Social rights have always been academ ically definite based on obligation of nation and governm ent, lim ited in the area of legal aid from society. Social rights should be maintained not only based on the duty of nation and government, but also based on p rotection from fam ily, school and social entity as a whole. For the need of self - socialization of peop le, social rights should be considered as a basic right which is con2 tributed by series of rights, such as rights in marriage and fam ily, rights of receiving education, working, getting so2 cial aid, being titled as a citizen, survival, development, and environment p rotection.
