4 NOTICE OF 2016 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Junior Chamber International Hong Kong will be held at Grand Hall, Phase 3, Hong Kong Science Park, Sha Tin, New Territories on 17th September 2016 and 18th September 2016 for the following purposes: 1. To receive the reports of National President and all National Board of Directors. 2. To receive the reports of National Committees and Commissions 3. To receive the reports of 20 Local Organization Members. 4. To receive and consider the annual accounts with auditors reports of the Company for the year ended 31 December To elect 2017 National President, National Executive Vice Presidents and National Vice Presidents. 6. On a poll votes may be given either in attendance or by proxy. 3

The instruments appointing a proxy shall be in writing in such form as the National Board of Directors may approve and shall be deposited at the registered office of the Chamber at 21/F, Seaview Commercial Building, Connaught Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, on or before 2:00p.m. on 15th September A proxy shall be entitled to demand or join in demanding a poll and on a poll votes may be given either in attendance or by proxy. No LOM which is being appointed as a proxy may act as a proxy for another LOM at each General Meeting of the Company. 5. Adoption of Agenda 4.1 General Assembly I Motion was moved by Junior Chamber International Tai Ping Shan and seconded by Junior Chamber International Apex. Junior Chamber International Victoria requested to cancel the agenda no. 15 from Presentation of Provisional Local Chapter-Junior Chamber International Lantau (Hong Kong) Limited Amended motion was moved by Junior Chamber International Victoria and seconded by Junior Chamber International Peninsula. There was no amendment and objection from the floor. There was no amendment and objection from the floor.
