's Republic of China is being revised. In the past years the public has many complains about the name independence source of funds functions credibility of the Consumers' Association. In order to comply with the new social development the Consumers' Associations should be renamed as the Consumer Protection Committee to retain the independence with the enterprise and the government. In addition the Consumer Associations should change the organizational structure and staff composition timely to dilute the administrative color of the government enhance the role of social organization improve the social credibility and think a new function positioning to make a diversified development. 瑑瑢 1989 12 98
