3 General Terms and Conditions for the Harbour City Mastercard Spending Program ( Promotion ) 1. The Promotion is valid from 10 July to 9 October 2017 (both dates inclusive) ( Promotion Period ). The Promotion Period is divided into 3 phases: Phase 1 is from 10 July to 9 August 2017 (both dates inclusive), Phase 2 is from 10 August to 9 September 2017 (both dates inclusive), Phase 3 is from 10 September to 9 October 2017 (both dates inclusive). 2. Unless otherwise stated, the Promotion is only applicable to the selected cardholders of Eligible Card (as defined in Clause 3 below) who received invitation letter and/or SMS of this promotion issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ( Bank ) ( Eligible Cardholders ). 3. Unless otherwise stated, the Promotion is only applicable to the following credit cards issued by the Bank and held by Eligible Cardholders: Standard Chartered Mastercard and its Co-branded Mastercard (except Standard Chartered Visa Card, MANHATTAN Card and its Co-branded Card, Standard Chartered UnionPay Dual Currency Platinum Card, Standard Chartered WorldMiles Card, Standard Chartered Business Card and Standard Chartered Corporate Card) ( Eligible Card ). 4. To be eligible for the Promotion, Eligible Cardholders are required to make accumulated transactions of HK$40,000 or above ( Spending Target ) with the same Eligible Card at designated merchants in Harbour City in one of the Phases and each single transaction amount must be HK$100 or above (each an Eligible Transaction ). If a single transaction amount is below HK$100, such single transaction will not be counted as an Eligible Transaction. For details of the designated merchants, please refer to official shopping guide of Harbour City. The relevant transactions which are not eligible for the Promotion are defined in Clause 5 below. All Eligible Transaction must be posted on or before 16 October 2017 (if applicable) based on the transaction date as shown on the credit card monthly statement. 5. Eligible Transaction does NOT include split transaction, prepayment, deposit, cash advance, purchase or order made via mail, fax, phone or internet, purchase of any cash coupon, gift voucher, prepaid, add-value service, insurance, utilities payment, membership payments, any payment service, any unposted/cancelled/refunded/unauthorized transactions and transaction without original credit card sales slips or printed merchant receipts. Any transaction made in GAP, MARKS & SPENCER, MASSIMO DUTTI and ZARA are NOT eligible for the Promotion. 6. Each Eligible Cardholder is only required to join one of the Phases within the whole Promotion Period to enjoy the Promotion by making Eligible Transaction and meeting the Spending Target within the respective period of the Phase ( Participated Phase ). 7. To be eligible for the Extra 30,000 Asia Miles Rewards or Extra HK$2,500 CashBack Rewards (collectively, the Extra Rewards ), Eligible Cardholders are required to register at Standard Chartered Credit Card Gift Redemption Concierge in person by 10 p.m. on or before the 6 th day after the end date of the Participated Phase (unless otherwise specified) (the Extra Rewards Registration ); and to be eligible for the Harbour City VIC Club Royal Blue Membership Offer ( Membership Offer ), Eligible Cardholders are required to apply for the Harbour City VIC Club Royal Blue Membership ( Membership ) at Harbour City Shoppers Care Centre in person by 8 p.m. on or before the 6 th day after the end date of the Participated Phase (unless otherwise specified) (the Membership Application ). For the purpose of the Extra Rewards Registration and the Membership Application, Eligible Cardholders are required to present the invitation letter and/or SMS of this Promotion issued by the Bank, the original credit card sales slips and printed merchant receipts made at Harbour City, full credit card numbers, transaction amounts, transaction dates and approval codes. The original credit card sales slip should indicate clearly the Eligible Card card numbers, merchant names, transaction dates, transaction amounts, valid authorisation codes and signatures of the Eligible Cardholders (if applicable). Printed merchant receipts should state the merchant names, transaction dates, transaction amounts and sales items clearly. The transaction amounts in both credit card sales slips and printed merchant receipts must be the same. If Eligible Cardholders present insufficient information, Eligible Cardholders will not be entitled to enjoy any offer for whatever reason. For inappropriate cases, the service staff reserves the right of not allowing the Eligible Cardholder to participate in the Promotion or request the cardholders to provide Eligible Card and transaction information for verification. Standard Chartered Credit Card Gift Redemption Concierge is located on Level 2, Ocean Centre, Harbour City (Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays, 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Harbour City Shoppers Care Centre is located at Level 3, Ocean Terminal, Harbour City (Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.). Late Extra Rewards Registration/Membership Application, handwritten, revised or copied sales slips and receipts will not be accepted. Each Eligible Transaction sales slip can only be used for registering for the Extra Rewards and applying for the Membership under this Promotion once. 8. The original credit card sales slip and printed merchant receipts of each Eligible Transaction can be used in conjunction with other Harbour City Promotion programs offered by the Bank including but not limited to Up to HK$6,000 Coupon Rewards, HK$800 Coupon Rewards all year round, Free Parking Offer and Designated Car Show Offer or other promotion programs at Harbour City as may be offered by the Bank from time to time (unless otherwise specified). 9. If Eligible Cardholders have registered for more than one Eligible Card, only the first registered Eligible Card will be entitled for the Promotion. 10. All Eligible Transactions must be made with the same Eligible Card. 11. Each Eligible Cardholder will only be entitled to the Extra Rewards and the Membership Offer once on the principal account of the first registered Eligible Card regardless of the number of times the offer requirements are met by one or more Eligible Card within the whole Promotion Period. 12. Transactions made by the principal and supplementary cardholders of the same Eligible Card account will be counted collectively. 13. The Bank reserves the right of final decision to the Eligible Cardholder s Eligible Card entitlement of the Extra Rewards and the Eligible Transaction. Any matter or dispute will be subject to the final decision of the Bank. 14. All reward(s), membership(s), discount(s), cash coupon/voucher(s), rebate(s), gift(s), gift card(s) or cash rebate(s) ( Offers ) (if applicable) associated with the Promotion are not saleable, not redeemable for cash, not cancellable, not changeable, not exchangeable or transferable for whatever purpose. Lost or damaged Offers will not be re-issued.

If Eligible Cardholders have cancelled and/or refunded any related transaction which had been included in calculating for the Promotion after the receipt of the Offers, Eligible Cardholders are required to notify the Bank through the Bank hotline or or visit the Standard Chartered Credit Card Gift Redemption Concierge within 7 days from the refund/cancellation date, otherwise the Bank has the right to debit the equivalent value of the Extra Rewards from the applicable credit card account or notify Harbour City to terminate the Eligible Cardholder s Harbour City VIC Club membership which was obtained through the Promotion without further notice. 16. The Bank reserves the right to alter, extend or cancel the Offers/Promotion without prior notice. 17. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting or using any of the Offers. 18. The Bank will verify the transaction records to confirm Cardholders eligibility under the Promotion. In case of discrepancy between the Bank s computer records and details recorded on the credit card sales slips, the Bank s computer record shall prevail. 19. The Bank and respective merchants reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate all offers and amend the terms and conditions at any time. In case of disputes in connection with the Promotion, the decision of the Bank and respective merchants shall be final. 20. In case there is any suspicious abuse or misuse, and/or refund and/or cancellation of any related transaction which had been included in calculating for the Promotion after the receipt of the Offer(s) but without notifying the Bank, the Bank reserves the absolute right to charge the equivalent value of the Extra Rewards from the relevant card account or notify Harbour City to terminate the Eligible Cardholder s Harbour City VIC Club membership which was obtained through the Promotion without prior notice, forfeit the Eligible Cardholder s eligibility for the Offers, and/or suspend the relevant credit card account for investigation without prior notice. 21. Eligible Cardholders are required to keep the original credit card sales slips and printed merchant receipts made at Harbour City for inspection. In case of disputes, Cardholders are required to present the relevant original credit card sales slips and printed merchant receipts for further investigation by the Bank. All relevant documents submitted to the Bank will not be returned. 22. The Eligible Card account must be valid, non-delinquent and in good financial standing at the time the Offer(s) is awarded; otherwise the Bank reserves the right to cancel the Offer(s) without prior notice. 23. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. Terms and Conditions for Harbour City VIC Club Royal Blue Membership Offer ( Membership Offer ) 1. The original requirement of joining Harbour City VIC Club Royal Blue membership ( Membership ) is to accumulate spending of HK$40,000 in one day or spending of HK$60,000 within 30 days by electronic payment at designated merchants in Harbour City. Under the Membership Offer, Eligible Cardholders are eligible for joining the Membership by making Eligible Transaction (each single transaction amount must be HK$100 or above) and meeting the Spending Target within the Participated Phase in accordance with Clause 4 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Harbour City Mastercard Spending Program with successful Membership Application (as stated in Clause 7 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Harbour City Mastercard Spending Program). Eligible Cardholders who successfully apply for the Membership will receive a VIC Club Mini Bluetooth Speaker as welcome gift. The VIC Club Mini Bluetooth Speaker is subject to availability and is available on a first-come-first-served basis. 2. The Membership Offer is not applicable to existing Harbour City VIC members and Eligible Cardholders who have applied for the Membership on or before 9 July The Membership Offer is offered by Harbour City and subject to additional Terms and Conditions set out by Harbour City. Harbour City reserves the right to refuse any application of the Membership, and to determine the validity and eligibility of those payment records whose decision shall be final and conclusive. Eligible Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of the Membership Offer and the products/services/offers associated with the Membership offered in this Membership Offer. The Bank shall have no liability relating to any aspect of the Membership Offer and the products/ services/offers associated with the Membership, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services/offers associated with the Membership provided by the merchants, any trade description, representation, statement, practices or conduct in connection with the Membership Offer or in making available the products/services/offers in relation to the Membership Offer, by the merchants, their employees, officers or agents. Terms and Conditions for Extra 30,000 Asia Miles Rewards ( Extra Asia Miles Rewards ) 1. Extra Asia Miles Rewards is only applicable to Standard Chartered Asia Miles Mastercard issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the Bank ) and held by Eligible Cardholders only. 2. Eligible Cardholders who make Eligible Transaction (each single transaction amount must be HK$100 or above) and meet the Spending Target within the Participated Phase in accordance with Clause 4 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Harbour City Mastercard Spending Program with successful Extra Rewards Registration (as stated in Clause 7 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Harbour City Mastercard Spending Program) will be entitled to earn Extra Asia Miles Rewards as set out below: Eligible Card type Accumulated Eligible Transaction(s) amount at designated merchants in Harbour City in one of the phases Extra Asia Miles Rewards earned within Promotion Period Standard Chartered Asia Miles Mastercard HK$40,000 or above 30,000 Miles

The Bank will credit the Extra Asia Miles Rewards to the Asia Miles membership account associated with the Eligible Cardholders designated Standard Chartered Asia Miles Mastercard account on or before 9 January 2018 and will be shown on the Asia Miles Account Summary from Asia Miles Limited. 4. Eligible Cardholders acknowledge that the Miles earned from Extra Asia Miles Rewards shall be credited to his/her Asia Miles membership accounts by Asia Miles Limited. The Bank will use its best endeavour to provide the necessary information to Asia Miles Limited to facilitate this purpose, however the Bank makes no warranty that the Extra Asia Miles Rewards earned will be accurately credited to the Asia Miles membership account by Asia Miles Limited and accepts no liability for failure or delay in the crediting of Extra Asia Miles Rewards to Asia Miles membership account by Asia Miles Limited and accepts no liability for failure or delay in the crediting of Miles to the Eligible Cardholder s Asia Miles membership account for any reason beyond the Bank s control. The Bank accepts no liability relating to the Miles, including but not limited to the expiry date, usage and redemption. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the Miles, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions provided by the supplier, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the Miles provided by the supplier, its employees, officers or agents. 5. Eligible Cardholders shall notify the Bank if they do not receive the Extra Asia Miles Rewards on or before 9 February Otherwise, the Bank accepts no liability and will not be liable for any compensation. 6. In the event that any Extra Asia Miles Rewards have been credited to an Asia Miles membership account and the transaction(s) with respect of which Extra Asia Miles Rewards have been earned is/are subsequently cancelled or refunded, without prior notice to the Eligible Cardholders, the Bank has the right to debit the same number of Extra Asia Miles Rewards credited from the Asia Miles membership account through Asia Miles Limited. Terms and Conditions for Extra HK$2,500 CashBack Rewards ( Extra CashBack Rewards ) 1. Extra CashBack Rewards is only applicable to Eligible Card as set out in Clause 3 of General Terms and Conditions for the Harbour City Mastercard Spending Program (except Standard Chartered Asia Miles Mastercard) issued by the Bank and held by Eligible Cardholders only. 2. Eligible Cardholders who make Eligible Transaction (each single transaction amount must be HK$100 or above) and meet the Spending Target within the Participated Phase in accordance with Clause 4 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Harbour City Mastercard Spending Program with successful Extra Rewards Registration (as stated in Clause 7 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Harbour City Mastercard Spending Program) will be entitled to the Extra CashBack Rewards as set out below: Eligible Card type Accumulated Eligible Transaction(s) amount at designated merchants in Harbour City in one of the phases Extra CashBack Rewards earned within Promotion Period Standard Chartered Mastercard (Except Standard Chartered Asia Miles Mastercard) HK$40,000 HK$2,500 CashBack 3. The Eligible Card account must be valid and in good financial standing at the time the CashBack is credited; otherwise the offer will be forfeited. The CashBack amount cannot be drawn as cash advance, is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot offset credit card payment. 6. If Eligible Cardholder has cancelled any related transactions which had been included in calculating for the Promotion after the receipt of the CashBack, the Bank has the right to debit the CashBack amount from the Eligible Cardholder s Eligible Card account(s) without further notice.
