摘要 本论文应用战略管理理论及战略分析工具, 对中国电信股份有限公司福建分公司的一般环境 行业环境 企业环境进行分析, 找出公司面临的发展机会和挑战, 探讨 公司面临机会相适配的资源和能力, 从而明确公司未来的竞争战略和发展方向 全文共分为六章 第一章介绍了论文的研究背景, 明确了研究的目的和意义, 并介 绍了研究内容及结构安排 第二章对战略理论进行了回顾, 包括环境分析的相关理论 企业内部分析理论和基本竞争战略理论, 并就本论文采用的战略分析和选择方法进行了说明 第三章对国内电信行业及中国电信福建公司进行了介绍 第四章对中国电信股份有限公司福建分公司的一般战略环境 行业环境 企业环境进行了分析, 列出中国电信股份有限公司福建分公司面临的机会和挑战 第五章对中国电信股份有限公司福建分公司的经营现状进行了分析, 总结了中国电信股份有限公司福建分公司的资源和能力 第六章提出中国电信股份有限公司福建分公司的差异化竞争战略, 并介绍了战略实施方案, 还指出了本论文的研究局限性 关键词 : 福建电信 ; 环境分析 ;SWOT 分析 ; 竞争战略
Abstract The current thesis presents an analysis of the general environment, industry environment and business environment of the Fujian Branch of China Telecom Co., Ltd. by applying the strategic management theory and analysis tools. Basing on the analysis, this thesis attempts to reveal the opportunities and challenges that the Fujian Branch is facing and to discuss whether the company has the resources and capacity to seize the opportunities so as to shed some lights on the strategies and directions of the company s future development. There are six chapters in this thesis. Chapter one introduces the research s background and explains the purpose as well as the significance of the current study. The major contents and organization are also introduced in this part. Chapter two begins with a review of the strategic management theory, including relevant theories of environment analysis, the internal analysis theory and the basic theory of competitive strategy.on that basis, the latter part of this chapter elaborates how the strategic analysis template and method are chosen and adopted. Chapter three introduces the telecom industry in China and the China Telecom Co., Ltd.. Chapter four analyzes the general environment, industry environment and business environment of the Fujian Branch of China Telecom Co., Ltd. The opportunities and challenges of the company are thus revealed. In chapter five, the resources and capacity are synthesized based on the Fujian Branch s current operation condition. Chapter six puts forward the differentiated strategies for competition and describes the implementation plan for the strategies. Last but not the least, the limitation of this thesis is pointed out for further researches in the future. Keywords: Fujian telecom;environment analysisswot analysiscompetitive stratege
